I really do hate saying this but I know how America looks to the rest of the world: like a bunch of spoiled brats, sick to the rotten core, fighting over who will get their way.
Anyone who assumed the right kind of sanity would appear and save the day must be awfully disappointed, while they are sitting there waiting with their popcorn in hand.
I’m not saying we are but sure enough that is what it looks like. And there is good reason for that. A big part of all that is going on is not to convince us of anything, it is to break the spirit and will of America. In other words, the America we all know. That perception cannot be allowed to exist. No one can be proud of it and we should have to give in to forces with the loudest mouths screaming in the streets. That is supposed to be the outcome.
But how do you avoid that? Well, there is a tough question conjuring up all kinds of answers and none of them are appealing. Just the perception of America as a shinning city on a hill is not enough to deter these miscreants from their destiny schemes. Knowing they are outnumbered is not enough. Anarchy alone is not what makes it this evil, a lot of people contributed to it to make it that evil.
If you want another chilling thought to compliment the last, these people in the streets are not just trying to tear down society and revise history. No, they want to re-fight the civil war because they don’t like the way the last one turned out. They don’t just want to distort reality, they want to destroy it. In fact, they don’t like the founding much either.
Actually, there is nothing about this America they do like. Now their biggest problem is with those of us who do. They think they got nothing to lose. But this is what terrorists do.
Romney threw in with this bunch, why am I not surprised? (the face of a spoiled brat)
“We need to end violence and brutality, and to make sure that people understand that black lives matter.”- Mitt Romney the bitter-ender.
