Obama’s Very Pregnant Problem

When Barack Obama stuck his head back in the political fray, he may know or not that he has a whopper of a problem. Note, I did say singular.

Last weekend Obama ended his silence by speaking out about the Flynn case running out of steam. Well, it really appeared to to bug him, didn’t it?

The Hill

“The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed — about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn,” Obama said in an audio clip that was obtained and released by Yahoo News.

“And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk,” the former president said. “And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.”

Barry Soetoro, Barack Hussein, or whatever name he is using, is probably starting to feel squeezed like a dishrag. If he isn’t there yet, he soon will be. He is likely starting to consol with some advisor (David Axelrod or Eric Holder) about the political ramifications of his newfound situation.

The more you think about it, the more you will see he has a predicament on his hands. Sure this case was about Flynn, so he and media wants us to think, but it is much more about Barack Obama and his administration. A s the coup was Obama’s administration.

I am not being dramatic, I am disappointed that conservative press has not connected the dots for Obama’s situation, problem yet. The quandary for Barry is how he plays his cards, he dealt himself, which determine everything else forward. What do I mean?

Either he plays it that he was the absentee professor, in which case he claims he had a rogue agency meddling in the election and presidency after it; or he simply says he was fully aware of the treasonous seditious coup afoot under his scandolous administration. See the problem with both options.

He is in a very bad place. But hey, he’s had almost four years now to think about and plan this out along with his excuses for it.

There is one other possibility that he could try to defend it all as justified. But that is getting harder, seeing how flawed and illegitimate it all was. We don’t even have to get into why, as in the real motive. He has to choose how to respond to what we’ve found and what is yet coming down.

Personally, I would like to see him have to spend 7+ million or so trying to explain his actions and those of his administration, just for starters.

No wonder Barry is lashing out under mounting pressure. Not that he ever cared about defending himself, he never had to. He has two paths in front of him, each will determine his future path and strategy. Does he try to defend indefensible behavior?

Does he once again say he was not in the loop in it all? But we know he was there and in on it this time. So does he pass it off as rogue actions of an out of control intelligence apparatus acting on their own? Or does he admit he was in the loop but they were all justified in their scheme? Will he take the hit and responsibility for all that went on? Or will he try to blame all his subordinates for screwing him and his legacy (no-scandal record) up?

His underlying problem is that kind of operation can only be done under the president’s authority and knowledge. By definition it requires his approval. Comey blessed him.

Oh, he is in a heap of trouble. You know the saying that you can give someone enough rope. And he has been given lots of rope and opportunities to explain this over the years. But just like Benghazi, he never does try to explain it. Now he must choose how to respond. Both are inherently bad choices for him. No surrogates or advisors can bail him out either.

I sort of expect that Barr understands all that very well. And Durham is bound to come up with something damning about Obama’s administration. So even if that does not involve him personally, he will now have to have an explanation for it. That is something Barry Soetoro has never been forced to do before. He doesn’t like coerced decisions or explanations he cannot pass off to someone else. No one can do it for him this time.

Justice Denied

The IG Report on Comey came out. What did we learn? Not much that we didn’t know. It only chronicled most of what was already reported. And DOJ declines to prosecute.

It determined that Comey ‘violated department and FBI policies’.

How are we in a different position than we were before? Comey struts around and we see that nothing has changed. Any wonder people are disgusted?

There are at least several ways for Comey to spin this, while the public gets the middle finger. At least this time it is on AG Barr but what difference does even he make?

So we have eighty pages along with a DOJ statement that it will do nothing about it. Once again, do we even have a justice system in America? The answer is not for some people.

I think the worst part will be Comey’s gloating.

I read between the lines that the IG did what he had to do to assuage the questions. Case dismissed, I guess. The lesson is if you are in the right position, you can do what he did and have no accountability for it. The only speck of justice was him getting fired, But in return for that we got the ballyhooed Mueller Report. Is that a fair trade, is that justice?

Sure this whole thing may dog Comey into the future but aside from that we ended up with a goose egg. Sounds and looks just like Hillary Clinton’s ordeal. So what does violated department and FBI policies really mean? Not much!

Bombshell Report Due

Speaking of two weeks, we are getting pretty near.

‘Bombshell’ report on James Comey coming in two weeks, Joe diGenova says

by Daniel Chaitin | April 25, 2019 —Washington Examiner

A “bombshell” report on former FBI Director James Comey is coming out in two weeks, attorney Joe diGenova said on Wednesday.

He made the declaration during a Fox News panel discussion on alleged government surveillance abuse.

“The Horowitz report is coming out in May or possibly early June,” Joe diGenova, a former U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, said. He was referring to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act investigation.

“There’s another report that everyone has forgotten about involving James Comey alone,” diGenova said. “That will be out in two weeks. That report is going to be a bombshell. It is going to open up the investigation on a very high note, and there are going to be criminal referrals in it.”

He did not elaborate on what report he expects out in two weeks and how he came to find out about the timeline for its release.

U.S. Attorney John Huber is conducting an investigation into FBI misconduct.

More>> https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/bombshell-report-on-james-comey-coming-in-two-weeks-joe-digenova-says

What that report is, I won’t speculate. The talk about Huber reminds me he is one leftover of Sessions. I hope it is not going to disappoint too. I don’t know. I can’t help wondering that until we see something from him.

But it does seem like Comey and Brennan are increasingly worried. Dems won’t be happy to hear anything but their narrative. Who knows about the timeline?

American Media In Mourning

22 months + 25 million dollars = Goose Egg … and a 20/20 MSM nightmare.

The Collusion Delusion just got diluted. Time to flush and Drain the Swamp. And media has gone into meltdown panic to extract some political victory from a loss.

Any statement that has to start with Mueller is an honorable man of utmost “integrity and ethics” must be automatically discounted. Remember the honorable Boy Scout Comey BS?

Just think: if both narratives were true, we could not have that corruption chaos and coup in the FBI and DOJ. It could not happen with integrity and ethics from the top.

This whole thing was a cover up, smokescreen, diversion, insurance policy of Obama and Hillary to hide their treasonous trail. Using all the resources of government to do it.

The most dishonest “investigation” in American history is ended. It’s about time we stop their massive abuse of power that started and fueled it. We need accountability.

But the coup has not ended yet. It’s time for justice for: Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Ohr, Page, Baker, Strzok, et al with Hillary and Obama. Subpoena their emails.

Rosenstein down the Swamp sewer

Let the Purge Begin=> Dirty Cop Rod Rosenstein Knows His Days in Government Are Numbered

Gateway Pundit

Dirty Cop Rod Rosenstein knows his days at the Department of Justice are numbered.
Rosenstein is a dead man walking – and being fired may be the least of his worries.

In April The Gateway Pundit reported that the US is now in a constitutional crisis due to the unconstitutional and corrupt Mueller investigation kept in place by corrupt FBI and DOJ Leadership.

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/05/let-the-purge-begin-dirty-cop-rod-rosenstein-knows-his-days-in-government-are-numbered/

So hot Rod Rosenstein wrote a detailed letter recommending the firing of James Comey. Then Rod promptly opened a Special Counsel investigation afterward, based partly on Comey’s firing as obstruction of justice, and at Coney’s persuasion. He appointed Comey’s good friend, Mueller, and made himself a witness in the obstruction inquisition, Russia investigation he opened. No conflict there?

For Comey: When does someone get fired for insubordination and bad conduct get to have his best friend appointed as a Special Counsel to investigate the president’s action, and insert himself as a key witness in it? All the pigs are flying, very nicely too.

Where, what “Matter”?

noun (Dictionary.com)
1. – the substance or substances of which any physical object consists or is composed: the matter of which the earth is made.
2. – physical or corporeal substance in general, whether solid, liquid, or gaseous, especially as distinguished from incorporeal substance, as spirit or mind, or from qualities, actions, and the like.
3. – something that occupies space.

4. -particular kind of substance: matter

5. -situation, state, affair, or business: trivial matter

6. -an amount or extent reckoned approximately: a matter of 10 miles.

7. – consequence for serious thought.

Wikipedia – “In the classical physics observed in everyday life, matter is any substance that has mass and takes up space; this includes atoms and anything made up of these, but not other energy phenomena or waves such as light or sound. More generally, however, in (modern) physics, matter is not a fundamental concept because a universal definition of it is elusive; for example, the elementary constituents of atoms may be point particles, each having no volume individually.”

Now that I have looked, it seems nowhere can I find that “matter” is a criminal investigation. Or maybe it is close to #5 or #7? Well, if Loretta Lynch told Comey to call the Hillary “criminal investigation” a matter, and he did, I expected to find a proper notation or legal definition somewhere. But no.

Legal dictionary says Matter is “a substantial, essential thing, opposed to form; facts.”  — Substantial, essential “thing“? – keep looking.

According to Science: (Live Science), there are five stages of matter: Solids, liquids, gases, plasma, Bose-Einstein condensates. Yet I see nowhere any stage morphs into a criminal investigation.

Or maybe we have discovered a brand new type of matter that has been so far elusive for millennia? I’d like to be first to name it “Lynch matter”: i.e the criminal investigation of a corrupt politico or politician. Elusive, slippery, evasive by nature.

But I still sort of like the term “criminal investigation,”… that’s just me.

Comey, Comey… Mueller’s homie

Is there a nutjob in the house?

The People’s Pundit Daily

Comey and the Clinton Email Case: The Untold Inside Story

May 11, 2017

Mr. Comey, who was fired by President Donald Trump Tuesday on recommendations from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, claimed the decision not to prosecute Mrs. Clinton for mishandling classified information was “unanimous.”

However, multiple sources not only told PPD the decision wasn’t unanimous, but also that the former director undercut their investigation from start to finish.

“Comey was never an investigator or agent. Special agents are trained and were insulted that Comey included them in his artificial ‘we,’” one agent, who spoke on the condition of anonymity said. “To suggest all agreed there was not enough to prosecute, was misleading. It’s false. Trained investigators agreed that there was more than enough. He stood in the way.

The story told to PPD must be retold in the proper context…./

See https://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/news/politics/2017/05/11/fbi-james-comey-clinton-email-case-untold-inside-story/

Context is everything. Interesting also that Comey and Mueller are best of friends and it is unanimously praised. That’s like David Axelrod being independent about Obama.

Normally, that is what you’d call a Huge Conflict of Interest. Yet even among the 535 members of the cesspool in DC, no one finds this fraternal friendship problematic and praised the selection of an unbiased “Special Counsel.”

Even in the media, no one seems to find it troubling. Instead, they celebrate the fact that the two good friends go way back, personally and professionally. Cosa Nostra comes to mind. Maybe we ought to subpoena all the correspondence — writings and otherwise — between the two?

State of Deep Denial and Defiance

The Democrats want to impeach the campaign and candidacy of Donald Trump. That’s what this is all about. It’s about the campaign, stupid.

Forget the Russian hacking, the Left has stolen our election from us. You remember the one last November? And I’d like to see the investigation over that.

The Left also stole the concept: we were and are the resistance. That and Trump’s election is exactly why we see the response from the entire establishment across the spectrum, aiming its guns on Trump’s administration. Meanwhile, there is a complete shadow government combined with Deep State focused on Trump.

It’s no secret, the Democrats wanted Comey gone for what he did to Hillary alone. Trump fires him, Dems jeer and then use Comey as grounds to impeach Trump. I have to check if the earth is still orbiting the sun or has their “Mother Earth” just gone rogue?

Meanwhile, the left issued a new dictum that Republicans cannot bring Obama and his legacy of lies, scandals or Hillary into the discussion. Take Obama and Hillary off the table? How convenient this web of deceit is.

However, scrubbing Obama and Hillary creates the convenient excuse to mention Nixon in every conversation. That is when they aren’t gossiping about Russia and Putin.

A fired Comey is suddenly the center stage character in this soap opera. How’s that figure? Discredited director Comey instantly has unimpeachable credibility. Beam me up, Scotty.

All while Obama writes and edits his Memoirs from Hell. Eric Holder, Susan Rice, Ben Rhodes, Huma Mahmood Abedin, Hillary Clinton have get out of jail free cards from media. So Obama’s official tenure of blame has ended. A new phase of blame has begun.

Seeing is not believing anything the left does

Every time the radical left elevates someone to immortal status (victim, martyr, hero etc), just look in his or her closet, if you can pry it open: Khizr Khan, Hillary Clinton, Michael Brown, Bill Ayers, Che Guevara, Maxine Waters, Al Sharpton, Tookie Williams, Kathy Boudin, Obama et al.

Dubbing James Comey as the Boy Scout poster boy was a classic. It didn’t prove anything except that he fooled a lot of people. Sure there were those on the right that said he was the pillar of integrity and honesty, even going so far as using him as a textbook example of proper behavior. If you like that sort of behavior, that is. Honor?

Comey put Martha Stewart behind bars but couldn’t find corrupt conduct with Hillary. Just can’t get there, even if it wasn’t his duty. He’s notable for overstepping his job, usurping power, but now that is not a problem to the left. After what he did for Clinton, he then turned around to claim Trump’s accusations of being wiretapped before the election were “outside the realm of normal” …“crazy.” Tell me about crazy.

In light of Trump exposing the spying and data collection, a simple doctrine has surfaced:
The good guys get spied on and trashed while the bad, crooked or corrupt guys get a free pass — often promoted. That’s just how the left rolls.

Always be cautious who the left designates with hero, victim status.

Age of Chaos in Government: by usual suspects

The Democrats and liberal leftists, Marxists have embarked on a Shock and Chaos campaign. Trump and DOJ fires FBI Dir. Comey and all the liberal fruits rise to the top.

Leading Democrats say they either lack confidence in Deputy AG Rod Rosentein, or that it is shaken, after only confirming him weeks ago. Dems say they will stop a new nominee any way possible until a special prosecutor is appointed. One can see where that is headed — or how many resignations can they call for? They took the opportunity to renew calls for protests against the Trump administration.

Meanwhile, their hearings in the House and Senate will continue in any case. They will have Comey testify in closed-session, then in public. And at least two Senators, Blumenthal and Warner, hope to hire Comey in their Russia-collusion investigation. They also want to start a second, stealth investigation in the Judicial Committee to look into the AG’s office, including Rosenstein’s actions and AG Sessions, along with new nominations.

In the midst of this, Democrats and and mainstream media, like David Gregory, have said Trump could not fire Comey in the middle of this investigation. Apparently an FBI director has termination immunity if FBI has an investigation involving or surrounding the president. Really? Sounds like a job security plan to me.

Not alone, Dems are trying to enlist usual turncoat Republicans McCain, Flake, Sasse, Graham, Collins to reinforce their efforts to prevent any new nominee and push for Special Prosecuter et al. Then they will double up on their usual radicalizing any process.

Enter the up and comers: Senator Corey Booker, potential wannabe Obamafile, takes to the MSM circuit to declare, “The Russians are coming, the Russians are coming!” (maybe he should have a chat with president flexibility – Gumby)

Then, having created all this chaos in their shock treatment, Democrats think they can use that “sad” state we are in to try to impeach the president. It should be laughable, but for them it is not. Plus they have their media/press accomplices to drive their narrative.

So welcome to the Radical-United States of America, at the pleasure of Democrats.

Ying and Yang on Obama vs. Trump

At this point, all reporting by mainstream media must be questioned. There is no benefit of belief. Disbelief is the instinctive reaction for much of the public.

No wonder Trump took a pass on the WH Correspondents’ Dinner. Good move.

Just over a week ago McCabe told Reince Priebus that reporting on Russia was wrong. Remember they raised questions about Priebus even asking the FBI or Comey to help correct the record about the claims.

But James Comey and the FBI said they could not or would not do anything to correct those reports. And they said they would have no comment about it.

Here is a subsequent NYT report (Feb 23) on the details

WASHINGTON — White House chief of staff Reince Priebus asked a top FBI official to dispute media reports that President Donald Trump’s campaign advisers were frequently in touch with Russian intelligence agents during the election, a White House official said late Thursday.

The official said Priebus’ request came after the FBI told the White House it believed a New York Times report last week describing those contacts was not accurate. As of Thursday, the FBI had not stated that position publicly and there was no indication it planned to.

The New York Times reported that U.S. agencies had intercepted phone calls last year between Russian intelligence officials and members of Trump’s 2016 campaign team.

Priebus’ discussion with FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe sparked outrage among some Democrats, who said he was violating policies intended to limit communications between the law enforcement agency and the White House on pending investigations.

“The White House is simply not permitted to pressure the FBI to make public statements about a pending investigation of the president and his advisers,” said Michigan Rep. John Conyers, the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee. …/

The FBI would not say whether it had contacted the White House about the veracity of the Times report.

Forward to Trump’s accusations of Obama’s administration wiretapping the Trump Tower. The president suggests it, then they demand proof in unison. Yawn.

So they have no proof of collusion with Russia over hacking into emails, ostensibly to “influence our election.” But they go on talking about it as if it were so.

Then we have these reports on the surveillance and investigation of Trump over many months now. Yet as soon as Trump questions that it is dismissed as if there is nothing there. We know it was going on. There was an ongoing investigation, right?

For media, how can they complain that there is no wiretapping surveillance issue at the very time they don’t question the existence on the Russian claims. Now Clapper goes out to say there was no FISA warrant and no evidence of collusion, of Trump’s campaign, with the Russians. Why are we still investigating and taking the collusion as if it were established? Yet they decline to take seriously the wiretap, surveillance claims. Really?

As to Comey, he cannot correct media reports about the collusion claims. But as soon as wiretap claims were leveled, he demands DOJ correct them, then does it himself. His reason was to protect the integrity of the FBI. Again, really? He says he is “incredulous” at the accusation. Within weeks he does two completely opposite things.

Apparently he doesn’t care about the integrity of the presidency. I can’t imagine that going on under Obama. I suppose, in that case, the public would have a right to know. He did come out to make statements clearing Hillary. Now, we don’t have a reason to know that a presidential campaign or members of it were under surveillance. When is it illegal to speak to Russians or their diplomat anyway?

In NRO Andrew McCarthy states about wiretaps that:

A traditional wiretap requires evidence amounting to probable cause of commission of a crime. A FISA wiretap requires no showing of a crime, just evidence amounting to probable cause that the target of the wiretap is an agent of a foreign power. (A foreign power can be another country or a foreign terrorist organization.) Read more

All right, how would they investigate the Russian connections (or lack thereof) without some sort of surveillance? Couple that with a former CIA chief back in August endorsing Hillary Clinton. He used his intelligence credentials to brandish this op-ed claim:

“In the intelligence business, we would say that Mr. Putin had recruited Mr. Trump as an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation.”

Coincidentally, that is the same definition used in a FISA court that a person is either a foreign power or agent of a foreign power.

He closed with this prescient note: “My training as an intelligence officer taught me to call it as I see it. This is what I did for the C.I.A. This is what I am doing now.”

He lent his expertise and experience as the justification for saying this about Trump and endorsing Hillary. Using that word “agent” of Russian Federation is significant. When have you ever heard a candidate called that, with no proof? All based on his professional career, so he claimed. That was a few months before the supposed wiretap.

They use the bio: “Michael J. Morell was the acting director and deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 2010 to 2013.”

The same Mike Morell equated the Russian hacking with the 9/11 terrorist attacks. And as Breitbart reported, he now works for Philip Reines, longtime Clinton aide and loyalist. Let’s also remember that Morell was involved in the writing of the Benghazi talking points.

The investigation report on Benghazi determined, in contradiction to Morell’s and Obama officials’ claims, “the talking points were “deliberately” edited to “protect the State Department” — whatever Morell claimed.

“These allegations accuse me of taking these actions for the political benefit of President Obama and then secretary of state Clinton. These allegations are false,” Morell said.

So the report directly contradicts what he said in testimony.

He recently told a reporter in December that:

“To me, and this is to me not an overstatement, this [Russia hacking] is the political equivalent of 9/11. It is huge and the fact that it hasn’t gotten more attention from the Obama administration, Congress, and the mainstream media, is just shocking to me.”

Then they also injected the story about a dossier of BS that threw in all kinds of claims. That made its way into presidential briefings, of Obama and Trump, claiming it involved blackmailable info. So they back fed an unsubstantiated report (political op-research) into intelligence, with the help of McCain dropping it on FBI’s doorstep. Then it was surfaced to the top of intelligence, into the PDB.

Think, the Obama administration had wiretapped (*correction: subpoenaed phone records) James Rosen and his family’s phones. So far, many officials have said there is nothing showing proof Trump’s campaign colluded with the Russians. Yet nothing prevents Democrats and some in the media from saying that Russia hacked or interfered with the election, when there is no proof of either. Then insinuating that it is connected to Trump.

Comey guarded, then flushed the toilet

FBI, DOJ roiled by Comey, Lynch decision to let Clinton slide by on emails, says insider

The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling FoxNews.com that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged.

The source, who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.

The FBI investigators all thought, unanimously, that her security clearance should have been yanked. Thanks, Comey — the ballyhooed ambassador of integrity — you torched FBI’s cred too.

Should’ve, would’ve, could’ve… America lost. Snake eyes.
