Garland is injecting DOJ as a referee and arbiter of the process between people and school boards. The AG is also hyper-concerned with the political process of elections.
Again, political duty calls.
So Garland is also injecting the DOJ into that process to nationalize our political elections. Just the same way he is nationalizing school board meetings into a school board Gestapo, targeting concerned parents. The 1st and 10th amendments are not suggestions.
We dodged a big one when he didn’t get on SCOTUS, especially replacing Justice Scalia.
