Hillary: Breaking the law

Finally someone does an astute comparison of the Hillary Clinton email ordeal to General Petraeus and gives it more than passing reference. Ken Cuccunelli, former AG of Virginia, writes the stunning piece detailing the breach of conduct, in what I call egregious offenses to break the law.

Yes, Hillary Clinton broke the law

By Ken Cuccinelli | September 27, 2015 | Op-ed NY Post

Since there has been much evasion and obfuscation about Hillary Rodham Clinton’s email use, it seems appropriate to step back and simply review what we know in light of the law. It’s also instructive to compare Clinton’s situation to arguably the most famous case of our time related to the improper handling of classified materials, namely, the case of Gen. David Petraeus.

[excerpt]

According to the law, there are five elements that must be met for a violation of the statute, and they can all be found in section (a) of the statute: “(1) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, (2) by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, (3) knowingly removes such documents or materials (4) without authority and (5) with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location [shall be guilty of this offense].”

The big question, once this is established by the very investigation she is taunting, is would the justice department prosecute? What grounds would they use to ignore or refuse to? She could need a pardon, which by accepting it requires the basic admission that one did something wrong. No wonder Bill is out characterizing it as a little nothing.

Bull, I don’t have time to comment. I’m on a library computer with a time limit. Just wanted to let you know that my computer crashed again and this time I can’t even get it to restore. To return and replace the PC will take about 3 weeks. So I just wanted to let you know how long I’ll be down. And I’ve having trouble getting a return label also from Walmart. I went online here to try to do it but the return label is not showing up on the print page. They gave me a number to call which I will do when I get back home. What a fine mess this is Ollie.

I’m still online . I lost a lot of stuff as usual. Yes this is really bad for sure. I went to my email at hughes, net and saw you had answered me back. I had more time left than I thought on this PC. But I have to clear out my email from the hughes server. I do everything online so this is really bad for me. I pay my bills online too. What can I say. I’m totally disgusted.

Well now, this is a fine mess. So returning is the only option? Likely can’t get remote access. That’s out. I’m wondering what the problem was, but at this point it probably doesn’t matter if it completely crashed. Sometimes draining that power cell helps but likely already past that. Don’t know if its hardware or software, hard to tell. It sure does create a problem of the worst sorts.

What do you mean about draining the power cell?

I’m a big fan of Ken Cuccunelli and he knows what he’s talking about. Correct me if I’m wrong (which is always possible seeing how I stay in left field a lot), but didn’t the Injustice Department already say they wouldn’t prosecute Hitlary? And I thought that commie sheep running the Injustice Department stated there were no grounds to prosecute Hitlary.?

Look at how they crucified Nixon for a break in and now they’re letting Hitlary get away with this? I guess even a lot of the commie sheep aren’t buying this bullshit the way her numbers are dropping so badly.

Under the watch of Barry; this country has become as lawless (if not more) than the days of the Wild West. Time to pull out the ole .44, the 10 gallon and get that lazy ass horse moving…

So I think they did telegraph that. I hadn’t seen the quote but now that you mention it. They’re good about forecasting how lawless they plan on being.

It sure is like the wild west only they are holding the biggest fort around telling us “we’ll do as we please, what are you going to do about it?” Of course that’s all the exact reason why she should never get back in the WH. (Imagine what her enemies’ list looks like)

LMAO! “Forecast”…they would make the best weathermen in the world. Never wrong…

If that bitch gets back in our WH, they might as well just move the damn thing to the Hamptons.

BTW; ya’ know Barry isn’t allowed to have his VC home in the Hamptons. He and Moochelle have to settle for Martha’s Vineyard. The Hamptons is very vanilla…oops…
