Wyden questions Clapper

At the end of that exchange is where Clapper gives his now famous answer

Wyden asked: Does the NSA collect ANY type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans.

Clapper responds: “ No Sir. …Not wittingly. There are cases where they could inadvertently, perhaps, collect but not wittingly.”

So as if by some freak accident, they could ”inadvertently collect” data. A court order is pretty big inadvertent. I suppose “perhaps” they just stumbled across a court authorized order and thereby are collecting all the data… all by some accident of course.

You have to laugh that this is the director of intelligence. He earlier tried to hand off questions directed at him to Mueller in FBI.

This Verizon dragnet is the biggest inadvertent data collection that I think I ever heard of. A historic first.

This isn’t one of those “depends on the definition of IS” questions. I am struck then on how much unwitting data collection they are doing. Almost like, maybe, they were intentionally trying to do it? I know that sounds ridiculous, and I apologize.

The point in this is not about the data-collection issue, it is about lying. That would be intentionally not telling the truth, for anyone unsure. There used to be another word….

If Clapper lied about data collection, what are the chances he can lie about them keeping “dossiers” on millions of people? NSA called that a false claim.

This whole issue has been NOTHING but lies from the Regime. If “inadvertent” collection were REALLY the case, then WHY are they building a $1.3 BILLION dollar facility in Utah to store the “inadvertent” records? Stop by nox’ place, and catch Kathy’s post on that. Check in tomorrow, as I skewer the “tech execs” who claim NO knowledge of what PRISM was doing with THEIR companies. Good post, bull. Too bad we don’t see the libmedia SCREAMING about this. Hell, they did with Bush. Guess it’s OK when YOUR asshole does it though, eh?

Thanks Clyde, crickets would be louder than lib complaints. And they can do it at their whim whenever they want. Great, more Know Nothings to go with them in Washington. And the beauty is we aren’t supposed to know about it, ’cause that might compromise their MISSION.(which is ?????)

Another good post Bull. LOL…”they accidentally found a court order on Barry’s desk under a bunch a vacation brochures.” Clyde makes the perfect point about the Utah facility that once again shows all this administration does is lie, lie , lie and get more and more info to control or get rid of those that are not real found of having Marx Incarnate squatting in the White Mosque making up laws as he goes along.

This group of gangster’s does nothing by accident and nothing is coincidental. What a special name they put to this lawbreaking action….PRISM…kinda close to PRISON where the Bastard In chief wants all those that oppose the NWO to end up…or even better for them to have those that oppose 6′ under.

Dave, “under vacation brochures” LMAO. I guess they couldn’t just waste it or let it expire. These people should just be political dataminers for a living. LOL Prism is right….the way they see everything. No dossiers on people is supposed to make everyone feel warm and fuzzy rather than know the truth. Funny how they instantly have one on anyone who opposes Obama.

Bull, it was probably Barry’s Father’s Day Gift from the spoiled ass brats. It is rather uncanny how the sumbitch can come up with one whenever he needs it. Maybe he has a fairy that grants his wishes. Oh wait…he’s had fairies in his life for a long time that “take care” of his ass…literally! 😀

The extensive oversight he refers to is the same Clapper mentioned: subject to “very strict oversight” between Fisa courts, Clapper’s office, within the DoJ and the administration (nice and tidy)….is that crystal clear enough? Why do I feel like I’m on a merry-go-round?

Bull, if we pulled this bull shit (even using our Fifth Amendment Right) our asses would get thrown in jail, until we did give straight answers. This Obamanation crew gets away with breaking any and every rule and or law and NO ONE does crap about it. This is completely mind blowing! I use to play poker A LOT and I could stack a deck for a hand or two, but I’ve never seen anyone like these bass-turds that have the ability to stack a five shoe deck!!!

Dave, Its amazing how the corruption all seems to work to their favor. They even uses scandals to cover other scandals and new lies to cover older ones. But it sure appears to be stacked against us.

Wyden’s question to Clapper was no surprise:

“In a statement to The Associated Press, Wyden said when NSA Director Keith Alexander didn’t provide a full answer to questions about the programs, Wyden gave Clapper a day’s notice that he would be asked the question at the hearing. Afterwards, he said, he gave Clapper’s office another chance to amend his answer, but Clapper declined.

A spokesman for Clapper’s office could not immediately be reached.”

Yea, Dave, and it wouldn’t have mattered if he gave him 2 weeks notice, Wyden was bound to get a lie anyway. Right, their excuses are usually more hilarious than the lie….maybe that’s why they didn’t respond, He didn’t want it playing on a loop on Jay Leno or SNL.

He’s an intelligence expert, of course he knew the question was coming way in advance. But he’s a loyal liar. 🙂
