Obama’s War of Women

This means Warren: Obama backs challenger to Hillary

By Edward Klein July 6, 2014 | NY Post

President Obama has quietly promised Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren complete support if she runs for president — a stinging rebuke to his nemesis Hillary Clinton, sources tell me.

Publicly, Obama has remained noncommittal on the 2016 race, but privately he worries that Clinton would undo and undermine many of his policies. There’s also a personal animosity, especially with Bill Clinton, that dates from their tough race six years ago.

A former Harvard law professor and administration aide, Warren would energize the left wing of the Democrat Party just as Obama did against Clinton in 2008.

Thanks to her outspoken stand against big banks and the top 1 percent, Warren is the darling of progressives. She won her Senate seat thanks to millions of dollars in donations from outside Massachusetts, including from rich environmentalists and Hollywood celebrities. …/

The war is on it seems. What else can be said? If it means it takes another slap at Bill Clinton while dissing Hillary, that’s just another reason to support her. Is Valerie Jarrett now in charge of the Democrat Party? She seems to be the self-appointed Czar.

I heard MSNBC applaud Warren campaigning for Tennant in West Virginia. They took issue that W Va, who once supported Dukakis, now favors Republicans. Yes, they believe she is the one to rectify that situation. The people that declared war on energy want to win back W. Virginia. Can even Democrats follow these “bob and weave” politics?

Their reasons, according to Wa Po:

1. Tennant needs every Democratic base voter to turn out
2. Tennant needs the money. (only had 1.5 mil on hand)
3. Warren’s economic populist message is a nice fit for the state. Yes, Warren is more liberal than the average West Virginian. And, her views on coal are not in line with most residents in the state. But, on economic inequality — the issue with which she is most closely associated — Warren is likely standing right with most West Virginians. (West Virginia was the third poorest state in 2013.) “Our job is to fight for the families of America,” Warren said at the Tennant event. “Stitch up the tax loopholes so that millionaires and billionaires pay at the same tax rate as the people in this room.” That’s a message that can work in West Virginia.
4. The event was in the Panhandle. West Virginia has moved heavily toward Republicans over the past decade or so. But, the entire state is not solidly Republican. The eastern Panhandle, which includes the town of Shepherdstown where the event was held, probably has more in common with Washington, D.C. than Charleston, West Virginia.

“None of the above means Tennant is going to win. She’s a long shot. And long shots need to take risks. This one makes political sense,” says Chris Cillizza.

There you have it, the rosy optimism for why Warren was a great fit for Virginia voters. Just the one to speak to them. Well, that percentage on the extreme Eastern border that leans Liberal anyway. What’s not to like? And she’s their presidential poster-child?

Don’t laugh, they are serious on both. Forget that Dems want to nuke the coal and energy industries and their extreme anti-gun, anti-second amendment, abortion ideology that comes with them. Insulting. One can only hope it’s not “change they believe in”.

  1. Mrs. AL says:

I hope Warren runs against the Hill. I could use some real laughs and watching these two women go at it would be worth the price of admission. (Guess my sarcastic side is coming out, eh? haha)

I heard Klein say the same thing about the Emperor supporting Warren. And I have to agree with Mrs. Al, what a fight that would be between her and Hill. That is something I wouldn’t want to miss. The two of them in the gladiator’s field. I hope they are not allowed to bring weapons into the ring.

Ha, Warren having a chance to win W. Virginia??????? I really don’t think so after the dims have ruined coal there. And the coal miners are mad as hell over it. Even the ones who are union members.

Guns and coal are as important as they are in KY where a Dem is running against Mitch McConnell. Mitch always sides with the 2nd Amendment and our rights to carry guns. He also is fighting for our coal companies that dims are destroying. The Dem running here has been outspoken on how she supports the Emperor. There are 2 liberal bastions from hell in KY, Lexington and Louisville. Other than that KY is pretty much a red state. The Emperor was voted down here by double digits.

I can’t imagine Warren ever winning here. Now Hill lots of people would vote for her. Dave told me that the only time KY has voted for a dim prez was Bill Clinton. So Hill would have a huge chance here. But, Warren, NO.

Pepp, excellent commentary. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry that they think they can pull it off. You’d think W Va is one place that’s out of bounds for her. I can’t imagine Hillary goes over much better. But they think its a winner.

I’d sort of like to see the two tear each other apart but they always seem to stop short of that. Hill should have torn Barry apart. Evil fate always seems to grant them another wish. I guess only Repubs can destroy themselves.

Right we complain about Mitch but there’s a huge difference. I think Kentucky is one of those places that just won’t tolerate the Left’s agenda, though the moonbats keep on trying. Persistent bastards, they are.

      • peppermintfarm says:

Bull, I can’t see how these nut jobs think they are going to pull off a win in WV either. Unless they have a city that is all liberal and it overcomes the rest of the state that is less inhabited. W.VA is a beautiful state, but there are so many places that are so isolated with few people living in those towns.

Yeah, Hill should have gone after Barry like a fiend, but then again she couldn’t have gotten away with it since even all the liberal media were giving her a lot of crap. People the Clintons expected to call in their chits went over to Obama. Now that must have been quite a slap in the faces of Bill and Hill.

A lot of lies float around about Mitch, but he has a very high conservative rating. I think those lies come from the liberals since Mitch is a very slick guy who works in the background often. For example he was the one responsible for bringing the court case against Obama for those recess appts’ that SCOTUS unanimously voted O down. Mitch works very quietly and slyly in the shadows against the dimwits.

You can never tell about KY. This state has a ton of blue dog democrats who don’t like the O’s agenda. A group called “Progress Kentucky” has moved into the state trying to get KY on a more “progressive” path. Well I guess we know who’s behind that one.

There are a couple of things the people in this state won’t tolerate, like abortion, coal being taken away, and they stick to their Bibles, guns, etc. The ones Obama made fun of. Do you know he never stepped foot in this state? Too afraid I guess plus KY doesn’t have the electoral votes to mean much to the dim wits. He sent in Bill Clinton during his first run at office and Bill stopped in Flemingsburg. About 10 people showed up. LOL! What a disappointment that must have been for slick willy.

        • bullright says:

Yea there are several places where Mitch has been very good, first amendment issues. He was more conservative than Scalia on that.(forced disclosure of donors)
(My posts go off on their own sometimes.)

That’s the part that gets me, their pattern of going to the most populated areas, cities. They really could care less about the rest of the people. But W Va is a bridge too far. It shows how brazen they are. Can you imagine Lizzy going down south campaigning? Bad enough Hillzy will go with her fake twang. They should both be locked up where they can’t harm anyone else, but they want to run for highest office of the land. Oh and the media will side with Warren too. So Hillary has her hands full.

          • peppermintfarm says:

Bull, Mitch never wavers on the 2nd Amendment either. It would be suicidal to not support the 2nd when KY people are loaded with weapons.

I think W.VA is a bridge too far also. Yes, they are completely brazen and full of themselves I think to believe W.VA will just go giddily in the night wanting to support Lizzy. She is totally nuts.

LOL! Yeah, they both should be locked up. That’s a good one Bull. Oh, gawd, yeah, that fake twang of Hill’s about made me puke. I doubt her audience appreciated that very much.

Oh really, the leftist media is already supporting Lizzie??????? I guess it shouldn’t surprise me because Lizzie with an ax is as nuts as the Emperor. She will carry out what the King doesn’t get done I guess.

I can almost feel sorry for Hill, but I really don’t. Out of the two of them I don’t know which one is worse. But, Lizzy, yuck. The dimwits sure know how to pick them don’t they?

            • bullright says:

Ha ha do they know how to pick ’em. Yet look what they did t Romney. The guy wasn’t spotless but really, the dog on the roof and a high school hazing? Really? So they are nuts, but they’ll accept anyone. (probably the worse the better, Kerry, johnny Edwards was close, Gore, Carter, Dukakis.) The list is long isn’t it? Now they’re just trying to make historical-wrong. Nothing like breaking records.

            • peppermintfarm says:

Bull, poor Mitch and the dog. The dog was probably enjoying being on the roof. People around here have their dogs in the back of pickups and they love it. They like that wind blowing them in the faces. Look how dogs inside a car hang their heads out of a window to see what’s going on. My Dakota loved doing that.

Hazing! Ha! Mild in comparison to the evil things this King has done to us.

But, they can put up any crackpot and oh, they are all so great. The only thing they are great about is doing us all in.

  3. bullright says:

    “Want to Play ?”

    • peppermintfarm says:

LMAO! The likeness is dead on. And I think in private that horror is just what she is. I think bodies are going to fall when Lizzie Borden runs against the Queen Hill who believes she is entitled to be prez.

What a pair those two are, Hill the Horror and Lizzie Borden, the ax killer.

      • bullright says:

Yea I thought that was great. Now please match Lizzy with someone. My grandson hates Chucky real bad. All you have to do is show him the picture. Now I wish they hated Hillzy as bad. Funny how the more their candidates scream the better they like ’em. It is a horror show come to think of it.

      • bullright says:

Oh yea, they have to find someone with high cheek bones, you know. LOL

        • peppermintfarm says:

Bull, that is the scariest part. This next election will be even more fraudulent than ever since they have to hold onto the fact that they’ve changed the country so bad (for us), so they don’t want to lose that power. I think this November will be full of fraud too since the King needs the Senate controlled by the Dims and dingy harry,.

          • bullright says:

Pepp, right and every step they go only emboldens them. Now we see what the FEC and IRS were really doing, along with the Senators prodding them on, talk about help!
Besides they have people like this running media interference for them.

            • peppermintfarm says:

              LOL! That video is hilarious.

Yep, you got it. Emboldened as hell. After all the scandals that the King “only finds out from the news” I shudder at the thought of what is next on their crappy list for us.

The libstream media should be kicked off the networks for running their interference for this ahole. They are not doing their diligent duty to help keep check on the government which is supposed to be their job, not an arm of the guv.

Bloody hell, I was having so much trouble with my screen in Firefox I couldn’t see where I was going. Got that fixed now. What an aggravation at 1:30am. I really need to go to bed. LOL!
