What’s The Deal?

So here is the deal, I mean the deal on the Penn-Biden partnership deal. The Penn State University has now said it did not solicit Chinese money or funds. Okay. Except that was Biden’s job to attract the money and government talent to the partnership.

Then Penn State in turn paid Joe Biden a whopping salary, along with shadow government cohorts Jake Sullivan and Tony Blinken, to establish Penn Biden Center.

Penn State would soon take in huge sums of money, over 54 million, anonymously from China. So then the salaries and money to Biden and his cohorts was just a kickback gratuity from Penn State, for the monetary support they received from China.

Sound like a great deal? What an ideal partnership.

If Biden and his people were working there, they were actually being paid by the Chinese. It was all Chinese funded after all. Who could question that setup? That’s the problem, no one in government would.

But now all of that appears to be coming under scrutiny with the takeover of a Republican Congress  digging dangerously close to Joe’s glory hole.

China got what they wanted. Joe dropped the investigation into Chinese influence on campuses. All sounds like more quid pro quo from ol’ Joe. No doubt about who’s payroll Biden was on though.

Then they find classified documents that Biden kept at the Penn Biden Center. But it seems likely the Chinese there would have seen them. But Newsweek tried to dismiss the connection of Chinese money to the Penn Biden Center.

Though it appears the whole purpose of Penn Biden was to raise Chinese (and other) donations to the University while self-funding the initiative itself through the University. (use Biden’s name out front) Once again, creating a figment of plausible deniability.

As Newsweek argues, lots of Universities take in Chinese money. Okay, but Penn State saw their donations skyrocket in the short time Penn Biden Center was established.  Build it and they will come is the adage, I believe.

This also gives Penn State the plausible deniability to say: “”The Penn Biden Center has never solicited or received any gifts from any Chinese or other foreign entity.” Sounds like something Joe Biden himself might say. The money goes to the University.

So Joey and his lab rats in tow could also say they were not being paid by China but by Penn State. And that the center was funded by Penn State. If all the funding was incidental then why did the investigation get dropped? I imagine that money would spend the same, whether it came from the University or Chinese donations.

As Tony Bobulinski said of the Bidens, plausible deniability is everything.

Take The L-Train, Don’t Complain

So here we are a month out from elections and things don’t look any better than they did before election. I know it is not really a loss, supposedly, but it certainly didn’t render the judgement we preferred.

Sure there are plenty of reasons for that — elections post pandemic being what they are. But I am not in the sympathy business. What has really changed? Right on cue we got the Georgia verdict.  Warnock drones were active, similar to the Fetterman drones.

It doesn’t help that almost immediately the attention shifts to the 2024 election. But if we are not accomplishing anything yet, under these circumstances, how do you have confidence in 2024?

Media will do what it loves, shift all the attention to Donald Trump and any investigations they have on the docket. At this point, even the groundhog is getting dizzy. Once again, on cue they got a crocked up verdict against the Trump Org .

And it seems the conversation has not changed one bit. “Don’t pay any attention to media” is the mantra everywhere of conservatives. You can’t trust anything they say.

Speaking of media and their nefarious ability to puke and return to their vomit, Elon Musk has his hands full just trying to put out the truth in Twitter Files on 2020. Well, until you realize how controversial that can be.

So Elon will have to add more private security and eliminate public events because of all the current death threats. And at this point he’d have to consider the personal risk from the Feds for exposing their little electioneering scheme with social media. But Musk said no more public photo opportunities.

Well, it’s the price of trying to do the right thing and telling any truth. Doing that is quite risky lately. Can’t hardly blame some people for laying low. Oh, the price must be paid for standing for right and wrong. “Controversy” now is anything that doesn’t agree with the left’s and media’s narrative of the day. Mess with that and you can draw the death card.

Meanwhile, Joey’s prescription for the public is 1099’s on any transaction over 600 bucks. From the founder of Biden Inc who had over a 150 SAR (suspicious activity reports) from bank transactions, which no one is allowed to see now. But Beijing Biden wants a tax document trail filed on every transaction for John, Joe or Mary of 600 or more.

Though Joe hasn’t shown us the Biden Inc transactions. Those would be where his son, or someone, paid the expenses and bills on his abode in Delaware. Illegal and qualify as gifts, a no no, which likely was not claimed as income for him or Jill.

Plus, we don’t know the secretive relationship or the donor amounts on a fund held at Penn State University in Pennsylvania. Nope, that’s on lock down but we know China is a top to that (slush) fund donor. No surprise.

And now we know the Congress got their mittens on at least 6 years of IRS tax returns of Donald Trump, with the Supreme’s approval. I’m sure those will be ferreted out and parsed out (read leaked) for public consumption, as they see the need.

You and I or whoever Joe America is anymore, seeing how the left hates the country, has to suffer what they are putting us through. As if inflation and economic calamity was not bad enough, with energy prices through the roof as well. But it is all intentionally directed at us just as it was in Venezuela. If they can get jokers like Fetterman, Biden and Warnock elected, then what pray tell can they have done to the rest of us on a whim?

Take the L-Train and don’t complain, say the growing leftist chants. “Heed the warning.”

Age Of Diversions: how scandal is done

Against all obvious risks, the apparatus of DOJ decided to create a Biden scandal by raiding Mar-a-Lago, as a diversion for the Afghanistan pullout anniversary. An act which cost him much of the support he had from the lost in space crowd.

This was the plan.

Do it when Congress goes out of session and when Biden is skipping off to vacation on an island — now there is a metaphor — so he can claim some physical separation with what is really happening. Just as Obama always heard about stuff later in media, like us, and claimed plausible deniability. And like Obama wanted a third term to be behind the scenes calling the shots and running government.

Obama: Stick with me now, Joe, you can do this. It will create a diversion from Afghanistan. Dems and media love a raid. Then roll it into midterms.

Joe, then you can always do a college loan bailout. Trust me, Afghanistan when your approval tanked is old news in the rear view mirror. They won’t even realize it. It’s your comeback, kid! Keep talking about Trump.

Even you can’t fuck this up, Joe. People love seeing FBI raids on their enemies more than grieving 13 dead anonymous Americans in a place they know nothing about. Sheesh. Give them an August to remember and light that fire for the midterms. Kill some sacred babies, Joe. You can handle this. Sure it’s political, so what? Who cares? They want heads, give them heads.

Biden: so Garland is in the loop on this?

Obama: Man, he is the loop. Why do you think I nominated him to SCOTUS? It’s great, it also covers up those anti-cop, Soros policies. We all love Fed’s and law enforcement now, don’t we? The Other 9/11

I was just looking at my calendar and noticed that this September 11th will be the 10th anniversary of Benghazi. My, how time flies when the crooks are running the asylum.

Yes, it is hard to believe since for many of us Benghazi will never go away. It is a stain on the corrupt Obama-Biden administration forever. And it is a permanent blot on the remaining legacy of Hillary Rotten Clinton, for most Americans honoring history.

But actually it was never even a speed bump on her road to be president. She never treated it as a serious event. Beghazi was always dismissed by her, even though she once claimed to take full responsibility for it. She never did. Nor was that ever her intent.

Her life was to go on, rosily in elite political circles. while the events of Benghazi were to disappear like the spring snow. Justice was never an option for Benghazi or HRC.

But patriots like Charlie Daniels would almost daily repeat “Benghazi isn’t going away.” Right, we lost Charlie but it seems like Hillary got her wish. Like everything else she was involved in, Benghazi faded into Hillary’s aura as a nothing — not a blip on her radar.

Hillary, it turned out, was more interested in her future coup d’état than giving survivors of Benghazi or a dead ambassador the time of day. That’s because it was always time for the star of Hillary Clinton to shine — and everything else to take a backseat to that.

The name Benghazi was meant to be as obsolete to history as the horse-drawn carriage is to the car. Only the carriage served a purpose where Benghazi never did for Democrats or Hillary the Rotten’s legacy.

Hillarygate To The Septic Swamp

What a tangled web she weaves. If this is not evil personified, then I don’t know what is.

Strange how the hypocrite Hillary Clinton goes from under investigation to running an investigation; and from hiding a server — “you mean like wiping it with a cloth?” — to hacking servers, all within a few months time. It’s almost like magic. Dark deception.

You just can’t make this stuff up. But if you can, then you probably ought to work for Hillary Clinton — or maybe the deep state.

My proverbial thought for the day is: Straight To The Top.

Hillary knew one thing for sure: once you get an investigation started, it takes on a life of its own and is very hard to stop. It’s sort of like perpetual motion. Except if it is a democrat where, by laws of physics, it cannot go anywhere.

What is it with these people, they think government is only a tool for their own personal use? Of course they do. To think Hillary is not even done yet. She’s reloading her server.

FBI Favorability In The Toilet

More validation comes out on that pesky public opinion. Now it seems many people believe the FBI operate as a personal Gestapo for Joey Baby and his administration. Now I wonder where on earth they got that idea?

A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports finds that 46% of Likely U.S. voters have a favorable impression of the FBI, including 15% who have a Very Favorable view of the agency. That’s down from May 2020, when 60% had a favorable impression of the FBI. Forty-seven percent (47%) now view the FBI unfavorably, including 26% who have a Very Unfavorable impression.

Back To The Russia Hoax And Dupes

A few people are being indicted in the Durham investigation. They are not government agents and are being generically charged for lying to feds. So that must mean they are just going after the liars not the feds who handled the hoax. That’s the running narrative.

Former prosecutor Andrew McCarthy is pushing this reasoning saying don’t get your hopes up because he is only targeting liars. It doesn’t mean crimes or government officials are complicit. Well this narrative has some flaws. Not that I have a much confidence in Durham’s positive outcome. McCarthy calls it “infuriating but not criminal.” Whether he is just playing down the propects on Durham’s investigation or not, it raises questions.

So then the narrative goes that the feds were duped. It wasn’t really their fault. They didn’t create it. They were fooled. Some say it was just “dirty campaign tricks” but not like there are criminal statutes for that and criminal conduct is another matter. Just walk through it with me.

Let’s remember this innocuous, “dirty campaign trick” (scheme) was rolled into a Special Counsel investigation at over 32 million tax dollars. Feds got duped? How does that happen organically without complicit willful intent? It also eventually got by that Special Counsel, too? Plus it wrecked dozens of lives and careers en route. How’s that just happen?

Now some clever Leftist may come along — not here — to suggest all the investigating and Special Counsel actions by itself demonstrates cause and reason it needed to happen. Justified on that alone.

The investigation justifies itself.

There you have it, the ludicrous defense of the investigation hoax in a nutshell. Use the fact they concocted an elaborate, corrupt investigation (scheme) to justify the Russian Hoax investigation. Use the investigation to substantiate itself. We did it; therefore it must have had to be done.

But the idea doesn’t stop there, because it can’t and was not the objective.

So we are to somehow believe Feds can discern lies from any Joe America — a serious offense for any citizen — but just cannot discern a lie when it comes to campaign hacks or nefarious foreign sources or intelligence operatives with glaringly obvious motives? (even if it was a counter-intelligence investigation.) And it is done in a national presidential election?

Just swallow all that. A counter-intell investigation requires sign off.

So then they (government/intelligence apparatus) enthusiastically uses those lies as a basis for a counter-intelligence investigation, and get dubious warrants, to ambitiously bring in a Special Counsel investigation (h/t to James Comey) of a then sitting president and National Security advisor of the United States.

Yeah, what are the odds on that happening without any willful intent to harpoon the new/incoming administration? Vegas anyone? Without the feds, government and their malicious conduct none of this happens. Now what are the odds this happens organically on the level?

But wait for it. Then they use — in press and media to defend their activities — the investigation itself to justify their investigation. Long shot?

But one more thing, we now know Dir. Brennan notified Justice Dep and even briefed Obama in August 2016 that Hillary’s campaign was running a dirty operation to accuse Trump of working with Russians. (a frame job)

Now if they are going to charge a few for lying and call it a day, it does not stand any test of basic credibility. So we cannot say laws were broken and crimes were committed in all of that? What of election law?

If that doesn’t rise to the level of some major, indictable crimes then get ready for the next viscous election. It’ll be a doozy! (I promise)

Truth MIA: The Bitter-Enders Return

Shuffling along forcing myself to believe in some sense of euphoric reality that is yet to come, if any day now. But living under that cloud of belief only primes one for more disappointment, when every day nothing comes.

It has been this way, or seemed to be, since this impersonator of a US president took operative control of the WH.  His main mission was to continue the deception of the last ten years. Or since Obama was elected the first time. The mission now is to pick up where they left off in 2016, but also incorporate the new resistance deception from their four-year long coup. Lucky for them, it only adds another element of blame to their hate arsenal.

Now it was openly assailing truth and history, along with anything that got in its bitter way. It is back, more bitter than ever, more determined to defile America.

 

I relish the memory of days when a president was actively working on the people’s behalf to correct the course of a government dangerously off its charted course. And progress was made to rein it in. Though not a day could go by, in those four years, that you could just feel good about it. The perpetual resistance could not allow it.

Constant harassment and resistance voices were all around as I sat wondering what the hell their problem was? After all, the economy was going reasonably well, and policies had  drastically improved since the last serpent of a president was in office. There was a sense things might finally work out or be all right, eventually. There may be light ahead.

But those nagging voices every day, 24/7 wanted to tear down any positive hope welling up from events unfolding in front of our eyes.The hope abolitionists. They plotted to steal every moment of satisfaction and achievement.

Only this time was worse than all the past episodes with the radical leftists nipping at our heels. Now it was such a concerted effort or front they put up that it made it hard to enjoy one happy moment. Never before had they gone to that level. And the fact that they kept up the pace for 4 years under Trump was proof of how persistent they are.

And this time it was aimed not just at the president or those in office they disliked but at the people who supported this welcomed change. They went from being titans of change to the very enemies of change. They would have none of it no matter how good it was. Especially the better it was the angrier they got. They defied anything good. Everything rotten they celebrated. That should have been a clue to anyone paying attention through the four–year nightmare. Somehow they could just not allow good to take hold. We needed to be surrounded by evil.

Of course, even in the riots and violence that followed, soon after Trump was elected, it was as much a spiritual warfare of good vs. evil as it was a physical battle.

Further complicating it, we had government taking sides in the promotion of evil which we had not seen on this scale before. The federal government bureaucracies, linked to the Deep State, dug in their heels in defiance of the administration and policies.

This inter-government feuding made the media and their resistance coalition thrilled to feel so empowered. Judges, whistleblowers, FBI leadership, and a DOJ almost hostile to the White House and administration. At any other place in time, this would have been considered treasonous and not tolerated, but not there. They had plenty of seditious allies everywhere. Never forget that good has an enemy.

Even some in the Republican ranks were actively working in conjunction with the resistance movement. We hadn’t seen that much hostility from within our own country before. The reasons for it were too numerous to mention. What did all their grievances really mean anyway? Those were as phony as the movement they were driving to unseat the president of the United States. Surely, they could eventually drive him out. But they couldn’t. That did not slow or stop them.

They used every resource available to them. They used every branch of power they had access to in hot pursuit of their goal, against the president and will of the people. It was a full-blown coup in process, fought in the pages of the press and in the major media daily. Truth was the first casualty.

But once slayed, truth would not stay down for the count. The collective opposition had no patience for that even as it reared its ugly head in front of them. In fact, they despised the truth as their sworn enemy. They had to keep truth on the mat gasping for air. It had to be killed in its tracks.

They were determined that the lies they were pushing succeed. But this time,  people were  their enemy as well. Before, it was always narrowly focused on individuals but now it was a broad attack on the people and anything that supported fact or truth. It was a stellar example in fighting reality on a massive scale. They did a lot of damage in the process.

The blame America first crowd has gone from anti-America to hating the American people.

 

In the wasteland of the damages they inflicted over the last four years, they resurrect a new president determined to continue the bitter legacy of their former eight years in office. Another vague motto erected, build back better. The Spite House is back with vengeance.

Russia Hoax’s Fatal Encounter With Reality

Cease The Lies – just stop it

If I had only one wish for the New Year, it would have to be to cease the lies. That unfortunately will not happen soon. I guess the Democrats are addicted.

I know, we could get into the “both sides do it” debate but we all know who is doing the lying on an industrial scale here.

“We pay for every red cent in this bill.” The 5 trillion dollar bill “will cost zero.” This bill will reduce inflation and create jobs. All the people agree with it, they say.

So all the negatives we counter about it, Democrats come right back with their heads on a swivel (picture exorcist) to say it will fix the problem we say it creates.

There are far too many lies to ty to list even the biggest ones. However, a few are just so disturbing you want to pull out your hair. They get away with it because they have a license, enforced by major media and the Democrats.

We tell them we don’t like CRT taught in our schools. They tell us that CRT does not exist, and thus certainly is not used in schools. There is no CRT agenda.

We tell them their spending is not on infrastructure. They tell us how everything is infrastructure: feeding and changing the baby is infrastructure. They balk when we say it is a socialist agenda from radical commies hell-bent on destroying our country, even as they tell us they are socialists. They say we are over reacting and delving in conspiracy theories. No, they are the conspirators.

We tell them the Russian hoax was cooked up by Hillary, back-fed into our government intelligence apartus to use against a candidate/president. They say we are making it up.

Peter Strzok weaponized political campaign dirt – from foreign sources they colluded with – against our election and government. Now it is proven they were fully aware of where the information(shit) came from but they used it even to gain FISA warrants to investigate a candidate, president and his organization. No, we are trying to destroy democracy.

Democrats said we were blowing smoke and it was all justified. Now as the scant Special Counsel investigation details come out to validate their sources and methods, they simply ignore it in MSM and can’t be bothered to report it. Wouldn’t you think if they really believed the initial Hoax that they might be surprised by the facts and truth – facts left out of the Mueller Report? But no — they don’t seem very shocked.

Now we find out this administration is on a mission to pay illegal immigrants for being “separated” from their children, during the Trump administration, to the tune of over 400 grand per person. First they claimed that was not true.

But the real number for the victims was 2 million and that DOJ is engaged in a settlement with their friends in the ACLU. (That should almost be a conflict of interest right there)

But then Biden justified it and the administration is now saying it is being done to save taxpayers and the government money. Say what? “Don’t you want to save money?”

So whenever they spend money they are saving us money. How come all the people who suffered under their absurd lockdowns were not entitled to damages, inflicted by the government? Damages to people, actual citizens, are not covered but payouts are made to illegal aliens for some spurious claims of damnage.

These people are sick. Apparently the idea is to drive anyone who doesn’t agree with their radical agenda crazy, or as clinically insane as they are. A least when they get their way, they are happy sickos.

It’s the same principle as radical Islamist terrorists of Taqiyya, where adherents are encouraged to lie and deceive to accomplish radical objectives, to defend themselves.

It looks like the same thig, only these people do it with abandon without any regard for you knowing they are lying. The onus is always shifted to their opposition to prove they are lying. Once you do they say it doesn’t matter.

If you said the sky is blue and that abortion kills children; they would say “no it’s not blue and those are not children by any definition.” You say they are babies, they say they are not. You say they are offspring fetuses to which they deny it. Get it? You say life begins at conception and they say it begins when they say it does, or it doesn’t, depending what they choose. They tell us the problem is that we need to lower our expectations, by a lot. When they push spending programs they say we need to raise our expectations — it should be limitless. We point out the problems at the open border. They tell us the real problem is our perception of a problem. What crisis?

That takes us up to Jennifer Granholm. She went on Bloomberg and was asked what she and the administration is doing to bring down the price of gas and energy. She laughed in his face calling it hilarious. Granholm complained about OPEC controls while chaining us more to it. She said we have to think of the long term. But there is no attempt, in the short term, to stop us from slitting our own throats. She denied they have any restrictions on fossil energy — just as they are eying up a new pipeline in Michigan for possible closure. But they admit their plan is to end the use of fossil fuels. No restricting going on here.

They tell us they don’t want to abolish cops. Their whole agenda began under the banner of abolishing the police. Then they called it “defunding” – which if you do the math means the same thing. But they deny what they are doing, even when people scream to stop defunding police. The statistics show they are eliminating cops. It was the objective, after all. But they deny that too. Not them!

They even tell us we will be safer if we eliminate the police. What nonsense. You name the problem, they say they are doing the opposite and are really fixing it.

You say they are ruining  us and destroying our country from the foundations up, and out. They tell us they are expanding the Constitution.

The point is,  I used to talk about all the wacky arguments because they needed to be brought into daylight when it was coming from margins on the left.  Now they are doing it in broad daylight echoed by the mainstream. We all see it, They deny what we see/hear.

So what the hell is it with the denial about it? You would think that there cannot be any disagreement on what they are doing in our faces. But no, they laugh at you, then they mock you, then say “no, you are wrong.” They would not ever wittingly do anything to harm the country…. except that they deliberately are.

Hypocrisy On Parade

I do not endorse what happened Jan 6^th. But there are a few ways to look at it. Had it been a few people who went into the Capitol that day, Dems would have made it about a nefarious half dozen who did it.

Then every one of them, including all their families and distant relatives, would have probably been swooped up in some operation by feds (forget whether Feds had any involvement in it). They still would have made them representative of all Republicans.

It wouldn’t have mattered if the people came in there handing out flowers.

What did Pelosi know, and what did she do? What did Wray do because he did know?

However, the same people on the Left who keep shouting about protecting democracy are the same people who want to defund police, oppose border enforcement, want to empty prisons and shred your rights. They undermine justice for victims.

So a few questions are in order for the perpetually offended democracy defenders. Why don’t they want to remove Capitol police and replace them with a herd of social workers? Why not replace their security details with social workers?

Now if they are worried about democracy, how can they support the crime industry and criminals? Why plot to take our security away? Why encourage lawbreakers? Why would they defend or cater to people whom loot, riot and burn down cities under the guise of protest? Great democracy defenders or warriors with democracy?

Do those things support or destroy democracy?

 

And why would they oppose integrity of the election process? Why would they oppose voter ID laws, and use anti-Constitutional methods to change laws?

Why would they create and pass laws to inflict harm on citizens; to frustrate lives and their livelihoods? Why would they want to nationalize elections, which was forbidden?

Why would they want to block the minority from the legislative process? The same people who claim to defend minorities oppose the minority in the process.

Does attacking free speech further democracy?

But these are people whose pet issue is protecting democracy. Do any of those things threaten democracy? Do those things support of undermine it?

What democracy defenders would want to water down the rights and votes of legal US citizens by opening up borders to lawlessness? Why can’t they enforce the border?

By the way, does lawlessness and corruption support or destroy democracy? Who supports lawlessness in word and deed? Does rigging elections support democracy? Does one-party rule inspire or stifle democracy? Seems like a strange democracy they are defending.

The Real Threats to Our Democracy

Conrad Black, after venting at Peggy Noonan for her felonious attack on conservatives, gives a rich description of the 2020 election problems.

While Noonan dismisses the election results but can’t condemn Republicans enough for Jan. 6th, she parrots the Left’s talking points so well she sounds like any Democrat.

Electoral shenanigans and the abdication of judicial responsibility are the real threats to our democracy. Let the audits proceed.

In the Wall Street Journal of June 10, Peggy Noonan captured the kernel of the crisis of national division that afflicts America: Donald Trump and opposed perceptions of last year’s presidential election. Equitable person though Noonan is, she qualifies as a Trump-hater, whose invective against Trump has only escalated over time.

Noonan’s premise today is that any question about the 2016 presidential election is unfounded conspiracism, but that suspicion is growing, spread by “the Trump underworld—the operatives, grifters, and media figures around him . . . This lessens our faith in our systems . . . it leaves the GOP with an untreated cancer.” She holds that “QAnon is important” in propagating this fraud. She thinks that anyone who wasn’t appalled by the storming of the Capitol on January 6 has given up on democracy. Lingering concern about the fairness of the result is in itself an assault upon democracy. “The breaching of the Capitol happened because of a conspiracy theory: that the election was actually won by Mr. Trump but stolen from him by bad people.”

She makes no allowance for exactly the opposite view: that there is ample evidence that Trump was sandbagged in rigged voting and vote-counting in only six states, stonewalled by the courts, and defamed by a unanimous national political media: the courts couldn’t face overturning the election, and the media can’t accept the idea that it was a tainted election. I agree with her that “the only thing that can stop” (the cancer that supposedly afflicts the GOP, even if it is in fact benign righteousness) “is true facts independently developed and presented with respect and receipts.”

This is correct but the analysis of the causes of the current dangerous division in the country’s political life must start—not with the invasion of the Capitol, which has already been investigated and yields nothing damaging to Trump—but with a serious analysis of the election results in six states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The election went off without a hint of a problem in 44 states. In the six states named there were changes to voting and vote-counting rules adopted supposedly to respond to the difficulties imposed by the pandemic and often in constitutionally questionable ways.

In addition to a large number of specific complaints by individual voters about the treatment of their own votes, there were 18 direct challenges to the constitutionality and integrity of the electoral process in those six states plus the case of the attorney general of Texas supported by 18 other states accusing the swing states of violating their constitutional pledge to assure fair presidential elections on such a scale that the result of the election was tainted. The judicial system declined to hear any of these cases for process reasons. It simply won’t do for the Noonan-unanimous media stonewall to say that Trump’s complaints were just sour grapes, examined and dismissed by impartial justice. Peggy Noonan knows better than I do about hundreds of thousands of votes arriving with lopsided Biden majorities in the middle of the night at Mark Zuckerberg’s drop boxes in Pennsylvania that were then immediately mixed with other ballots with no possibility of verification.

She knows that the Boland v. Raffensperger case over why the ballot rejection rate dropped in Georgia by 90 percent from 2018 wasn’t judged but was rejected because the party sued arguing that the Georgia Secretary of State was “an improper party.” The corresponding case in Michigan, Donald J. Trump For President Inc. v. Benson, alleging violations of state law by the failure to allow access by observers was not heard because it was only filed at 4 p.m. on November 4.

All America saw the videos of vote counters clapping as Republican observers were evicted and plywood was placed over the windows. The judge ruled Michigan’s secretary of state had no responsibility for monitoring drop boxes despite a recently adopted law requiring such surveillance. In Pennsylvania, Metcalfe v. Wolf alleged that anywhere from 144,000 to 288,000 completed mailed-in or absentee ballots may have been illegal based on testimony from a U.S. Postal Service contractor. The judge declined to hear the case because such a request was required to be filed within 20 days of the alleged violation (although, in fact, it appears to have made that deadline).

In Wisconsin, Trump v. Evers alleged extensive violations of state election laws including the issuance of a large number of absentee ballots without written applications, unauthorized filling-in of ballots by municipal clerks, lack of verification of the authenticity of large numbers of absentee ballots. Yet the Wisconsin Supreme Court in a divided decision found that the suit had to begin at the lowest course and proceed upwards, a material impossibility in the short deadlines allowed…../

George Will, Peggy Noonan, and other estimable friends bear a heavy responsibility in the disaster that has now been riveted on the backs of the American people and the world.

New Party Euphoria

Apparently some disgruntled Republicans are floating an idea to start another Party. It is sketchy on names but nevertheless state media is pouring fuel on the fire.

So the Democrats have become a socialism sewer but all the attention is on Republicans as they sink the country into abyss.

Secondly, it comes out that former FBI deputy Andrew McCabe labeled the ball field shooting of Republicans as a “suicide by cop” incident, rather than an act of domestic terrorism. Wray cannot explain that after calling right-wing extremists terrorists.

Liz Cheney is out as a leader but taking to the air to expound about her virtues. Adam Kinzinger is also yapping it up. These people are clearly not happy with Republicans.  I wish they opposed Biden the way they fought against Trump for years. But they will not do that.

Yet when Republicans got targeted and shot like fish in a bowl, it gets officially labeled a suicide by cop incident. Not a biggie.

As to New Party yap, Lizzy says that is not her agenda. She is out to hijack the Republican Party. Nope, not team players.

It’s Wray Time Again

Just a few comments on the hearings with FBI Director Chris Wray.

At one point he said the FBI focuses on the violence not the particular ideology or motivations. He repeated that doctrine a few times.

So why does he make an intentional point of always mentioning white supremacists and right-wing extremists as a number one threat? Seems like that is all he cares about.

On two occasions, by Cruz and Blackburn, Chris Wray was asked about the threat information they had prior to Jan 6th, and who called for the National Guard or didn’t? He was reluctant to answer but did admit that a “local authority,” meaning mayor, declined or didn’t want the guard activated.

So if he is investigating this January 6th event, in the numbers he is saying, then wouldn’t he also establish the chain of who didn’t or refused to call the Guard? But he acts like he doesn’t really know such an important detail about the defense of the capitol. How could you investigate without knowing that?

Asked about the death of the Capitol officer, he did not know the cause or details of cause of death. Why not? And why were they telling us he was hit or beaten with a fire extinguisher? Suddenly he is now Sgt. Schultz and knows nothing.

About stonewalling Congress or not answering specific questions over the last four years, he has no answer. Then he is asked about FBI’s referrals or actions taken against anyone from the Horowitz report. His answer is that along came the Durham investigation which caused FBI to pause any disciplinary action in the matters. We must wait.

Chris Wray has proved himself just as competent as Comey and McCabe were. But he can tell you he made two significant minority appointments among 6 top-floor department heads.One Asian and one black. That’s a relief to know.

As to who knew what when at the Capitol, who can really know? Come on, man!

Come What May: DOJ Show And Tell

There was a popular song somewhere in the 80’s, “walk like an Egyptian.” It was all the rage but more than a song, it was a metaphor for the times.

In that vein, doing something I detest, I will think like a liberal. I know, it hurts me to say it and can be dangerous because no one needs to give them any ideas. Hopefully, I can land this 747 somewhere on the ball field. When they go low… we keep digging deeper.

I thought about special counsel Durham and possibility of a special counsel to Hunter Biden — or current lack of one. How might Democrats react to any bad news?

Well, we already know how they act to anything that is good news, even partia;ly good. If they have to take one good nugget out of something, they will monopolize that element. I have watched liberals so long; I almost know how they think.

So let’s suppose some bad details come out about what Comey and the coup team did in 2016. Any harsh details will be contrasted to the Mueller report. They will try to remain on their platform that the Crossfire Hurricane was a justified investigation.

Why would I know that? Comey, McCabe, Brennan and company dug in their heels everywhere saying they had to investigate it. I expect Dems will continue that story, having Democrats like Schiff bang that drum.

But the alternative is what else can they say? In the face of damning evidence, “oops?”

They can’t admit it was an egregious abuse of power. They can’t admit fabricating evidence to propel an investigation, They can’t admit doing Hillary;s bidding. They can’t admit to collaborating with Hillary, led by a foreign agent and Russian spies. They can’t admit the lengths they went, or were prepared to go, to make the preferred narrative fit.

By the way, have you noticed how with every explosive or incriminating story about the Left, or Deep State, media has this compulsion to plug in the Left’s talking points to explain it… or justify it? Then everyone defers to the Left’s explanation or narrative. That becomes the only “coverage” of the story.

But why can we not talk about or discuss a story without inserting the Left’s talking points? Who said that is the rule? The coup is only one glaring example.

So suppose things come together, miraculously, which point to the Lefts’ involvement, culpability and intent in cooking up the whole thing? Forget their narrative for a moment.

That would be nice. It could happen. Suppose evidence is so much and so obvious that the weight on the dam breaks? Suppose they decide to just throw much of the information out there because A) it doesn’t matter that much anymore or B) they cannot contain the bulk of it that has slipped out already.(and they want to move away from it)

So they make a conscious decision to tell us but in such a way knowing we can’t do anything about it now. The only thing left is to admit it, in part, but still adhere to the line that they didn’t really do anything wrong that was breaking the law.

Yes, this could all happen, maybe with slight variations to it.

But I expect how they would handle that would be the same basic strategy the Left employed before. That is not complete denial. It is more like the yes but defense. Yes, we did certain things but the reasoning is our excuse.

The reasoning for it goes something like this. But remember this is after they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

They might say well yes, but what was done was apparently not bad enough and actually did not harm or alter the presidency. See, even if this is all so, Trump has gone on to fill out his term, and did not seem be that affected from it all. (it does get absurd)

Think of it as a similar defense to the election and fraud. So what?

In fact, Trump actually proved that a president can still function effectively even if all this was opposed to him. No one deprived him of his duties, which he was able to carry out. So any harm to the president is being over blown. Frankly, we don’t see where the institution of the presidency was permanently harmed.

And just the fact that he went through this, even if it were all so, shows that the beautiful system works. We find out if there were errors or offenses committed and we move on. But Trump was never endangered or prevented from doing his job.

So this test proved that the system works, The presidency survived in tact and is preserved. The system dealt with it and we persevered just fine. This is what should happen, the way it should work. We investigate and act accordingly. The lesson is the system worked. It was stronger than what anyone tried to do, or anything Trump did.

I’m sorry of that sounds just like a liberal talking because those are the kinds of things they say. It is the “any defense theory.” Throw anything out there to defend the indefensible.

I know I have made some assumptions here, I know there are some what-ifs and maybe a little optimism that schemes will be exposed. Can you see where any of this is possible?

How much could happen we will find out. Hopefully we will.

They said that about election fraud, The fraud was not enough to have changed the result. Therefore the result mitigates the fraud that happened. It is not enough to matter.
Likewise, what they did in the coup was not enough to affect things so it doesn’t matter. They take the position it had no major effect, even if it led to a phony impeachment.

And the impeachment too showed the system worked. We are stronger now for having gone through it. This is the reasoning we are dealing with on the Left. They wil try to use the situation to mitigate what they did. Sort of like a third-grader arguing out of breaking the window. The damage is not irreparable so it doesn’t matter.

The same thing applied to Hillary’s emails. No harm no foul because nothing was affected by it. All they see is victimless crimes – if they are even crimes at all. (which is the next step) No one would prosecute it – the Comey defense. (done…. there that was easy)

Of course they will not admit the Russian Hoax sets the precedent for unfettered spying on a campaign. That doesn’t matter to them. All that matters is who controls the levers of power. As long as they do, anything is therefore permissible. But if they don’t control it, then anything is justified in returning power to their hands.

Sure, you can walk like an Egyptian but it is harder to act like a liberal.

Special Counsel Delivery

A brand new joke: so a guy walks into a restaurant – back when they used to be open — and the waiter asks him “what would you like?”

The man says to the waiter “I’ll have a nice juicy special counsel.”

The waiter says, “coming right up, sir.”

Okay, it is a joke people. I didn’t say it was funny. Get it?

Now that we know AG Bill Barr converted John Durham into a Special Counsel that was the reaction of some people, “This is a joke.” But no it really wasn’t a joke. They only think it is a joke. It’s the guy at the restaurant who said he wants a special counsel, and is entitled to get what he wants. So give him what he wants.

Under U.S. code, the special counsel would produce a “confidential report” and is ordered to “submit to the Attorney General a final report, and such interim reports as he deems appropriate in a form that will permit public dissemination.”

If what I said doesn’t make sense at all, then don’t worry about it.

The important thing is that Barr appointed Durham Special Counsel without anyone knowing it on October 19th. Now he tells us what he did. I for one am glad.

Would I prefer not to have special counsels? Yeah, but after all we have gone through over five years, then let’s have the special counsel. If it were ever justifiable, this is it.

No, I don’t care to hear Leftist loons bemoaning about it. Done.

Well, it sure is not the last we are going to hear about or from this special counsel of ours. Just ignore that new-car smell, you’ll get used to it.

“I think there will be more indictments,” Ratcliffe said in October. “Based on the intelligence I have access to, I certainly believe there should be.”

Gee, I remember one Christmas saying “if I could have anything, I’d like to have a brand new special counsel.” Now here it is in 2020 and I finally got one. I’m not sure what to do with it but here it is. Once the training wheels come off, this thing will be great,

So that’s kind of the way I feel about this new Special Counsel.

It was the thought that counts. Appreciate the sentiments.

Hypocrisy In Spades

There is no need to restate all that happened for four years of undermining President Trump and the 2016 election, right from the moment he won let alone ran.

However, the current situation is reporters are seen ambushing officials and authorities, like Michigan’s, with shouts of “will you honor the will of the people?”

No phrase could be more insulting or hypocritical to me than that. Maybe it is by design? I don’t know. Coming from the very people who never honored the will of the people.

In fact, they did everything they could to subvert and deny the will of the people. They undermined our electoral system with fabrications and dismissed criminal conduct.

Now they erase it all as if that election were never attacked. Then have the audacity to ask, “will you honor the will of the people?” There is nothing more repulsive.

On top of that 4-year record, compounding it with all Democrats did in this election, to utter those words just disgusts me. I rest my case.

Institutional Chaos Usurps Elections

If you are not living under a rock or on a secluded island somewhere, then you have no doubt heard that Donald Trump has attacked and weakened our most valuable institutions in this country. Since we all care so deeply about them.

And no doubt you have heard it on a loop. It gets no response or push back in part because it sounds so awful. That is crazy talk but look no further than Democrats for destruction.

The people who have attacked and weakened our institutions are the Left and their droid Democrats. But you will never hear that reported anywhere. It is just not a story.

However, it did take Donald Trump to come along to frame and prove their narrative so wrong. It was Republicans who were first tagged with that blame banner, as if we were anti-institution or even anti-democracy. But Democrats took it to the stratosphere when it came to Trump and his reelection. Basically he is the blame for everything.

As usual, it was the left who has attacked our institutions and rule of law itself. They’ve branded border control the problem; they’ve attacked and called for defunding the police. They want to reimagine everything they don’t like – or everything not already politicized enough for their taste. Even energy, the economy or climate are targets.

And they have done a good job at that. They’ve weakened almost everything America values including education and our history, and even culture itself.. While sheer destruction of them is not their goal, they want institutional subservience to their political ideology.

Now no one can blame Trump for all that, or even conservatives. The left has done this with such passion; it was clearly their agenda for years.

But in 2020, they went the ultimate step in their evolutional demise of institutions. The one last thing that remained was our electoral process. Yes, they had attacked it for four years after Trump was elected. They were not only attacking us, the voters, but also undermining, politicizing and weaponizing the system itself. The cover they used is that they were worried about the integrity of the process, ie our trust in it.

Then they went full scorched earth by making all the changes and reforms they had schemed up before, but now had the chance to shove into place. True to radicalism, they didn’t care how they went about it as long as they got it all into place.

These plans themselves would do more to tear down the fabric around our elections than anything else. And as we now know, once you break the bond between the people and our electoral system, you have weakened democracy. The effect goes much further than that because they shredded people’s credibility in that system.

Like I said, they spent four years weakening the foundations. Now they have abolished the sacred trust between us and our elections. Once again, you cannot blame that on Trump which is exactly what they have in mind.

They are going to say it was Trump who kept attacking them by scaring people about “rigged” or “fixed elections.” No, he was only describing what they were doing, almost preemptively. Did he know the lengths they would go to in blowing up the system? I don’t know, but he certainly warned us loud and clear. And the left did not like him warning us. They didn’t want us to know or believe it.

The thing is our electoral system was just the last piece that they hadn’t quite altered enough for their political palate. They were not going to stop until they got the guaranteed results, read outcome, they wanted. A pandemic and Trump’s reelection offered them the opportunity they were waiting for. Trump was only an excuse for it, not the cause of it. This was their doing all the way.

Elections were merely the last, most important piece to complete their agenda. They had already shattered our credibility in things like the Justice Department, the FbI or IRS targeting conservatives. We found the Left had taken over everything in our government under the rubric of Deep State. And Americans lost confidence in all the institutions over years anyway; this was only the final straw. Media and press was already shot through.

But until now, we had at least expected our election system was basically in tact, even with all their shenanigans attacking it the last four years. Now they removed the façade that we could still trust our elections to operate above the proverbial Leftists fray.

Trump warned of the pending doom in the 2020 elections all through his campaign. Media mocked him saying he was attacking it. That clever game of blame they always play.

Now that we are handed the results of their non-stop plots for months, and see it for what they did, just like their other schemes for five years, we can validate in spades all the damage they have done. However, it does fit the pattern perfectly.

Wonders Of A Coup Never Cease

Wonders never cease. Four years later, the professional liars continue their charade.

Lindsey Graham held hearings with Comey and now the infamous McCabe testifies.

McCabe announced he was the target of a wrongful biased investigation, which resulted in his termination. He said he is seeking recourse through the courts.

I’ll be danged. McCabe a victim of bias? Wow. And what recourse do his victims or Donald Trump have for what was done? What court does Trump go to for remedy of treatment?

So this is what a career professional, lying snake looks and acts like.

McCabe was “wrongfully fired and did nothing wrong,” he told Sen. Blackburn. A “deeply unfair and flawed investigation,” he called it.

He also admitted that it was an investigation on the Trump campaign.

Dianne Feinstein said “it’s time to turn the page on Crossfire Hurricane”…i.e from the whole 2016 election cabal. Well, I’ll be danged, again.

She means from that page they turned into a coup, a special counsel jihad and smears against a sitting president. The page that undermined a president and targeted candidate Trump. That tome…. radical Democrats conspired and eagerly wrote with Deep State.

That tome also later parlayed with an impeachment hoax show trial.

But at the bottom of all this cabal was also the treatment of Gen. Flynn. McCabe admitted pursuing a counterintelligence investigation – based on whatever lies and false premises they deemed fit – and then denied the Logan Act was any factor in it.

However, that is exactly what was driving the entire agenda, for what they claim was appropriate treatment. It was a stealth Logan Act case they were pursuing against Flynn.

McCabe requires the willing suspension of disbelief. (words Hillary was fond of)
To quote Bill Clinton, “this whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I’ve ever seen!”
