Subversion Of Justice

You guessed it, on the very day that Congress had to take action to try to get compliance while they had Rosenstein and Wray testifying, what did Nancy Pelosi do?

She took to the floor, on the House action vote, pleading to Rosenstein and Wray not to comply or cooperate with document requests which made the House subpoena necessary.

Then later in the hearing Rosentein referred to questions about the legality of the subpoena. He opened the door to noncompliance on that and other reasons.

The latest episode of the government defying the American people.

Wray, for his part, reiterated his claims of all the good the FBI does. He said nothing in the IG report, or Horowitz’s testimony, questioned the integrity of the institution of the FBI. How can this elaborate plot and rampant bias of a cabal from the 7th floor headquarters of the FBI not impugn the integrity of the institution? It does. Congress did not do that.

These top officials in the FBI were willing to risk the entire credibility of the institution, with their own, to do what they did. They didn’t care. Now they act as if all that didn’t happen. Instead they blamed Congress for its chase of documents.

Think about it, these career people put the whole institution on the line and they knew it. That’s abuse of power. Plus there has still been no accountability — except Comey and dufus McCabe getting fired. Yet the plot they started continues, by Rosenstein implying there might even be questions about the validity of the subpoena.

Another glimpse of how Rosenstein thinks:”ignore the tyranny of the news cycle,” he said. So officials use the very process, procedures of our top institution to obstruct and subvert Congressional oversight, and then complain about the news cycle. The news is tyrannical? It all happened within DOJ… now tell us about tyranny!

Yates drops inadvertent truth bomb

Yates sat down for an interview with Morning Joe sharpening her critique on President Trump, for his asking DOJ to look into investigation abuse of his presidential campaign.

The Hill

Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates on Monday said President Trump has taken his “assault on the rule of law to a new level” by demanding the Justice Department (DOJ) look into alleged surveillance abuses of his 2016 presidential campaign.

“I think what we’re seeing here is the president has taken his all-out assault of the rule of law to a new level and this time he is ordering up an investigation of the investigators who are examining his own campaign. You know, that’s really shocking,” Yates said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/388599-sally-yates-trump-has-taken-his-assault-on-the-rule-of-law-to-a

Let’s talk about “Shocking” Sally.

No matter how coy Sally Yates tries to play with her words, the truth is still clear: “Investigators who are [investigating] his own campaign.” Think about that.

That is called investigating Trump’s campaign, and that is what they are/were doing. That is by definition what investigators do. It is Precisely the same predicament Comey had with Loretta Lynch over the Hillary Clinton investigation. They wanted to call it a matter, when in reality it was an investigation — intentionally botched one but an investigation.

See the problem now? They have been trying to tell us it is an investigation into Russia but from the mouths of babes, Yates slipped out the truth that it is an investigation of the Trump campaign, no matter how innocuously she tries to phrase it.

And when has this occurred before in history? How about never.

Sure autopsies on campaigns are done in politics by candidates post-election, but an FBI investigation of a presidential campaign, begun while in process some time before the election? Look for some precedent on that. I’m pretty sure there isn’t one. Even in Hillary’s case, they were investigating her prior conduct not the campaign itself.

During the 2016 campaign, remember how much they made out of the fact that we don’t go after political opponents in this country. Presuming an investigation against Hillary, after the election, was the subject. No, in this case they opened and carried on an active investigation of the Trump campaign long before the election. Then carried it right into his presidency. He had never been a public official or even in a major campaign before. So the conduct they were looking at was before he even got into office.

Imagine what all those investigators were thinking as they watched the campaign go on, knowing full well they had a spy or paid informant working with FBI in their investigation into the campaign? And knowing they were using the dosssier of his political opponent as their reason and evidence for FISA warrants. Then they lied about it all the way.

Mud boils in the Swamp

Here is my ‘for what it’s worth’ on the Deep State, Russian matrix. I will boil it down to the most simple form, and will not make it complicated because it is not.

It is 7:45 pm on May 21, 2018 and I’m physically ill, really. I have a knot in my stomach that begs for relief and getting more ill thinking over our state of corruption. It’s been bothering me but I have a strong stomach. I’ve handled reading Russian propaganda, the communist manifesto, some of the Marx/Engels letters, reports on Frank Marshall Davis, and various conspiracies. But the daily news takes the proverbial cake.

Now I know everyone else has their own take on the events, connecting all the dots. I don’t mind anyone questioning mine. I could be wrong about a few little things but all I ask is that you consider the scenario. It is different.

But first I want to indulge in one metaphor. See, all these major parts of the whole thing, I ask you to look at them as a ‘vehicle’ — each one as its own vehicle. It is the only way I think it all makes sense enough to explain it. I said it is simple.

From my knowledge of the Russia problem and intervening, or trying to, in elections it is nothing new. (I am not going to belabor details which most everyone here knows) In fact, the Russian problem goes back at least 3 years prior to 2016 and probably much more. We had our European allies tell us what Russia was up to, and then basically laugh at us when we asked them about what we, our intelligence, were seeing in the US. They basically said welcome to our world, you finally took note? We’ve been telling you this for years.

SO the Russia problem was on intelligence radar, and all our allies were aware of it. We were pushing it up to the top and telling top administration officials. Obama even wanted some workable plans. No, he really didn’t because he rejected any options offered for fear it would provoke Russia further. He had no desire to do anything. Remember the telling Vlad to “knock it off” excuse at a Summit. Then public disclosure: he didn’t even want it mentioned, another fear for Obama. Until finally when they were going to dish it out in a Friday dump, in hopes of getting all the media and Sunday shows talking about it. But then NBC leaked the Trump video on that day, which was meant to take him down. In the dust up, their Russia story lost the cycle. Like we didn’t know about it anyway.

Now here is my synopsis about the vehicles. Well before that time, Russia was an internal concern that obviously they weren’t willing to act on. Let it ride. Actually, earlier they had found something to do on Russia, incorporate it with a Trump investigation. It became a good predicate for a reason to investigate Trump. It still is.

The more you hear about Russia, Russia, Russia, it is not about Russia but Trump. The Obama administration really didn’t care about Russia, remember? Obama went out on a WH podium saying how impossible it was to “rig” or influence an election run by 50 states. He wasn’t worried that Russia was going to ruin the election. So he found use for the Russia problem as a vehicle. It provided all the reason for a counter intelligence investigation. That was its use. Like Rahm Emanuel said, never let a crisis go to waste. Regardless what Russia’s intentions were, they had a good political purpose they wouldn’t have otherwise. A useful vehicle. Why did the Russia meddling require investigating Trump?

Just apply that same metaphor to every other major thing. For example: Comey firing a vehicle to the Special Counsel, the Mueller probe is just a vehicle itself, to turn the attention to Trump and his campaign rather than Hillary and Obama’s corrupt cabal. It became a smokescreen.

The FISA warrants and abuse were a vehicle to investigate, and the dirty dossier was a vehicle to drive the investigation and FISA. Russia meddling is a ruse, a cover for what Obama and Clinton and Deep State wanted to do.(more like an asset) And all the vehicles aimed at a coup, after they realized they lost. Why, if Hillary won, she may have even used a Russia investigation to cover for her criminal corruption. (it probably would have worked) And Republicans would have probably gone right along with it. Anything but deal with the truth about Hillary, or Obama’s administration. And notice they carefully avoided the N Korea problem, another thing that would keep any next administration busy, or all the eyeballs of Congress on it, to keep them away from truth and his legacy. Everything had a purpose; all were vehicles for a particular thing. Together they were a fleet.

What has happened, over and over again, is each one of these things is micro analyzed itself in isolation. But the whole fleet his gassed up on a choreographed trip.

One other thing that probably was not factored enough into the giant coup cabal was of public reaction. We were not supposed to know, it was just supposed to happen. Then the vehicles would be spun to suit the outcome, if we questioned any of it. Most people think there has to be a pivotal point to public outrage.

You cannot just delegitmize and undermine a president without a cost. Instead they say Trump wants to cause a Constitutional crisis. Really? Already done. They say Trump is dividing us, they were dividing before the election using an insurance policy to pursue it. They were going to justify it as a matter of process that must be completed. (as long as it went their way) Of course this all means Russia, or the Russian investigation, was a convenient impetus to go after the real target, Trump. Investigation on Russia meddling, but what did it have to do with Trump’s campaign? Take a vehicle, plug in your views.

That’s all they are, vehicles to get to the real destination — Deep State Rentals.

Crossfire Hurricane, indeed.

Rosenstein down the Swamp sewer

Let the Purge Begin=> Dirty Cop Rod Rosenstein Knows His Days in Government Are Numbered

Gateway Pundit

Dirty Cop Rod Rosenstein knows his days at the Department of Justice are numbered.
Rosenstein is a dead man walking – and being fired may be the least of his worries.

In April The Gateway Pundit reported that the US is now in a constitutional crisis due to the unconstitutional and corrupt Mueller investigation kept in place by corrupt FBI and DOJ Leadership.

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/05/let-the-purge-begin-dirty-cop-rod-rosenstein-knows-his-days-in-government-are-numbered/

So hot Rod Rosenstein wrote a detailed letter recommending the firing of James Comey. Then Rod promptly opened a Special Counsel investigation afterward, based partly on Comey’s firing as obstruction of justice, and at Coney’s persuasion. He appointed Comey’s good friend, Mueller, and made himself a witness in the obstruction inquisition, Russia investigation he opened. No conflict there?

For Comey: When does someone get fired for insubordination and bad conduct get to have his best friend appointed as a Special Counsel to investigate the president’s action, and insert himself as a key witness in it? All the pigs are flying, very nicely too.

One for the hopper

The daily roundup of news is at times overwhelming. But at the same time we still don’t hear the news we need to know, or want to hear.

If you are looking for that story you know is out there but can’t find, it is probably no surprise why. If you are looking for the true story on something, well, it can be almost impossible to find. Maybe you have to take snippets from 3 different pieces to cobble together the best iteration of the truth. But it is doubtful you will find it from the main talking heads on the 24/7.

Why do I say that and why does that matter? Simply because we have to think, like we always did, using critical thinking. That was always the case for us — not everyone else.

You’ve seen it before where the things media cares about are not the things the people care about. Media admits that it reports what it wants people to care about. Then they will hide behind the excuse that “this is what people want or care about.” They feed us a daily diet of what they want us to see and care about. I’ve even been told basically that by a TV reporter many years ago. It is the ultimate arrogance. They’ll even tell you to your face when they think a story is not worthy of their coverage, though probably not why.

The paraphrase of this distortion is: ‘if it is on the news, we are the reason because we demand it.’ Take the Stormy Daniels (whatever her real name is) story, we are all so curious and just want, no need, to know. If they put it on we want it.

It is also our fault, or Trump’s, when news errors.

Sure we know they are biased but I do wonder how many people know how intentional it really is? I think it has finally become clear; we got a lesson in that over the last couple years. It is about as intentional as the FBI/DOJ investigation of Trump. They, intelligence, were like Rod Blagojevich saying “I got this golden thing”. That statement alone probably did Rod the most harm. But that’s how intelligentsia played us.(or tried to) This golden thing to them begets the golden-shower story. A hodge-podge of a fictional narrative.

Served up daily, the Sludge Of Our Times is not what is on our menu but what we get. The stories we want covered are albeit ignored. Substituted with the stuff from the bottom of the swamp. And we are supposed to say, “sir, can we have more, please?

If people want to know, the MSM’s job is to make you really work to find out.

The Swamp is heavily defended

In this strange upside down and inside out world we find ourselves in, it looks like the Dep of Justice is actually the protector of the swamp. Call it a guardian or caretaker.

Ten years ago I might have mockingly wrote that as a joke. Now I only wish it were a joke. Can this please be a joke or an SNL skit that I’ve seen just before dozing off and having this nightmare? The irony of that is just about as wacky as the very idea. But we don’t get to write the script, we are living it out.

With all the latest revelations about texts, then missing texts, refusals to provide documents to Congress, a former AG meeting with Clinton on a tarmac, to an FBI Director who demanded an independent counsel after being fired, it seems anything is possible. And that is just the point, nothing is normal. My worst fears are real, it is all true.

On a daily basis more comes out. If you thought Deep State was a conspiracy theory, you no longer have the liberty to laugh it off or pretend it is not. There is a conspiracy.

Offended? I suppose so. But if you spent all your time being outraged you would wear yourself out before the whole story comes out. Another issue is the selectivity of news reporting about any of it. They don’t want to. It’s like media is on strike refusing to report real news, instead just making up a convenient story line to suit their fancy.

So I, like so many of us, go from one outrage to the next. I’m sick of the perpetual outrage, sick of being offended to my inner being. I’m sick of the moral outrage when wrong is right and right is wrong. The nightmare is real and it doesn’t seem to be coming to an end. It develops new plots and turns daily.

If what has been happening was supposed to wake you up, well, once you are awake then what can you do? The only people who are not outraged about any of these actions are the left. Their silence about it is chilling.

At the heart of the Deep State is its defense. (and at the heart of the swamp is its ecological, biological system)

The offensives continue on common sense and reasoning. Is it a dumbing down of America or just the effects of politicizing everything? Either way, they don’t want you to know.

At the height of this upside down chicanery, the real truth is crystallizing about the Deep State and those who support it, ie, the media, the left and all areas of the Swamp. When faced with the power and influence of Deep State, we see who is willing to protect it. It is now clear the supreme guardian of the Deep State is no less than the DOJ itself.

I’ve long associated Deep State with bureaucracy and especially the state Department but its tentacles are far wider than that. Now we find out that the protector and apologists for it is the Department of Justice. Who tasked them with that duty and responsibility above all else — like keeping America safe and preserving justice and rule of law — to defend Deep State? Of course that is by default the preservation of the Swamp.

So the effects we are seeing of the corruption that went on is bad enough. Indeed that even penetrated the DOJ as well. But when it came down to exposing it, the DOJ stepped right in to preserve and protect the Deep State Swamp — to cover their butts.

Recently we saw how the Menedez corruption trial ended, in a hung jury. This reinforced the claim that it is very tough to get a conviction on corruption and bribery. Maybe William Jefferson’s freezer of cash would not be a problem now? In fact, that case is now under reconsideration. Jefferson will be released after a judge revised the charges.

The New Orleans Advocate – 10/5/17

The decision marked the latest upending of a political corruption conviction since the high court set tighter limits on what qualifies as an illegal quid pro quo in politics.

In a unanimous 2016 decision tossing out the conviction of former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote that an official act “must involve a formal exercise of governmental power.”

Roberts added that “setting up a meeting, talking to another official or organizing an event — without more — does not fit that definition of ‘official act.’ “

It was recently announced they will not seek a new trial against Menendez.

“DOJ” now stands for Dep of Obstructing Justice. Like it or not, that’s what we have. The old line is that its not the crime but the coverup. The DOJ is complicit in the corruption and in the cover up. But it was supposed to be sacred (neutral) ground that only cared about one thing, justice.

That all changed under Obama. It became the seat of the corruption — the pinnacle. Then it morphed into its defender of record as the news leaked out. Democrats in Congress want to make sure that the corrupt and politicized DOJ stays in place.

There goes your and my nightmare in a loop cycle.

In fact, they tried to make it impossible for Trump and his administration to fire anyone. If you have the president under investigation, it turns out that only makes you immune from firing. But make no mistake who the real guardian-in-chief for Deep State has been.

Add the failures of FBI to do its job in terrorism or high profile investigations. And they wonder why we are losing confidence in the DOJ itself? It is at the heart of the Swamp.

Power to the Radicals

A few things happened this week. Nothing out of the ordinary, I assure you. Just the typical, normal routine government stuff. Boring. Well, normal for these days.

With the publicity about the House memo put out by Devin Nunes, all the Democrats are livid.(triggered) They were all asked to go and see the very classified information for themselves but most Democrats declined the invitation. Nyet! [no in Russian]

But the FBI complained that they need to review and sign off on the information. Gee, the same FBI who stonewalled release of documents. By the way, most of the information came from them. FBI has control over what Congress can do now? That is new.

Then the DOJ said it would be “unprecedented and reckless” to release the information. “Danger, Will Robinson.” Is that a loud “nyet”? Oh, so they get veto power over what Congress, who has oversight, can release to the public. They already made Congress go to court to get the documents members of Congress demanded.

Dems and media claimed #Release The Memo is being promoted by Russian bots. I’d say Russia might figure by now that government is doing enough damage by itself.

Mueller wants to interview Trump. Okay, the guy Trump interviewed to run FBI just before being anointed Special Counsel needs to interview Trump. Every time there is good news for Trump, Mueller strategically leaks something to carry the media- driven, anti-Trump narrative. Conveniently, just as Trump leaves for Davos, Switzerland.

The awaited doctor exam did not work out well at all for team resistance. Trump is healthy and not slobbering in his soup. Media says how can that be?

Five months of communication records went missing from key investigators of Clinton’s and Trump’s case. No worry, says the FBI, ‘normal’ glitches with new phone updates. Remember Lois Lerner had normal problems with those emails, too? But she was first in line to run to the court to seal her testimony “records” So it’s just a snafu, you lose.

A glitch causes a 5-month screw up? Maybe they switched to Hillary’s IT vendor. Oh, that’s right, he’s wandering around in hiding somewhere. Or didn’t they all get immunity? But I bet there is a real good reason – other than misconfiguration issues. They would never keep them from us.

Wait, Democrats and their media allies attack Republicans and Trump for questioning the FBI leadership. Crazy. Now being offended at corrupt leadership is sacrilegious. Dems immediately said we are attacking the entire FBI. No, the leadership sucks, just like some of the DOJ. Conflicts and corruption are everywhere.

You have to hand it to Trump, since he came in it’s being exposed daily. Wouldn’t you think rank and file FBI are offended? Dems say just leave it alone, they are doing fine.

Speaking of FBI, it seems word went out to Director Wray to fire McCabe. He supposedly refused and then threatened to resign if DOJ continued that dialogue. If so, I didn’t know they make all personnel decisions on FBI Island, where even the AG cannot override them. Okay, so who is in charge here? FBI has a veto too?

We already know about the Schumer Shutdown. He demands what is put on the agenda. And now Schumner seems to think he has a veto over the wall. What’s up, Chuck?

Sanctuary cities? Oh some in California are going to arrest officials cooperating with ICE. While they are at it, they are going to write immigration law too. (which ICE should follow) Then they demand Feds can’t touch anything they issued a law on. A veto? Usurpation of law is now a Constitutional right. That’s in the 10th amendment now.

How bad is it? I saw the writing on the wall… and even the wall was crying.

Can we find anything else crazy in the news? See what radicals, with the help of Deep State, can do given opportunity and 8 years of a corrupt administration? Sky’s the limit.

Google slanting search info

Google’s New Fact-Check Feature Almost Exclusively Targets Conservative Sites

Daily Caller

Google, the most powerful search engine in the world, is now displaying fact checks for conservative publications in its results.
No prominent liberal site receives the same treatment.

And not only is Google’s fact-checking highly partisan — perhaps reflecting the sentiments of its leaders — it is also blatantly wrong, asserting sites made “claims” they demonstrably never made.

When searching for a media outlet that leans right, like The Daily Caller (TheDC), Google gives users details on the sidebar, including what topics the site typically writes about, as well as a section titled “Reviewed Claims.”

Vox, and other left-wing outlets and blogs like Gizmodo, are not given the same fact-check treatment. When searching their names, a “Topics they write about” section appears, but there are no “Reviewed Claims.”
In fact, a review of mainstream outlets, as well as other outlets associated with liberal and conservative audiences, shows that only conservative sites feature the highly misleading, subjective analysis. Several conservative-leaning outlets like TheDC are “vetted,” while equally partisan sites like Vox, ThinkProgress, Slate, The Huffington Post, Daily Kos, Salon, Vice and Mother Jones are spared. [More]

Why is Google made the de facto cop on the beat? We saw the same thing with Obama where friendly Leftist commentary went to the top of the search. Selective targeting is the kind of thing conservatives, or Republicans, have grown accustomed to seeing.

Exit 2017: same as the entrance

For my last post of the year, it was a dilemma. Should I write about Hillary? She was supposed to be off stage in nowhere but she crashed into 2017 and squatted like Occupy Wall St and won’t leave, even when her supporters tire of her.

Should it be about Obama? He was supposed to be out of office yet resurfaces every time there is any blame to hand out. so he can attack Trump. I guess he did evolve from blaming Bush to blaming Trump. He’s like a terrible movie with a lousy ending. Plus we have the ghost of Obama and shadowy operations popping up everywhere.

Speaking of never ending, I could do something about Nancy Pelosi since there is endless material. She also refuses to get out even when the base demands new leaders. The left can find all kinds of reasons to terminate babies but can’t get rid of old leaders. They want to “flip states” but not leaders.

Well, then there is Trump who the left is trying everything they can to get off the stage. So the guys who can’t get their decades-old people out suddenly can’t stomach a new guy on the block who rocks their world.

Or maybe I could follow NYT lead who, for the last days of the year, did a story about George Papadopoulos. A story of a drunk popping off his mouth about Russia having Clinton emails. (which they probably couldn’t have had if she didn’t have a private server). By telling someone, it was relayed to intelligence a few months later, which started the investigation on Trump. Of course this was based on credible but anonymous sources. (wink-nod) When FBI or Mueller wants a story out, it gets out. But when Congress wants information from FBI, we get stonewalled and can’t get it.

What is wrong with that story? Start with the reason for it is to create a justification for the investigation in the first place. To divert from the dirty dossier. In turn, that should tell us where it came from and why. This is an attempt to substantiate this whole investigation. I know, blame it on the 3rd rate dunk guy, one who lied to the FBI. So the FBI fell for the old drunk guy in a bar routine. Yeah, ‘A justifying we will go!’

Others believed that the possibility of a compromised presidential campaign was so serious that it warranted the most thorough, aggressive tactics. Even if the odds against a Trump presidency were long, these agents argued, it was prudent to take every precaution.

That included questioning Christopher Steele, the former British spy who was compiling the dossier alleging a far-ranging Russian conspiracy to elect Mr. Trump. A team of F.B.I. agents traveled to Europe to interview Mr. Steele in early October 2016. Mr. Steele had shown some of his findings to an F.B.I. agent in Rome three months earlier, but that information was not part of the justification to start an counterintelligence inquiry, American officials said.

Ultimately, the F.B.I. and Justice Department decided to keep the investigation quiet, a decision that Democrats in particular have criticized. And agents did not interview Mr. Papadopoulos until late January.

They are desperate now — the closer we all look — to justify how this investigation came about and on what grounds. They certainly don’t want it justified on a dirty dossier from Russians by a campaign op-research, paid for by the DNC and campaign, while collaborating with the FBI and intelligence. The article tells us it isn’t. (whether they meant to or not) Until we find out later it was.

Last week they talked about McCain’s associate who brought the dossier back to give it to the FBI. But they had to admit the FBI already had that information in installments as Steele composed it. Oh, but now a drunk guy in a bar is the one who sparked the whole investigation. Right. To top it off, how many times already have we either been lied to or deceived? I lost count.

Well, we don’t have to believe it. This is only their latest explanation for an ill-conceived investigation that is way out of control, and likely based on political motives.

So finish off the year the way they started it, with the BS meter pegged to the max. Funny they are finally getting around to justifying this witch hunt — or desperately trying to. About a year late in even attempting that.

Happy New Years to an MSM that should be ashamed of themselves!

Wake up America, you are missing a presidency

Imagine when a president says I hope he, a special counsel, is “going to be fair.” Well, something odd about that. This was Trump’s message in his latest NYT interview.

When a president has to hope that someone who is uprooting your current presidency and legitimacy in the office will be fair, we are in strange times. Expectations for fairness?

You get elected and then half the country tries to either oust you — drive you out in one way or another — or ruin your entire presidency and stop it from the first day. It’s a real shame which should disgust every person in the county.

Okay, if they oppose his policies or agenda that is one thing. But when it is an orchestrated coup and a shadow government forms, what place are we in? Trump was right to hope it is over soon that it is bad for the country. It certainly isn’t good in any way. When you just have to hope, it is more a matter of survival. Who will pay the tab?

Then the powers that be immediately concentrate on the next election as they destroy the here and now. Do you get the irony of that? They don’t care about the the present but only about the next election. So now they ignore the current presidency so they can elevate the mid-term congressional ones. Will they care about those results?

The Post Facto Coverup

I apologize for yet another rant, though I like to call them op-eds on the current state of liberaldom. And the current state is disgusting.

I have a little familiarity with language but that fails when it comes to describing what is going on. As is my usual argument about liberalism, perception is reality — being that perception is what they live in.

I am continually amazed how far they will go to either assert that perception as fact or in denying the reality around them. Such is the liberal animal though, since it is a creature of habit and habitiat, driven by its ideology. The other chief tool is projecting on opponents their own exact faults and abuses. The failures of what they do either do not exist in their minds or are just more opportunities to obfuscate the truth.

You know the saying that “sunlight is the best disinfectant” but there isn’t enough sunshine at the equator to disinfect this corruption from the left. No, I’m not buying that excuse that both sides do it and one side didn’t create all this. We see where the corruption is rolling like a river from.

And you might say, “but you are not being objectively fair.” That’s the problem with the left, I do have a bias for good reasons and don’t pretend to be an impartial tool. And most liberals don’t have an ounce of objectivity. They pride themselves on being biased. They demand objectivity from everyone else.

So we have an investigation into Trump over Russia. But a dossier with information from Russian operatives was assembled to use against him.

Here’s the line the left uses: if Mueller is removed it creates a Constitutional crisis. But the Special Counsel investigation itself created a Constitutional crisis. We don’t have to worry about an investigation getting corrupted, it was born of corruption — what else could it be?

We’re getting to the real point, the obvious mission of the investigation. First, it was started in search of a justification. But that is not the problem now. We see what the whole thing really is: the purpose of the investigation is a cover up for what went on. It is a giant cover up operation for the mass politicization and corruption of the DOJ and FBI.

Now the whole Trump campaign that evolved into the transition of President-elect Trump has been pilfered by Mueller. It is an investigation of the whole apparatus.

Let’s be clear that this is an investigation of a campaign and the election. We have the loser colluding with government against the president — as they did during the campaign. What we had even before the investigation is government targeting a president. And it continues. There is not enough sunlight to sanitize this. We know what is going on, from warrantless searches to surveillance of a candidate/campaign, however falsely they justified it.

Then we have one more interesting thing. I complained back in the campaign about the way they treated Trump. And I was outraged by their branding him with names. Remember former CIA director, Mike Morell went to media to write an op-ed attack on Trump, using his years in intelligence as his credentials for it — to add a certification of legitimacy for his charges. He called Trump an unwitting agent of a foreign government. That was akin to treason. Obama also followed that similar track.

Update, the same Mike Morell comes out to apologize for getting it wrong saying they reacted badly. Sorry, not really! It was the half-hearted dance the liberal bastards do when their heads are in a vice. See how he morphs a feigned apology into pointing the finger of blame… but on Trump: The Hill

Michael Morell, the former Acting Director of the CIA, recently confessed that maybe it was a mistake for himself, the former chief of the CIA and NSA, Gen. Michael Hayden, and the then-Director of the CIA, John Brennan, to criticize candidate Donald Trump. He admitted that he failed to understand how Trump would interpret their campaign criticism, which is pretty damning coming from someone who briefed presidents on how foreign leaders think.

Of course, Morell didn’t cop to his behavior, saying, “So, I don’t think it was a mistake. I think there were downsides to it that I didn’t think about at the time … I don’t think I fully thought through the implications.” [more]

Wait, he does not apologize saying it was “not a mistake”. Mike just didn’t “think through the implications” — the implications of politicizing intelligence and calling someone a traitor. The problem is he knew exactly what he was doing then. But the new revelations of biases would taint what he did so he’s trying to duck and cover it.

He didn’t know how Trump would respond to that? I don’t know, how do you respond to be called a foreign agent of an enemy? How do you respond to government and intelligence conspiring against you? If Hillary would have won, that would be the end of it. Success. No need to ever mention it again. Don’t even pull the knife from the victim, just let him lay there. I have a special contempt for Morell after what he did. So the problem was how Trump interpreted it?

But what Morel took part in, and helped cause, was real damage. Even apologizing now would never undo any of that. In fact, they get to have it both ways — just like Clinton defenders — because they got to do their political attacks and benefited from them. Now they are still reaping all the benefits of the false attacks. Except they want to be excused for what they did.

That brings it back to the investigation. Never mind the faulty premises or the conflicted political biases, or the illegalities involved. Never mind spending a year beating on the results of the election with a sludge hammer. Never mind what the last administration did, or what the other candidate did in the process of “democracy.” Never mind the sheer corruption and bias involved across government.

Finally, never mind that this whole thing has been a cover up and a diversion from focusing on the real corruption that ran rampant for 8 years. They needed a scapegoat and a whipping post. Never mind what this cover up of corruption does to democracy. Yet they had the nerve to complain that Trump was somehow threatening or destroying democracy, “as democracy was under attack.” There is no undoing what they did, or turning back.

Holder calls for protests against Trump

Some things defy words. So here is Exhibit A of the resistance – opposition operation. First, Eric Holder claims to represent the vast majority of Americans.

Then he goes all in on resist and sedition.

Since when does Eric Holder “speak on behalf of the vast majority of Americans”??? Who elected Holder? NO ONE! Not a single person went to a poll and voted for him, much less elected him.

Yet he is organizing calling for protests against a sitting president. Former AG calls for protests? Are these elitists or what? Who are the people that take marching orders from Eric Holder? Obamfiles are radicals, pure radicals.

Jerry Brown—Who Favors Legalized Killing of Unborn—Says: ‘I Don’t Think President Trump Has a Fear of the Lord

By CNSNews.com Staff | December 9, 2017

California Gov. Jerry Brown, who favors the legalized killing of unborn children, told CBS’s “60 Minutes” that he does not believe President Donald Trump “has a fear of the Lord, the fear of the wrath of God” based on the fact that Trump removed the United States from the Paris climate change agreement.

The “60 Minutes” episode will air tomorrow. On its website, CBS News reported this about it:

“Brown told Whitaker that President Trump is wrong to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate agreement and misguided for calling it a bad deal for America. ‘That’s a preposterous idea, not even a shred of truth in that statement,” Brown said. “I don’t think President Trump has a fear of the Lord, the fear of the wrath of God, which leads one to more humility… and this is such a reckless disregard for the truth and for the existential consequences that can be unleashed.’” [……./]

Well, since Jerry Brown is now a member of the Inquisition — no, he may be running it — I guess that is supposed to be the final verdict.  At least Hugo Chavez sprinkled his rhetoric with the “smell of sulfur” coming from the UN podium after Bush left it. The latest charge is God opposes Trump. Just imagine that being an official position on Obama?

Recently Alan Dershowitz called out Laurence Tribe to a debate on the Constitutionality of leftists’ obstruction of justice charge. He demurred, so far. He struggles to defend it.

But Tribe did lash out at Dershowitz for “defending” the legitimacy of the “Devil Incarnate” who is president, Donald Trump.  So Tribe has turned theologian, too.

Yet all because Dershowitz appealed to the Constitution.  Tribe asserts that he cannot debate it now, before Mueller’s investigation is concluded. (hoping he can find something to hang his unconstitutional hat on and stretch the document into play doh)

And just days ago, Nancy Pelosi played the God card. Oh yes she did! Ah, Nancy takes the path to say that God is on the side of Democrats and their amnesty strategy for DACA and illegal aliens. Pelosi must be the chosen prosecutor for the Inquisition.

Following her lead, am I to infer that if the government does shutdown, it must be divine intervention in favor of the Democrats’ lawless positions? Well, it is the message.

What they did and why on Benghazi

Read and weep. It is coming to a head only about 5 years too late.

The Hill

In the days after the 2012 attack, Obama administration officials initially said it was related to spontaneous Muslim anger over an anti-Islam video tape and not a planned-out act of terrorism.

DeSantis argued the example highlights the politicization of the FBI.

“What operational reason would there be to issue an edict to agents telling them, in the face of virtually conclusive evidence to the contrary, not to categorize the Benghazi attack as a result of terrorism? By placing the interests of the Obama administration over the public’s interests, the order is yet another data point highlighting the politicization of the FBI,” DeSantis said.

DeSantis and several other lawmakers say they plan to press Wray at a hearing Thursday before the House Judiciary Committee about growing concerns that certain FBI supervisors allowed political bias to cloud judgments or decisions.

We may have known but all this needs to be flushed out like toxic poison. Obama and Hillary’s legacy is as bad as it can get. But the people need to know their government was corrupt and nothing more than hacks were running it. And still on life support behind the curtains. Their next best hope is mainstream media to help them.

Matt Drudge zings Mueller probe: ‘What is the punishment when the FBI lies to us?’

by Daniel Chaitin | Dec 2, 2017 | Washington Examiner

Matt Drudge, editor and founder of the Internet news powerhouse Drudge Report, put the special counsel probe on notice Saturday.

In a flurry of tweets, stark against an otherwise empty Twitter page (Drudge has a habit of deleting his prior tweets), the influential but reclusive conservative figure painted Robert Mueller and his Russia inquiry team as a farce.

“Mueller’s secretive grand jury made up of residen[ts] from DC, where 91% voted for Hillary…,” he began, referring to the grand jury Mueller put together to investigate possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.

His tweet came a day after Mike Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty in federal court to lying to the FBI about his talks with Russian officials. In the run-up to Friday’s bombshell, prosecutors had canceled scheduled grand jury testimony related to Flynn. The grand jury in Washington already had indicted former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and his former associate for crimes related to their lobbying work abroad…./

“We know what happens when one lies to the FBI,” Drudge said. “But what is the punishment when the FBI lies to us?”

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/matt-drudge-zings-mueller-probe-what-is-the-punishment-when-the-fbi-lies-to-us/article/2642391

Well, that is the trillion -dollar question, isn’t it?  But I won’t wait for any answers. IOW, “we lie when we want to or need to, and we make a habit of not being accountable for it.” Penalty? Actually, I think it is rewarded. Why else would they need to?

Russia’s infowars by media and Left

CNN has put on its thinking cap again, or not, in reporting this about Russia’s agenda.

(CNN)A former National Security Council employee who served in the White House under President Barack Obama has issued a harsh rebuke of Russia President Vladimir Putin, saying his actions during the 2016 election amount to “21st-century information warfare.”

Responding to reports that 126 million Americans saw Russian-linked Facebook content during and after the 2016 presidential campaign, Samantha Vinograd told CNN anchor Chris Cuomo on “New Day” Tuesday that “Putin is engaging in digital psyops, or psychological operations.”

She continued, “He’s using misinformation to try to sow divisions in the United States. His view is, the more divided we are here at home, the weaker we’re going to be.”

Information warfare, really, from the folks who weaponized everything against the people, including information. And they did it with the help of the media. Remember those polls, reports, dirty dossier and accepting results? The more divided the weaker? Digest that.

From the mouths of babs. (Obama babs) Lets review this because some media are super-thick. If the objective was sowing division in the US, then clear the deck media has done a bang up job. It doesn’t need Russia’s interference for that — thank you very much.

It’s a laugh to hear them worried and warning about division. From people who boycotted Trump’s inauguration and emotionally crumbled when Hillary lost. And they haven’t accepted it any better since. But listen to them talk about Putin sowing division in the US, using an Obamafile to do it. It’s laughable. Then media carries their narrative as if they are a credible authority. Talk about psy-ops, that is rich.

I’d also like to remind them that the electorate decides elections, not Facebook ads.

But then who needs Facebook when we have a candidate and DNC to create a dirty dossier, with Russian sources, and then inject it into the bloodstream of media and government?

Russia Probe Non-Statement: Swamp Update

In probably a desperate act of relevancy, the Senate Intelligence committee announced Wednesday it would hold a press conference on the Russian inquiry into the 2016 election.

‘No evidence, but we’re still looking, looking, looking. We’ve got lots of doors — ones not closed or locked by Special counsel anyway — and we continue to search.’ But they cannot give up the ghost of the 2016 election witch hunt. ‘But we’re “expanding” it’.

There was no new information and virtually no answers. Why they even had to hold it, I don’t know? On the day and time Trump went to Las Vegas to visit victims, they had to hold a press conference. I once had a little respect for Sen Burr, but that is long gone. What a putz he turned out to be.

So they made news for not making any news, except to verify that they allow the Mueller witch hunt investigation to hold our government hostage. I’d like to know where in the Constitution that a special counsel is to control Congress?

The only big question answered was whether they would release questionable Russia Facebook ads? The answer was: “we don’t release documents provided to our committee.” They could have just issued a statement. Maybe they could remind leftville media that the electorate determines election results, not ads. Media doesn’t know.

All I know is that this is not the government we elected. We’d like that government returned to us ASAP.

They should have called this as a Swamp Update or an “Update from the Swamp.”

Big Picture, Big Story

After Entering the Sphere of Influence in Investigation comes this second installment.

I think this is a big story. And I think Trump was right that it is a big story, bigger than people know. Home run, we got us a story here.

Obama NSC Adviser Admits Seeking Trump Aides Identities in Intel Reports

Rice denies engaging in improper political spying
BY: Bill Gertz | September 19, 2017 | Washington Free Beacon

Former Obama administration National Security Adviser Susan Rice told a House committee this month she requested the identities of Trump transition aides that were hidden in sensitive intelligence reports to protect Americans’ privacy rights.

Rice testified before a closed session of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Sept. 6 that she asked U.S. intelligence agencies for the names of Trump advisers to be unmasked in transcripts of communications intercepts.

Rice asked for names to be unmasked in a transcript of an electronic intercept involving a meeting between three senior Trump aides and a United Arab Emirates official who had traveled to the United States for an informal visit.

The three officials included candidate Donald Trump’s national security adviser, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn; presidential campaign chief executive Steve Bannon; and Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, according to CNN, which first reported on Rice’s closed-door testimony.

Details of Rice’s testimony on the unmasking of Trump aides were made public Sept. 14, quoting unidentified government sources, and included comments from members of Congress who did not dispute the closed-door testimony.

Rice’s disclosures before the intelligence panel appear to contradict earlier statements she made asserting that she had no knowledge of the unmasking of Americans, the process of identifying the names of Americans who are protected by privacy laws and who are incidentally spied on during sensitive foreign electronic intelligence operations. …/

“I think the Susan Rice thing is a massive story. I think it’s a massive, massive story. All over the world,” Trump said, adding cryptically, “it’s a bigger story than you know.”

Rice’s testimony before the House committee is part of a committee investigation into allegations of improper intelligence gathering by the Obama administration, as well as Russian influence operations targeting the 2016 election.

“We know the unmasking investigation is moving forward, and that the intel committee has amassed a lot of information about it,” said one congressional official. “It seems like you had Obama officials doing this and thinking they wouldn’t get caught.”

Maybe we knew or heard most of that before. The difference is context. No, it isn’t in the reporting or events. It seems the momentum has changed. Now, with Rice’s testimony, it is hard to overlook the obvious: that there was some surveillance at Trump Tower and that the names were suspiciously unmasked around the events of the campaign. So there was a meeting with a Saudi prince, which supposedly tripped Rice’s trigger to have to know everyone who was there. Or that is her excuse. Why? Your guess.

They only know everyone that was there, who is masked, because of surveillance. It is so blatantly political you cannot deny it, even if you wanted to. Then Rice refuses to say why she needed to know, saying it would involve classified information. If this is not worthy of investigation — why they were worried about all this — then what is worthy to know?

And now the people know too. See what changed was we were not supposed to get caught up in the how or why they got the information. We were just supposed to hear it trickled out from the Obama perspective, unquestioned. We were supposed to concentrate on their intentional outcome — not the means to it. Get it?

That makes all this smell more like the set up that it is. My explanation:

Maybe this investigation was loosely planned or not? At the least, the information was supposed to come out, somehow, at some point, to make Trump look bad. But it was to be by slight of hand, then passed right through so we couldn’t really question where it came from or how. Then we would be so busy in looking at its implications on Trump, shocked, to be bothered with the questionable means and/or their motives.

This, I believe, was cooked up some time ago. Before or right after election makes little difference. It may have been the ‘just in case plan.’ (JICP) Call it an insurance policy. In fact, they could have discovered enough info on the way they thought could be useful blackmail material. Maybe not a lot, just enough to cause major discomfort, or at least keep people answering questions as a distraction or diversion. But any information found along the way could be useful. The damage is in how the information is used, not whether it is damning or not. That is the weaponizing part. The time and purpose they used it for, the goal, would be up to them. But we would not be able to track down exactly where the information came from — not for a long time with a lot of effort.

That is where there was a problem. It didn’t unfold just the way it was supposed to. When Trump shot off a tweet about being wiretapped at the Trump Tower, it was like a canon going off around the world. We didn’t know why that was such a big deal, since it was obvious to most of us that there was some type of surveillance around Trump and the Trump Tower. We knew enough already. Maybe we didn’t know how deep it went, or who was involved, but we knew it took place. It interrupted the plot. Any incoming Republican would have faced the same thing.

Their problem was Trump pulled the trigger calling it out, untimely as it was, which set off a sequence of events and reactions to his accusation. That began the ball rolling, even though they mocked and attacked him for having said it.

He was not to be so bold as make that claim. It didn’t fit their plans. Then, surely, no one was supposed to believe it anyway. So it went on for weeks, as they tried to put Trump’s charge to bed quickly and permanently. (they: Democrats, Left, media and Obamafiles) It mostly did work; they tamped it down where only people brought it up to mock Trump’s ridiculous assertion. even demanding apologies. That started to screw things up.

That was about the time we were hearing Obama was traveling the globe and kite surfing somewhere in the Caribbean. So statements came out from Ben Rhodes and others calling wiretapping preposterous. But why wouldn’t Obama and his cronies be willing to spy on Trump, especially after he won, when they had been willing to do most anything during the campaign to aid Hillary? Why stop now when it is even more critical to them?

SO their loose plans were interrupted, inconveniently. And they couldn’t put the lid back on it. Suddenly the public outrage kicked up saying ‘wait a minute, he was under some kind of surveillance.’ We already knew that much. Remember how nasty they got in denials?

Now people were questioning the means of the information, not just whether Trump did something. Ah oh. People wanted that investigated with the other. Well, that wasn’t in the script at all. Actually, that was the one thing that could not be worked into their script. It messed everything up when it looks as if there was some agenda all along against Trump. No, they wanted us to only see a Russia agenda. (just as they did during the campaign.)

Anything else was very inconvenient. Must demonize Trump. Put him down and keep him down. Delegitimize him. But do not expose their creative, political, informational techniques. It usually does come down to narrative to the left. When they can control the narrative, they are ahead. But interrupt or change their narrative, they have a problem.

This was a big shift exposing the corrupt means, machinery, behind their Russia narrative. Like in Wizard of Oz, we weren’t supposed to see that part. That changes their whole story line. We were supposed to see the what, not the how or why. It blew up their plot.

The same applies to the Mueller and company. The investigation was to justify itself. The fact that they got a special counsel established — not the how or why — was supposed to convey legitimate authority for it and perception of “must be some wrong doing” then. Democrats and media touted that it exists therefore is justified — or else it wouldn’t.

The same rules, or lack of, also applied to Manafort’s no-knock raid. “If they got that warrant then it was justified.” If FISA or any judge issued it, there were legitimate grounds. And we certainly need not know why. The process is supposed to justify itself.

The same faulty premises applied to the surveillance. If there was surveillance, then obviously it must have been (a)legal and (b) justified by its existence alone. Never mind the reason. Which, in the case of Democrats, an outgoing president, a radicalized administration and party, after a terrible election loss, is entirely questionable.

Especially if the entire basis for said investigation is due to Democrats losing the election — or Trump winning. Never mind all the shenanigans that happened repeatedly on the left.

Therefore, it makes it easy for them to say any surveillance would have to be justified — or it wouldn’t have happened. See this is the way of using the process, corrupted as it is, to justify all their misconduct. That process and their creativity using it, is not to be questioned in any way, according to Dems. ‘Trust us.’ Then, as a backdoor guardian, if anyone can explain or sell this way of thinking, it would be media — their chief ally.

Meanwhile, let’s also pretend not to have noticed what is really taking place in front of us: the complete litigation of the election and outcome of it.

Entering the Sphere of Influence in Investigation

Mueller Scorches the Earth

by Andrew C. McCarthy September 23, 2017 | National Review

His pre-dawn raid was meant to intimidate Manafort, not just to collect evidence. Robert Mueller’s sprawling special-counsel investigation is playing hardball. It was not enough to get a search warrant to ransack the Virginia home of Paul Manafort, even as the former Trump campaign chairman was cooperating with congressional investigators. Mueller’s bad-asses persuaded a judge to give them permission to pick the door lock. That way, they could break into the premises in the wee hours, while Manafort and his wife were in bed sleeping. They proceeded to secure the premises — of a man they are reportedly investigating for tax and financial crimes, not gang murders and Mafia hits — by drawing their guns on the stunned couple, apparently to check their pajamas for weapons.

Mueller’s probe more resembles an empire, with 17 prosecutors retained on the public dime. So . . . what exactly is the crime of the century that requires five times the number of lawyers the Justice Department customarily assigns to crimes of the century? No one can say. The growing firm is clearly scorching the earth, scrutinizing over a decade of Manafort’s shady business dealings, determined to pluck out some white-collar felony or another that they can use to squeeze him. You are forgiven if you can recall only vaguely that supposition about Trump-campaign collusion in Russian espionage against the 2016 election was the actual explanation for Mueller’s appointment as special counsel. To the extent there was any explanation, that is. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, a Trump appointee, did not comply with the regulations requiring a description of the crimes Trump’s Justice Department is too conflicted to investigate, purportedly necessitating a quasi-independent special counsel.

The way it’s supposed to work, the Justice Department learns of a crime, so it assigns a prosecutor. To the contrary, this Justice Department assigned a prosecutor — make that: 17 hyper-aggressive prosecutors — and unleashed them to hunt for whatever crime they could find. …/

Read more at: http://www.nationalreview.com/article/451649/robert-mueller-special-counsel-investigation-manafort

So it is an investigation in search of a crime. More, it is an investigation seeking to justify itself — job #1. See justification of itself and its conduct is the central mission. The rest is collateral. And to do that by or using any means necessary.  Whatever it takes.

Interestingly enough, someone else has also described Mueller’s operation as building another DOJ. That gives me pause, it sure seems that way. Just what we need, another department of justice, or injustice as the case may be.

Now if it were up to me to try to explain this investigation(no one is better than McCarthy), this would only be my starting point. The how and why is another matter.

In the meantime, just imagine if they tried this on Clinton. Oops, no they never would even think of it. But there would be no major Special Counsel “investigation” anyway.

A Ban On Muslims Is An Excellent Security Option

Posted on June 20, 2017 – True Pundit

I adopted two infants from Korea and am the grandson of Italian immigrants — so why would I want to ban Muslims from immigrating to this wonderful, accepting nation? The short answer is that, “Immigration minus assimilation equals segregation and eventually invasion.” Think about it.

Let me get the obvious out of the way. Not all Muslims are terrorists, or support terrorism, but most good Muslims cannot be good Americans and still follow their beliefs.
