    BEAUTIFUL! TRUE AMERICAN HEROES INDEED!

Both my Grandpa Jamack and my Uncle Charlie Jamack are buried in Arlington.

And let’s keep that flag sacred. No stomping, burning, or defecating on it. Too many died for the symbol of that flag.

Pepp, true heroes, right, not the fake stuff they stick in our faces today. What a solemn honor.

Yea a fifth grader can understand the sacred symbol of that. But their defamation is so intentional.

Could be if any in the fifth (well maybe a few) grade should have been promoted to that grade starting maybe 20 or 30 years ago, certainly not lately. My kids excepted of course, sort of like yours but not my congressperson needs to be gone. 🙂

Bull, i really resent putting “hero” status on Hollyweirdos and other fake sports figures. They are not heroes IMO.

TY. I had the privilege of attending my Uncle’s funeral at Arlington Cemetery. It was so awesome. He died in Nam. My brother was in Nam at the same time he died. So was also scary for me. Prayed I wouldn’t be attending another one even though it was really something to see.

Excellent speech but he always spent far too much time lauding democracy in his discourse as though neither he nor his audience really understand the dangers thereof.

Well, you’re right. It goes over the head of many and these days we see the danger in living color unfolding. You just made me think of that chant they use at all their cause celebs: this is what democracy looks like. Not lost on the Occupier-in-Chief.

  3. […] really disturbing when you see images, as Peppermint reminds me, of people stomping on or destroying the flag. And it’s not elsewhere, it goes on right […]
