Time for another new term. Commies are up to no good. That is not open for debate. And we now have entered an era I am calling commifusion. You heard the word here first. (always a good sign in coining a new term when even Google never heard of it before)
That is a period in which all political issues, along with the terms of debate, are intentionally fused with communism ideals. Nothing is exempt.
For those dissenters on the left who disagree, it is not possible to say they personally are not affiliated or have no sympathies with communism. That is because all the left practices the same radical tactics that by their nature enshrine and empower Marxist communism. So claiming dissociation does not work.
It is these radical tactics, once used mostly by commie leftists, that are now widely employed, taught and encouraged. Most everyone on the left adopted those terms and thus is a radical activist these days. If you are woke you know it, too. No one can be a stranger to the radical means of politics today. It is the caviar and vodka of the left’s politics and no one can deny that anymore.
That is the way it works with Islamists and Muslims. If you use the same terms and argue the same radical way the jihadis do, then there is no difference. You are lending aid and support to Islamists. (and even they know it) One’s personal belief is irrelevant.
The methodology of the argument is what matters.
In the case of the Left it basically works the same way. You can think or say you are not a radical Marxist but all your efforts help empower and further their agenda. So that even applies to some Republicans, but certainly to many dumb Democrats. The distinction of Socialism not Marxism or communism, is also a pointless one.
Years ago, Bart Stupak tried to stand up for an old coalition — albeit a small one — of pro-life Democrats. He found out his views were not welcome any longer. The DNC could not tolerate counter views or their message. But up until that point, he was only fooling himself that they mattered within the Party. It is the way homogenized radicalism works. You either survive on the nature of radical Marxism or you don’t survive, period.
Those are the left’s terms for all politics today.
Who is fooling whom? Either they contribute to cannibalism or become a victim of it. There is no third choice. Commifusion is the product, radicalism is the means.
