Lois Lerner escapes prosecution, and the arm of justice.
“In a letter notifying members of Congress of its decision, the Justice Department said that while investigators had found “mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia,” there was no evidence that any IRS employee had targeted a political group based on its viewpoints or obstructed justice.”

Please, no news here. Move on everyone. What a disgrace.
And those in high command out of concern for the general welfare, not wanting to become 3rd. world like Venezuela, we didn’t want to cause the runs in the general population and run out of toilet paper. Central five year plan you know.

This is another disgrace by the government when there is massive proof that conservative groups were targeted by her and whoever else was in on this game. But I never expect anyone on their side to ever be punished and heaven forbid that one of them ever be indicted for any crime including murder.

Pepp, I suppose they telegraphed what the results would be. No matter hard drive crashes, loss of emails, other proof plus her admission. Nah. Just another nothing cake to them. It was a pattern behavior for Pete’s sake.

No it doesn’t matter how much evidence there was she was never going to be prosecuted. This has the hands of the top of the rung on it and they can’t let that come out. She would have made a deal with the DOJ and that would have gone nowhere too. Perhaps she blackmailed them on that. But my belief is they just didn’t want to do anything to her. I am surprised however that she didn’t get a new job somewhere higher up in the WH.

I can only assume the commies decided it’s too much trouble to pardon their criminal associates, so heh just don’t prosecute any of them. Save Barry the time of a pardon. He’s got a tee time to get to.
Paul Revere would be too late to announce ‘the commies are coming.’

Yes, it does save them the trouble. And she’ll be preserved for some other function.
Same old story.. same old song.
