About once a year the vitriolic Maureen Dowd does a particularly poignant, hilarious piece. In this case she rose to the challenge by roasting Hillary and then serving her just dessert for that arrogant press conference display.
Read the column and I promise you won’t be disappointed with the irony of the high-brow wit of Dowd taking Hillary down to size. If Hill thought the spandex was uncomfortable for yoga, she’s about to be super spandex-ed. I couldn’t resist an appropriate introduction.
It’s eye candy. So, this time it’s even richer than that pot candy bar hiatus in Colorado. And she doesn’t have to suffer any withdrawals…. well, not yet anyway.

WASHINGTON — SINCE open letters to secretive and duplicitous regimes are in fashion, we would like to post an Open Letter to the Leaders of the Clinton Republic of Chappaqua:
It has come to our attention while observing your machinations during your attempted restoration that you may not fully understand our constitutional system. Thus, we are writing to bring to your attention two features of our democracy: The importance of preserving historical records and the ill-advised gluttony of an American feminist icon wallowing in regressive Middle Eastern states’ payola.
You should seriously consider these characteristics of our nation as the Campaign-That-Must-Not-Be-Named progresses.
If you, Hillary Rodham Clinton, are willing to cite your mother’s funeral to get sympathy for ill-advisedly deleting 30,000 emails, it just makes us want to sigh: O.K., just take it. If you want it that bad, go ahead and be president and leave us in peace.
I challenge any one of the other liberal nom de plumes out there to skewer Hillary in similar fashion. (don’t hold your breath) They won’t be lining up at the dunk tank to take a shot at Hillary. It just ain’t going to happen, which in itself should tell us a whole lot.
In other words, Maureen is correct that Dems will swallow just about anything under the guise of a woman candidate for president. And Hillary’s assumption is right that liberal women will “compartmentalize” the abuse and hypocrisy just to put her name up in golden lights as Hillary’s time — #ReadyForHillary .
It only reveals the insane hypocrisy of the Left. Hillary actually comes with the baggage of scandals, already broken in, some already under investigation. Hillary, this is your life.
Right Ring

Great article Bull. And Dowd’s letter to her is so on the mark. I doubt anyone else will write such a letter to the Hillary (I deserve to be president) woman.
I’ve talked to some people who will vote for her no matter what. They still, after all of Slick Willie’s womanizing, believe he is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
I don’t understand the Clinton love. I always find it incomprehensible.

Pepp: Well thanks. You always size up this stuff so good. Maureen gives a great insight into the liberal mind, doesn’t she? Hillary’s “They love me, they love me not” routine. Dowd’s not a vip to the first fundraisers I bet. (she doesn’t remember how vindictive Hill is?) I almost want to compliment her but I know there is always a twist to come. But it is the gesture that counts, I guess.
So right, still support them after all this ____(fill in your choice of word) I think incomprehensible covers it. You’d think at some point even libs would say enough. No. They have so much invested in the duo that, as you say, no matter what she does. She doesn’t get the messiah halo of Barry, but she’s a runner up — for a white woman from Arkansas with a phony Southern drawl.
What do they get for all their misery and headstands defending them? I don’t get it.

Yeah Maureen does give insight into libtard minds. I was working at P&G with a group of women in testing. This one woman claimed herself to be a BIG Christian.
One day Bill Clinton came up and this same woman says, “Oh how I love Bill”. I said to her, “what about all of his womanizing”. Do you approve of that since you’re a devout Christian?”
She tells me then that womanizing were all lies.
My jaw fell open. I could not believe my ears.
And this time, here we have wifey running on “woman equality” which is such a hoot. She’s never been kind about Bill’s women, calling them names, and she stands there and says such ridiculous things, but ppl still want her. It’s just so unbelievable to me.

And Hillary doesn’t care. She only cares about one thing. So why can’t people see through her phony act? Oh, she cares about money too, Both Clintons are all about the money. How many years and Dems still like these people even when lying to their faces? .

Pepp, Another great article. Funny, Bill laying pipe across the country. LMAO And Hill doing who knows what and where and for how much. If that ain’t a super soap opera waiting to happen I don’t know what is. And we know too, from Barry, once you open that can of worms you have no control or say. They all have a momentum.
But it makes me realize all three are naracissists and feed on public attention. They can’t get enough. The only thing we could hope for is that they compete with each other for attention and it cancels out some of the harm. It’s the biggest train wreck we could ever see coming. Yet Dems are totally serious. I hope he’s right too. It just could be a bridge too far for some people.

Pepp, in January Newsmax wrote about her and Elizabeth Warren. I was going to post but Warren backed out. It said the narratives of Hill and Lizzy were already set among Democrats. Their own narrative of Warren was she was exciting and energetic (inexperienced) but they thought Hillary was an old and a tired brand. That’s Dems’ own narrative. But it pointed out they are close the same age. Hillary is considered old and outdated to their Dem base — That’s a kicker. Yet they’re all in for her? Does that make sense? We are supposed to use Dems own narrative against them.
