And the real good news for the Spite House is: one happens to be available.

Politico: Al Sharpton Becomes Obama’s Race Ambassador

The Rev. Al Sharpton has come a long way from his bullhorn-shouting presence at some of the nation’s most racially charged events, and has become President Barack Obama’s go-to man for a White House seeking to make a connection when tensions are flaring between the races, a Politico Magazine article claims.

Sharpton’s latest appearance happened this month in Ferguson, Mo. He arrived 72 hours after a white police officer shot and killed 18-year-old black man Michael Brown. Brown’s grandfather requested he come in to help after Sharpton advocated for the family of Florida teen Trayvon Martin, reports Politico Magazine.

But these days, Sharpton is taking a different route, and instead of agitating protests, he’s serving as a contact for the White House, a role he once again played in the Ferguson melee.

“There’s a trust factor with The Rev from the Oval Office on down,” a White House aide told Politico. “He gets it, and he’s got credibility in the community that nobody else has got. There’s really no one else out there who does what he does.”

After Sharpton met with Brown’s family and members of the local community, he connected with White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, who told him the president was “horrified” by the images he was seeing from Ferguson and wanted to know what the Brown family expected from the White House.

While the old Sharpton was avoided, the new Sharpton visits and texts or emails the White House and Obama officials frequently, especially with Attorney General Eric Holder, the first black man to hold that job. Holder, who traveled to Ferguson this week for a probe into the shootings, and Sharpton both say the Ferguson crisis is important to Obama’s legacy.

The shift has been a lifelong goal for Sharpton, says the Rev. Jesse Jackson, who in the past was often a rival of Sharpton.

Sharpton said he has matured over the years, but his critics don’t accept that.

“I’ve grown to appreciate different roles and different people, and I weigh words a little more [carefully] now. I’ve learned how to measure what I say,” he said. “Al Sharpton in 1986 was trying to be heard. I was a local guy and was like, ‘Y’all are ignoring us’…. That’s not the case now.”

Let’s call him the czar of racism.  Activist, organizer, race agitator, promoter, TV host, and White House adviser.  Race-baiter General.

The excuse that is being made is that the Brown family called the bad-reverend to help. But don’t you think countless people or families in Chicago reach out to Sharpton? But the provocateur did not turn down the Browns. He “learned how to measure what he says”…. now that is funny.

Oh, for bloody sake. Sharpton taking a different tone eh? Well from what i saw of his speeches it was the same ole shit. Race baiting.

Well that cop is cooked now. There won’t be any justice for him if he’s innocent. So the Grand Mufti was “horrified” by what he saw. Sure, but not horrified seeing Christians murdered in the tens of thousand across the ME.

Not until he wanted some political capitol dropping food to the Yazidis.

And his “legacy”! What is so important about Ferguson to make his legacy? What a bunch of crap.

You know I heard this on Fox last night about Sharpton and I thought surely they are joking. Now I am “horrified” by this.

Pepp, yea it’s pretty disgusting how they talk amongst themselves. I thought it was a flippant joke too. I guess not. Reality is stranger than fiction.

What Obama’s concerns are, right! Seems he an Sharpie are on the same page, how can they use this to their benefit? Grand Mufti, indeed. I guess that put the Muzzies and blacks on the same agenda. He can’t be bothered by a little old genocide, but one kid, well all the activists come out of the woodwork. And I never heard Sharpie mention Christians. (or Jackson) For a reverend….

Ha ha ….he’s a contractor now. Don’t let their legacies run them over.

Now Bull, just what would that legacy be? The most racist president in history?

“There’s a trust factor with The Rev from the Oval Office on down,” a White House aide told Politico. “He gets it, and he’s got credibility in the community that nobody else has got. There’s really no one else out there who does what he does.”

Now isn’t that one big joke? He gets it all right. He’s one of the biggest racists. I guess it wasn’t enough that we already have the Grand Mufti and his slave/hatchet man Holder as racists, we have to bring in a 3rd one to make things credible. LMAO!

I wonder how many decades or maybe centuries it will be when a book about the Grand M comes out with the whole truth about this creature. If the leftists stay in control on the public school system, there will tons of chapters about the Grand Mufti and what a great president he was.

Pepp, I’m baffled he can see race as his legacy? The irony of confiding in Sharples about legacy. That’s a punch line. Trust, I know I can’t get over that. No one else does what Sharples does….and that should be a good thing. One Al is too many. Yea, lets make it a complete 3 ring circus while we’re at it. Hey if you can recover from Tawana Brawley, I guess that is the experience he needs to tap. (I’ll never understand how Al got passed that one)

          • peppermintfarm says:

Another ironic thing is that while the three ring circus goes around calling everyone a racist when they are 3 of the biggest racists. I guess it’s that old standby, projection.

I’ll never understand how Al got past the Tawana Brawley fiasco either. I guess that’s why the Grand Mufti wants him, he’s a liar and a crook. Fits right into the White Mosque. One thing I don’t understand is why the Grand Mufti hasn’t changed the White House into Black House. It must gall him to live there it being called the white house.

If being a racist is what he wants as his legacy then so be it. How stupid can ya get. I know lots of blacks who despise Sharpton because they feel race relations got so much better in the past. They don’t want Sharpton taking us back to the 60s. They see him as a huge embarrassment.

Bull, I forgot to ask you if you saw O’Reilly tear into Sharpton this past week. OR ripped him up one side and down the other. It was beautiful.

    • Bullright says:

Pepp, i saw that. Now that was a classic O’Reilly. But then I remembered Fox having him on all those times before Al got hooked into MSNBC. It looked like downright pandering to him. I was p-oed at it then. And I remember reading of some deal between he and Roger Ailes. So they helped prop him up a little. Funny, Pepp, for people with a slogan of move on, lean forward, how much they cling to these bitter roots.

      • peppermintfarm says:

Bull, yeah it was classic. OR used to have him on his show but at some point he stopped. Like you i got mad they put that idiot on for interviews. One time he told OR he never held a real job in his life. His whole life is being a race agitator.

Ha, great point about “move on, move forward, and progressives. Instead they are regressive.

    • Bullright says:

      I guess I’m just glad Fox didn’t do a race-baiting show.
