And then there was Light

My editorial juices have been running a little low lately, and I have been tapped out of ideas feeling, as Solomon said, that there is really “nothing new under the sun.”

My friend Pepp recently wondered if Shakespeare was alive today, what he would say? That got me thinking with all that is going on today, he would have a field day or go crazy. One or the other.

Then I saw this article in the Federalist by someone that caught my attention. It was sincere, only by a self-described liberal who had awakened to the media bias during the election. I hope you check it out. From that point of view it is informative.

Up until now I figured it was mostly a lost cause, but this person gives me a little hope that there is life out there after the liberal bubble. (her own term) Though it made me think of the countless others I see on social media. I could almost write one profile to include them all. These are your typical liberals from not-so informed to hard line Marxists. And there often is not that much that separates them.

Anyway, so predictable that you can expect their words. I’m beyond, way beyond, feeling sympathy. I mostly accept that they are not reachable anyway, which seems a fool’s errand to try convincing them of anything. It is what it is, as they say.

But this piece gave me renewed hope for some of them. (I am not going soft or gushy) For a moment, I considered their point of view, or perspective. I know what they think. I may not know the why in many cases. I know the what though.

Their view of the media, their positions, their favorite candidates and policies, even their dislikes, and best what sets them off. Maybe that is a study in psychology in itself. Considering their perspective did reveal something I hadn’t thought much about.

One of the triggering things to them is always conservative media. Fox News is akin to poison to them. More than anything else they love to bash Fox, almost as much as Trump. That is the key.

Now think for a minute what that person thinks and feels, not their ideas. Well, Fox is the worst thing that came along. And if you were they, it is Faux News and always lying or agenda driven. However, it is the central problem. That means all other mainstream media is okay but Fox is the problem.

So that presents a simple view. One just has to believe Fox is wrong and everything else is, well, right. It is not hard to take that there is only one enemy, maybe a few marginal others, while everything else is friendly and honest to you. They don’t try to lie to you.

Doesn’t that make things so much easier thinking only Fox News is wrong? Sure, then you accept everything else as authentic at face value. You can accept it. You don’t have to be suspicious and question what comes from Mainstream Media.

Go a step further and you can accept all our institutions as good, except on their structural racism thing. Other than that everything is on the up and up and the media all have pure motives because, after all, they agree with most everything you think and believe.

It’s much easier and simpler that way. They are on your side. Everyone is looking out for you too. No, they don’t really like America, or that antiquated patriotism. The government is your friend, or should be. The government shouldn’t even believe in an exceptional America or us first. Blame America first is cool.

But then there is always world globalism which is basically on your side too. It’s a rosy-eyed view but the enemies are caricatures backed into corners. They are the flat-earthers and the like. But the general “mainstream” (i.e. liberal stream) all thinks and believes much like you. And those are the people who get to authority, because we stick together and get them there.

I figure that is so much simpler, it’s an easy way out, and lazy. In that backdrop you’d have to think that coming out of that la la land would be a challenge. It’s much easier to stay and believe in that illusion. Or keep believing, as Obama said. You don’t need critical thinkers, you just need lock-steppers.

So now isn’t that a crazy way to look at things? But you don’t have to think or worry about things except those creatures in the corner infringing on your paradise. Then there was Obama who confirmed to them all that they owned this phony paradise. Now they are flailing at anything that might distrurb those happy thoughts. They’ve already infested everything and everywhere of importance so that they are embedded and radicalized. All of it is based on your ideological worldview that you all accept, voluntarily of course.

I followed it out because it really makes the case of an easier less-complex way of looking at things. Well, you can be suspicious of those outside that bubble. You may question their motives all you want. Make fun of them, mock them, call them names, they are like animals anyway.

Still it is an easier lifestyle. Corporations and even markets should be in your favor. Everything should be in your favor because your are the ideal people. And within being a member of that society you can do anything. Those outside it should be questioned and accused on every little thing. You have an exemption card. You don’t want to leave.

It just gets me that all you have to know is that Fox is wrong. Everything and the media is right. They are the intellectual betters so don’t need to question anything except Fox. And in that situation it seems the only way to change that thinking would be on their own. You or I could probably not convince them. So they have to see it. It must be their doing.

Saint Elizabeth Warren, I presume!

When Does the Media Love Christianity?

By: BillOReilly.com Staff | September 8, 2017

You probably know the answer to the above question. The media praises Christianity only when the Christian in question is a left-wing politician.

What brings this up is a long and nauseating piece in the Boston Globe which essentially beatified Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren.

“Elizabeth Warren’s Christian faith is deep and authentic,” gushed reporter Victoria McGrane, “and it informs her work as a senator.” How does McGrane or anyone else know whether anyone’s faith is “authentic?”

We were also assured that Senator Warren is never without her Bible, “a well-worn King James version she has had since the fourth grade.”

Can you imagine the Boston Globe or its former owner, the New York Times, writing that kind of puffery about a Republican? Mike Huckabee, for example, is an ordained Southern Baptist minister, but most of the swells at the Globe surely despise the man.

This drill is all very familiar and predictable: Religion as practiced by Jesse Jackson, Hillary Clinton, Al Sharpton, and their fellow travelers on the left is uplifting and honorable. Religion as practiced by Ted Cruz, Robert Jeffress, and Sarah Palin is worthy of nothing but ridicule. …/

Of course O’Reilly is spot on. I would just add that if she is devout, then it is in practicing at Bernie Sanders’ Tabernacle of Revolution. Why would they choose her sect over — or in place of — Bernie’s in 2020? They’ve already seen the fruits of his. Or maybe Bernie can be high priest and Elizabeth can be the high priestess on a ticket?

Media’s promotion of her faux Christian credentials would “require the willing suspension of disbelief” by the congregants. It’s serving the church of politics. That’s what they do.

Remember how media built up Obama’s Christian cred or how they promoted Hillary’s devout, deeply-rooted Christian beliefs? Planned Parenthood didn’t buy it. That’s what they do — hoping to divide Christians in preparation for slaughter at the ballot box.

However, immediately after election media and the candidates go back to sneering and mocking Christians and Christianity. But that is the very thing we were warned about.

Though in both Obama’s and Hillary’s case, their mentors were theologians of Marx. A dead giveaway. Yet the media got away with selling it as ‘pure as the driven wool.’

Obama studied under Rev Wright’s Liberation (Marxist) Theology, etc. Hillary’s youth minister sent her down the path of socialist activism. Warren brandishes a King James version while claiming to be a nasty, nasty woman of the occupy movement. Money changers anyone? All swear to a blood pact on the altar of abortion. Christian leaders?

So why not? These days progressives, or whatever they want to call themselves, operate more like a religious cult. It is no wonder the Left would apply many of their policies as, and with, the piety of a religious sect now.

Part 2: Liberation Theology and politics

Nothing new to CNN and blackmail

Back on the day before Trump’s inauguration, CNN’s Jeff Zucker said, basically threatening Trump and his administration, that:

“One of the things I think this administration hasn’t figured out yet is that there’s only one television network that is seen in Beijing, Moscow, Seol, Tokyo, Pyongyang, Baghdad, Tehran, and Damascus – and that’s CNN.

The perception of Donald Trump in capitals around the world is shaped, in many ways, by CNN. Continuing to have an adversarial relationship with [us] that network is a mistake.

Do the translation of that. We hold your perception in our hands, act accordingly.
Our media monopoly = your ‘perception’ demise, should we decide so. From the network with 93% negative coverage of Trump. (that is not adversarial, it’s vendetta journalism)

Forward to today and one objectionable meme to CNN. They hunt down and solicit an apology and he removes content, and then CNN says:

“CNN is not publishing “HanA**holeSolo’s” name because he is a private citizen who has issued an extensive statement of apology, showed his remorse by saying he has taken down all his offending posts, and because he said he is not going to repeat this ugly behavior on social media again. In addition, he said his statement could serve as an example to others not to do the same.”

CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.

Andrew the self-anointed speech cop for CNN claims no threat.
Now we are “misinterpreting” their statement. Nah, don’t think so.

Two “Becauses”, one “in addition” and one “reserves right should ANY of that change.” = no threat? (IOW: a veto right to our nondisclosure of your identity and whatever we like.)

Where is his “right” (speech) “reserved”? No, it is now conditional upon CNN’s approval.

Misinterpreted? Lots of “intent” there. Who made them speech judge, juror, executioner?

(But if it were a CNN anonymous source, ignore and reverse all the above.)

175 & Counting Lawsuit and Blackmail

Who are the 175? Well, it’s the beginning, and growing, number of plaintiffs who are part of a class action lawsuit against CNN for its discriminatory practices.

Wonder why you don’t hear about this and it never comes up on their own news network when they talk about discrimination? Funny how that is.

There has been much ado — and rightly so — over the goings on at Fox News Channel – sexual harassment, hush money allegedly paid to victims, a string of high-profile resignations (some of which were really firings).

“The lawsuit against CNN, meanwhile, claims the company’s Atlanta headquarters is rife with racism,” The New York Post wrote on April 27.

“The lawsuit against CNN, meanwhile, claims the company’s Atlanta headquarters is rife with racism,” The New York Post wrote on April 27.

Minority employees had to endure bigoted remarks such as “It’s hard to manage black people” and “Who would be worth more: black slaves from times past, or new slaves?,” according to a complaint by former workers Celeslie Henley and Ernest Colbert Jr. filed in Atlanta federal court.

Colbert Jr. also claims he was paid thousands less than white colleagues as a manager at the affiliated Turner Broadcasting System.

Henley, a former CNN executive assistant, says she was fired in 2014 for complaining that black employees were being paid less than white counterparts.

Another Offensive Move from CNN media

Compounding their injury, CNN has now engaged in a blackmail campaign against the meme-maker of the CNN – WWE smackdown video, featuring Trump. These people apparently have no sense of humor whatsoever. And they cannot take any mockery at all, even while they ridicule and mock the American people and White House daily.

They threatened this social media person, a 15 yr-old kid man, with exposing his real identity and other posts they found objectionable. How they got the information, supposedly from ISP via TWC, adds to it. They basically made him agree to shut up.

But what difference does it make who made the clever little video joke that went viral? Only CNN cares because they claim it “incites violence.” They also want Twitter to shut down Trump’s Twitter account for posting it. Now they claim they’ll continue asking Twitter why they haven’t taken action? Whew-wee, have they taken it too far or what?

That is the same network chronically complaining about ‘off-camera’ White House press briefings. That curtails their grandstanding and filibuster capabilities. Even though there is no such requirement in our US Constitution to them.

The same network who daily uses more anonymous sources than freckles. They demand protection and guarantee it to “sources,” no matter how controversial their leaks are. No problem, the leakers need Constitutional protections.

However, a private citizen who made a clever, funny meme on the internet is sought, bullied, threatened and blackmailed by CNN into silence. (Read, threaten to turn left-wing goons on him) They don’t really have a clue on the first amendment or the Constitution.

So the lesson, class, is no free speech in the first amendment for the people. Only plenty of far-reaching protections for the MSM elite media, “press” though.

Conclusion: CNN has become 1st Amendment Assassins — my first amendment view.

(*Correction: so it was not a 15 yr old kid, but again that only matters to CNN)

O’Reilly’s take on Roger Ailes’ death

I am slightly offended by Bill O’Reilly’s analysis of Roger Ailes’ rise and demise.

His assessment seems far too kind to the radical left and their objectives.

This quote comes by way of the Conservative Tribune

“We are living in a rough age, with technological advances changing behavior and perspective. The downside of that is turning us into a nation where hatred is almost celebrated in some quarters,” O’Reilly stated. “Roger Ailes experienced that hatred and it killed him. That is the truth.”

http://conservativetribune.com/oreilly-knows-killed-roger-ailes/

Except that analysis almost blames technology for the state of hatred of the left. No, actually it is an old hatred, just manifesting itself by any new means possible.

The left has long celebrated its vitriol and hatred — mainstreamed really since Reagan. Morality has nothing to do with it but the ultimate result of it is a valid charge.

However, I sense another book by O’Reilly, “Killing Roger Ailes,” is already under draft.

As I have said before, it seems only when ones own ox is publicly gored does one recognize the size of the problem. It suddenly becomes serious then. It’s always been dangerous.

Susan Rice’s road to fortune

I would like to know why Susan Rice hasn’t been unmasked the same way she did others, like was done to Michael Flynn? Where was all the vetting information on Rice?

She was famous as the go to liar for hire under Obama, a job that paid political dividends but the salary wasn’t close to 7 figures. How come more attention hasn’t been on her, I mean aside from scandals she was instrumental in?

So how did she go from a nest egg of 20 million to 50 million in 5 years? Inquiring minds would like to know. Measly government and a UN diplomat salary doesn’t pay that well. Great work if you can get it, eh?

Rice only spent a couple years in middle management in the private sector. Other than that she’s been “all in” in politics and government — or public service as they like to call it.

So make 30 million in around five years? I thought only Clintons could do that.

ABC tries to quell Shadow fires

Well, apparently ABC has taken on its wings the task of fact-checker, and accusation debunker. So move over liberal Snopes, Fact-Check, ABC wants a piece of the action.

Case in point: they are now chasing accusations conservatives have long proposed and bandied around that Obama will run a shadow government — feeding a potential coup of Trump’s White House. But those are more than rumors.

Now I would not go into all the reasons for the support of the shadow idea. Obama is certainly doing nothing to put out the accusation fires. No, in fact, he feeds them. The more you see his old guard politicos or officials out in the media, while the burrowed-in Obama loyalists leak from within the state, the more valid you have to take these charges.

Obama continually lectured people to stop believing what they see, only pay attention to what he or his media sycophants say. It worked at least on 30% of the people.

Here is ABC lecturing us not to believe the stories of a shadow government and its coup underway. What other reason would there be for the shadow entity existence, but to undermine the sitting president and his administration? A lot of work for nothing.

No, former President Obama isn’t planning a coup against President Trump

By RYAN STRUYK — Feb 22, 2017 | Abc News

A fake news story making the rounds on Facebook claims in the headline that Congress is concerned that former President Barack Obama might make a “treasonous coup attempt” against President Trump — and that they’re taking steps to stop him.

It’s not true.

Though the headline screams “BREAKING: Congress Moves to STOP Obama’s Treasonous Coup Attempt Against Trump,” only parts of the story are based on facts. It’s done by seeding the story with quotes that are true, but are twisted out of context.

The original version of the article, posted on a website called Angry Patriot, has 38,000 shares. And since this fake news story’s text has been posted more than two-dozen times on other webpages, its false headline has been shared even more on social media networks.

One of the other sites, Trump Media, has a disclaimer page: “All the information on this website is published in good faith … The Trump Media does not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability and accuracy of this information.” Neither The Trump Media nor Angry Patriot sites responded to requests for comment from ABC News…./

The key point is that there’s no tie between the leaked information from U.S. intelligence agencies and former President Obama, as this fake news headline suggests.

[much more]

Notice the story they are worried about is the mere accusation of a shadow government, not what it is doing. Its actions are not the story, only our interpretation of them — or what Obama’s allies do to disrupt and obstruct Trump.

Add to this the protest roll out of the “Indivisible” movement — started by 3 former Congressional Democrat staffers. Now credentialed by media as the beauty of democracy in action. (opposed to “tea-baggers,” remember?) All under a guise of Resistance.

I don’t know about you but simply stating it is not true just does not do it, at all, for me. To believe Obama is not going to take advantage of every speck of power and opportunity he can pilfer under a rock ‘requires the willing suspension of disbelief’.

This is no longer the lamestream media pretending to be objective but allying itself with deep state and all the various political operatives on the left, in the way it only dreamed it could do before — for a common end But since they share common allegiances, generally to Obama’s legacy, well, all hands on deck now. ‘We are all agents of the shadow state now.’ Shorthand, we are all Obama now. And they are all radicals now — fellow radical subversives, hell bent on undermining the administration and its goals and agenda.

Yet we are asked to believe all the accusations about Russia involvement in the Trump campaign/administration. But a lack of evidence for all their charges only adds fuel to their accusations. They attack away. So in their elite view: it’s one big Russia and Trump conspiracy, that is the problem. But Obama’s and the left’s shadow state working to undermine the administration is just a big bogus theory? Right.

2008: Obama campaign talks to Iran — and ghost of Ted Kennedy

Get ready for a short trip in the way-back machine to 2008.
Obama’s campaign had a series of communications with both Iran and Syria.

Obama Held Secret Talks With Iran, Syria Weeks Before Election

Malkah Fleisher, 02/02/09 | Arutz Sheva
U.S. President Barack Obama employed representatives to hold secret high-level talks with Iran and Syria months prior to his election as president.

United States President Barack Obama employed representatives and experts to hold secret high-level talks with Iran and Syria months prior to his election as president, organizers of the meetings told Agence France Presse on Monday.

Over the past few months, Obama campaign and election officials, as well as nuclear non-proliferation experts, had several “very, very high-level” contacts with Iranian leaders, according to Jeffrey Boutwell, executive director for the U.S. branch of the Pugwash group, a Nobel Prize-winning international organization of scientists. Former defense secretary William Perry, who served in Obama’s election campaign, also participated in some of the meetings, which included discussions on Iran’s nuclear program and the Arab-Israeli conflict. …/

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad affirmed the reports Monday that Obama officials had repeated contact with his country for some time prior to the U.S. elections. “Dialogue started some weeks ago in a serious manner through personalities who are close to the administration and who were dispatched by the administration,” Assad said. ../ Read more

So guess who was talking to Iran months before taking office? I don’t even want to get on the Iranian Valerie Jarrett off-ramp. No SNL skits, only a “thrill up the leg” to media.

Hearings, investigations, wire taps, outrage, Independent Counsel…. don’t be silly.

While we are in the way back machine, let us go a few decades back to 1983. Good ol’ lion of the Senate, Mary Jo Kopechne killer, Ted Kennedy made his grand invitation to the Soviet’s Communist Party, and Yuri Andropov, to come intervene in our election. A quid pro quo. Senator Kennedy was trying to challenge Reagan and needed an edge.

American Thinker

The Democrats are desperately diverting attention away from their rigging the nomination fight by charging that Russia is interfering in our election. But there was a time when going to Moscow to help defeat the other party didn’t seem to disturb Democrats. In fact, with the help of friendly media, the entire incident has been sent to the memory hole. Once upon a time it was revealed, but nobody outside of the conservative ghetto remembers.

So he promised Soviets wide access to the American media to make their case. But how would he assure Soviets of such unprecedented access? Well, Ted won’t be talking, nor anyone else either. Maybe we could ask his media friends? Investigations? FBI probe? Logan Act? Surely you jest.

First WH Press Conference under Trump

Do not attempt to adjust your TV, there is no problem with your set. This is an actual press briefing from the White House, do not be alarmed!

Since media has been so used to being spoon-fed their talking points from the Press room — speaking that liberal code language they’re all versed in — an actual, real press briefing is so out of the ordinary. The WH may add press passes for four Skype connections.

Obama’s old system will be exactly reversed: scripted talking points will come from hostile media in an attempt to put up a united front against the WH. That is backwards from the top-down flow, Obama model from the White House that successfully tried to manipulate news coverage. Just like darling sycophants, they followed in lockstep.

Obama, when leaving, left his instructions for how toughly media should cover Trump — knowing full well how his WH press corps treated him. Both Obama and press/media had gotten so used to their cozy relationship. Of course they did not want that to change. Try to imagine what a press briefing under Hillary Clinton would have looked like, complete with cake and all the party favors. And they could safely ignore their job, once again.

Negative Impact On The Election

Okay, which one had more negative effects and impact on the election:

(A) hacks and wikilleaks’ dumps of a couple email accounts connected to Hillary Clinton
(and so-called Russian intervention in the election via influencing voters) OR

(B)the hyper-radicalized media coverage attacking Trump 24/7 for over 9 months ?
(while dumbing down coverage by ignoring criticisms / record of Hillary Clinton)

You decide. Shall we examine the headlines and press pages, too? Mo’ investigation!

From the bowels of media coverage

First, the story is the beating and treatment of the white teenager by 4 black Chicago Trump-haters. Everyone probably heard the story by now. Exhibit A for disgusting.

They discuss the crime on CNN and what happens? All hell breaks loose? No. Someone labels it an evil act but no, again, Don Lemon has to take issue with that term. Hate crime? No, they don’t like that term either.

Tied up, tortured and beaten…. just some bad rearing. Really?

Don Lemon on horrific Chicago torture: ‘I don’t think it’s evil.’ You’ll love his alternate theory.

The Blaze

In the wake of the horrific torture of a white man with special needs by four black suspects — which was live-streamed on Facebook — a panelist on Don Lemon’s CNN show called the act “evil.”

“You just try to wrap your head around evil,” Matt Lewis of the Daily Caller told Lemon on Wednesday night. “That’s what this is. It’s evil. It’s brutality. It’s man’s inhumanity to man.”

But Lemon took issue with that assessment.

“I don’t think it’s evil. I don’t think it’s evil,” Lemon responded. “I think these are young people, and I think they have bad home training.”

The host continued:

And I say, “Who’s raising these young people?” I have no idea who’s raising these young people, because no one I know on earth who is 17 years old or 70 years old would ever think of treating another person like that. It is inhumane. And you wonder, at 18 years old, where’s your parent? Where’s your guardian?

http://www.theblaze.com/news/2017/01/05/don-lemon-on-horrific-chicago-torture-i-dont-think-its-evil-youll-love-his-alternate-theory/

Don Lemon takes the award for journalism bias. He’s trying to keep his stellar record going. “Where’s your guardian?” They are 18 yr-olds and older. Where’s yours, Don?

That was not even the whole problem on CNN. He had another guest besides Lewis. A black woman who insisted this should not be considered a hate crime, as if we don’t know and can’t hear for ourselves what they did. She argued with Lewis.

She went on to state that it is different for black people, who suffered a long history of abuse etc in America. She complained it is wrong to overuse that term and charge.  Well, maybe there is another award for her. Does being black excuse what they did? Does it disqualify them from being charged with a hate crime? Lewis called it evil.

Then Lemon chimed in with the “I don’t think it is evil” line. The same people who see “structural racism” everywhere, and an inherent evil in it, cannot see or at least define evil even when watching it take place on a video, which was streamed live.

But they just can’t get there to this hate crime and evil thing.

All radicals all the time — Clintonistas

Welcome to the truth inside the Hillary campaign. (video)

What about the protest at the Chicago Trump rally? Well, surprise. (which is no surprise)

It doesn’t matter about legal… or ethics, we need to win this M-Fer.

We knew they were behind all this radicalism, but it is what they do.

Ever heard of Democracy Partners? Oh, the dark Hillary campaign that no media dares report on. Alive and thriving via Hillary’s campaign.

Sometimes the crazies bite…. sometimes they don’t. Portraying people as psychotic…. all sinister dark creatures of Hillary’s campaign.

“We want it coming from the people, not the Party.”

“We’re starting anarchy here.”

The News Blues

What happened to when news was news instead of a campaign narrative or talking points? No more, those days are gone. Treated to a constant stream of “news” bias, it’s hard to have any confidence in their news at all, on anything. Sliced and diced in their political filters, they dispense it like candy. Public confidence in it takes a hit.

What else is gone is any hint of objectivity. Wiki Leaks purged emails on Friday and within an hour a hot and ‘salacious’ tape appeared about Trump. It was private statements from a decade ago. A Hurricane running up the East Coast and the news shifted to “breaking news” of the Trump tape. So much for real, hard news. But the hurricane coverage does take precedence over Hillary’s Wiki Leaks story. I see what they did there.

Immediately an interjection came from John Podesta saying that Russia, likely behind the hacks, could have altered the emails. But how likely is that? So Podesta has a huge problem, it appears Wiki Leaks has so much more credibility than his own candidate.

It was your candidate who scrubbed and deleted 30 thousand emails, and had the State Department altering classification codes to suit their purpose. I’d go with Wiki hands down over a forgery claim. Funny thing about credibility, when it’s gone it’s gone.

Let’s not forget the Clintons’ Decade of Decadence and Hillary’s decade of destroying women. We learned a lot in the 90’s, didn’t we? The philosophy of “is” was critical to our intellectual acumen. We learned that impeachment was an ideal but highly unlikely. Now that we know that, we don’t even much question that route for Obama. It’s so like nineties, and we’ve “Moved On”. Sometimes news is no news.

The news that comes out now is time released like a pharmaceutical. It’s waiting to go off at the right political moment. News becomes ammunition to create the right ambience when needed. Collect it like baseball cards and trade it. Like everything else that has been politicized by the Left: government, national security, medical coverage, media, and even sports followed suit. News must fit their agenda.

There was a train wreck in Hoboken last week. The train came in at about twice the speed limit and showed no sign of breaking. Well, it wasn’t pretty. Black boxes will tell the story, they hope. One apparently was not functioning. But investigators will get to the bottom of it, surely, sometime. It just shouldn’t have happened, yet it did.

Our election is shaping up a lot like that train wreck. Trump came in too fast and didn’t apply the breaks as they suggested. They weren’t prepared for the fallout. It’s not pretty, but politics and train wrecks rarely are. They are both studied for the same reason, to try to avoid future damage.

Trump is no student of politics nor of standard operating procedures. He plotted his own route. But his plan was not the usual one. It was meant to interrupt the system, and it did. It was meant to derail the establishment control. We decided that, at some point, having all the estabishement running on time, per plan, was not the most efficient system. Corruption just breeds more corruption, and corruption breeds contempt. The wreck was inevitable.

RightRing | Bullright

Screw the Debates

I look forward to and enjoy the debates as much as anyone. They are informative and have a place. But they are only one part in the whole process. Like everything else, we see how biased or corrupted they can be. Politicized, for sure, but have they outlived their status?

I mean what else would we expect? It is their system, the establishment likes its control and uses it every way they can. So debates are one of their tentacles. They own it.

However, in case the elite inside, power-control estabos — who know better than the people — have not noticed, the people have been having a debate from the beginning. That’s the real debate, a referendum on them. Estabos do not like that one at all.

So if they haven’t noticed by now, we have come to a few conclusions too. The status quo has got to go. The ruling class told us we are irrelevant and what we want doesn’t matter. They tell us what issues are important. And they tell us how we should vote. That’s the way it is done, they say. Our vote must be based on others’ their choice and endorsements.

While we had this kick down dragged out debate this far, they’ve opposed the will of the people every step. They didn’t notice we won every round. People are fed up. We get faux hearings about phony responsibility with no accountability. Nothing short of that is on their menu now. The establishment is insulted that we dare resist their status quo bargain.

These days they complain about “structural racism” inherent in all places, yet they have a structural bias in the whole election process — from establishment to media — just as they have in government. That structuralism doesn’t bother them one bit, they thrive on it.

Now this elite status-quo is using the race card in every way to keep their establishment in control of the process to control the results. Then the debate injects the label of racist even into the debate. They play the gender card in the same way. Put that together with the smear tactics and you have a structural establishment cocktail to destroy any opposition to it. That’s their plan. Some value debates mey have, but they change nothing.

Under that light, what do even the debates really mean? Use the debates to screw us? What’s new? It’s better not to bestow any more value on them than they deserve — consider the source.

Real time results on elections?

A new organization wants to call the progress of elections, the winning or losing in chosen areas, in real time as it happens.

Depending on your preference for more information, you may disagree or agree with what they are doing. I don’t happen to like it. Much of it is based on modeling etc.

New York Times: Real-Time Election Day Projections – By Nick Corasaniti

PALO ALTO, Calif. — Now, a group of data scientists, journalists and Silicon Valley entrepreneurs is seeking to upend that reporting tradition, providing detailed projections of who is winning at any given time on Election Day in key swing states, and updating the information in real time from dawn to dusk.

The plan is likely to cause a stir among those involved in reporting election results and in political circles, who worry about both accuracy and an adverse effect on how people vote. [More]

The spokesman has been promoting their system as an announcer of a ball game. That sounds quaint, doesn’t it?

The problem I have is he wants us to think of it as just calling the “play by play” without accepting any responsibility for its influence on results.

He claimed it is still up to press or media to call the final result. Yes, but in a way that is what he is doing all along. People can then be influenced or react based on their coverage. And we already see enough media involvement with the elections.

The Day has Come

I never thought or expected to see the day that the collective press/media would become a chief adversary, even an enemy, but that day is here.

Well, it is just happened to really hit me that way. Regardless of all our problems, government corruptions and failures, the “press” has now positioned itself in such a way that it is a chief adversary (if not the foremost one) and just a tool of the power.

Sort of scary. One can look at all the reasons and motivations. That is one hell of a revelation to come to terms with. I thought I had witnessed many problems before.

We know all that stuff about the idea and main purpose of the press — the ideal. However, it made itself into this hyper-politicized, bias oriented institution in general. They’ve picked their side, the battle lines have been drawn. We’ve defined the battlefield and the strategy is unfolding before our eyes. It not only applies to politics but it is an ideological adversary — even a radical one.

Not a scenario I had expected to this operational level. The saying is know your enemy. What happens when the press/media finally becomes a determined enemy of the people? Couple that predicament with the most critically import election of our time.

This was on top of another observation a while back that we don’t really have a free press. So I wondered, after these many years, maybe the press did not want to be free after all? Not anymore anyway. That used to be a major difference we had to other places.

Britain finally convicts Choudary

It’s about time. Maybe at least it will end his commentary supporting Islamic radicalism?

Britain’s ‘most hated man’ Anjem Choudary convicted for ISIS support

By Bryony Jones, CNN — Bryony Jones is a journalist at CNN International in London.

(CNN)A notorious hate preacher who led a flag-burning demonstration outside the US embassy on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks and voiced support for jihad has been convicted of inviting support for ISIS.

Anjem Choudary, 49, has courted controversy over two decades, skirting the edges of the law, backing extremism but with no proof of actually inciting violence. He earned the wrath of Britain’s tabloid newspapers, making him – by his own admission — the country’s “most hated man.”

In 2014, he pledged allegiance to ISIS and its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, bringing him under scrutiny and leading to his arrest. […./] “

But the sentence is only up to ten years. Is it time for life sentences in these cases? This does seem punitive, when they can also have a radical recruitment effect in prison.

George Will exits GOP…. next?

George Will bolts GOP: ‘This is not my party’

Al Weaver 6/25/16 | Washington Examiner

Conservative columnist and commentator George Will announced that he is no longer a registered Republican after changing his Maryland registration from the GOP to “unaffiliated.”

“I’m an unaffiliated voter in the state of Maryland,” Will told PJ Media in an interview.

“This is not my party,” Will said during a speech beforehand to the Federalist Society. He also reportedly said that House Speaker Paul Ryan’s decision to endorse Trump was part of why he left the party.

Will said he isn’t sure whether he’ll vote for Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson. And he offered up a plan for conservatives to follow who don’t plan to support Donald Trump.

“Make sure he loses,” said Will, a Fox News contributor. “Grit their teeth for four years and win the White House.”

Pin the Tail on Elites and Mefia

That’s not a typo, its what happens when media acts like organized mafia.

Sharyl Attkisson: Media Distorting Facts to Serve World Elites at Levels Never Seen Before

by Dan Riehl  17 Jun 2016 |  Breitbart

Sharyl Attkisson talked to Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Matt Boyle Friday about her new show, Full Measure with Sheryl Attkisson, as well as current events and an extremely disturbing trend. Elites have become adept at controlling media narratives, going so far as to ostracize reporters who “veer” from a particular narrative: “It’s certainly happening here in the United States,” said Attkisson.

Asked if American media appear to be aggressively pushing a particular narrative, specifically gun control in light of the recent terrorism in Orlando, Attkisson said:

I think they’ve been pushing narratives a lot for the last couple of years in a way I haven’t seen five years ago … ten years ago, for sure. It’s almost like someone’s given a license at the top. It used to be done kind of subtly, but now it’s sort of encouraged. It’s almost as if everybody’s on the same page now. I think it’s inappropriate. I think that different views should be represented. It doesn’t have to be 50-50 every time that every story has to be given equal time. But over time, different views should be heard, and we just don’t hear that anymore.

“I just got back from a conference in Russia, of all places, where global journalists gathered to talk about this as a trend globally, where government interests, corporate interests, special interests have learned how to use the news media,”Attkisson said, “how to use social media to control the narrative in ways, I think, more aggressively than has ever been done before.”

As for reporters, she asserted:

When they veer from the narrative that’s trying to be established by whatever power that exists, they’re controversialized, they’re bullied, they’re driven out of the mainstream. It’s a global trend. Whoever is trying to control the narrative has figured this out. They’re applying similar techniques around the world, and it’s certainly happening here in the United States.

Concerning public safety, Attkisson recently reported on Full Measure that Cleveland appears to be completely unprepared to host the upcoming GOP convention: “The head of policing said they’re not prepared; they haven’t been trained.”

She continued:

There is a complete disconnect between what the city official said is the preparation level and what the police said is the preparation level, and the head of the police unit said he’s worried his guys are going to get hurt, and they don’t have the equipment they expect. They fully think they’re going to be inundated with violent protesters because that’s what’s happened at other Trump events. So there’s concern there.

The full list of Full Measure with Sharyl Attkisson shows can be found here. “There is fascinating stuff there you will not see on any other program,” said Attkisson.

Breitbart News Daily airs on SiriusXM Patriot 125 weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Eastern.
