DNC Debbie is doing her best impersonation of Sgt Schultz about the dossier funding.

DNC, Wasserman Schultz say they were unaware of dossier payments

By Jonathan Easley – 10/25/17 | The Hill

Current and past leaders of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) say they had no knowledge that the national party was helping to fund a dossier compiled by a British spy that contained scandalous accusations about President Trump.

The Washington Post reported Tuesday that Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC paid millions to the law firm Perkins Coie, where Democratic lawyer Marc Elias worked with the opposition research firm Fusion GPS to construct the memo, which was compiled by British spy Christopher Steele.

John Podesta has a similar memory black hole.

Former Clinton, DNC aides largely silent on funding of Trump-Russia dossier

Washington Post

Hillary Clinton and top officials of her presidential campaign were largely silent Wednesday in response to the revelation that the campaign and the Democratic National Committee had paid for research that resulted in a dossier alleging Russian interference on behalf of Donald Trump in the 2016 election.

Neither Clinton nor her campaign manager, Robby Mook, responded to requests for comment Wednesday. Campaign chair John Podesta declined to comment beyond referring reporters to a statement issued the previous day by the campaign’s law firm saying officials had not been aware of the arrangement.

Brian Fallon, the former campaign spokesman, said he didn’t know about the research at the time but called it “money well spent” if it provided information useful to the special counsel now investigating Russia’s involvement.

So 6 million dollars just flowed into the law firm and went out to fund a dirty dossier, somehow or other, but I know nothing about that. Hell, we don’t even know where all the 2 billion (plus or minus) in the campaign went. We ordered pizza a lot.

Let me get this straight: if Russians wanted to help Trump get elected so much, why were Russian operatives working with the opposition to Trump?

Dumb and dumber have agreed on a ‘too dumb to know’ defense. After all, both were working for the ‘too dumb to prosecute’ candidate.

DNC feels the Bern — email dumps (and they weren’t from Hillary’s server)

Leave it to the Sydney Morning Herald, at least, to report it. Well, someone has to.

WikiLeaks trove plunges Democrats into crisis on eve of Convention

Paul McGeough July 23 2016 – Sydney Morning Herald

Washington: On the eve of the convention at which Hillary Clinton is to be confirmed as presidential candidate, the Democratic Party has been plunged into crisis – the US media is brimful of ugly and embarrassing stories from within the party’s head office, all based on 20,000 emails dropped on Friday evening by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks.

The correspondence seems to confirm allegations by the campaign of defeated Senator Bernie Sanders that the Democratic National Committee was actively rooting for Mrs Clinton to win, a revelation that will most likely serve as a wedge between the two camps and make it even more difficult for her to persuade Sanders voters to support her.

Debbie has some ‘splaining to do, along with Hillary.

Update: DNC-Debbie will now have no role in the convention. Oops.

Iran deal causing fractures

So at the summer DNC meeting it was noted Obama could not even shore up support for his Iran deal. So what was in it for Obama?

CNN reports

The Democratic National Committee’s summer meeting is over, and there is something you won’t find in the official minutes: a resolution supporting President Obama’s Iran nuclear agreement.

The deal has divided the [Democrat] party, to the point where the chairwoman, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, has not made her position clear as yet. As the President heads into a veto battle with Congress on the issue, he needs every Democratic vote he can muster. But Jonathan Martin of The New York Times noted he couldn’t get help from the party he leads.

“The Obama-controlled DNC could not pass a resolution this weekend expressing support for President Obama’s Iran deal,” said Martin. “It’s a bit of an embarrassment for the administration, seeing as how it’s his party. He appointed Debbie Wasserman Schultz.”

So Debbie is playing her cards close to her hairspray, eh? Wow that little deal is causing lots of headaches even at the DNC anti-Israel Party.I wonder if she is suffering from a case of crazyitis too? Or she could be one of those Iranian hardliner allies we hear about?

Why hasn’t she jumped to the head of the line and proudly endorsed Obama’s nuclear deal for Iran? Probably ol’ Debbie does not want to make her endorsement, of Obama’s deal, public as she’d have to explain it. She doesn’t do well on explaining things, or answering questions.

Am I to interpret that family feuds are now fashionable in the DNC?

Democrat vs Socialist: is it a trick question?

So what is the difference between a Democrat and a Socialist? Well, just don’t ask the head of their Party, Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Inquiring minds want to know.

Chris Matthews asks but can’t get an answer from DNC Debbie.

And gee, just what Party is she in charge of?

Her talking points do not allow her to answer a question. No one programed that answer into the system. All she can muster is her spew stew about Republicans.

She did try substituting the word progressive, but even that did not turn out so well.
Cue theme for Twilight Zone. (good thing she isn’t a Miss America contestant)

Sloganeering the times

I thought of a couple new slogans or lines to describe the situation.

For Jeb Bush it is renaming him Jeb “Rockefeller” Bush. I think that’s self explanatory.

For Hillary, I thought her campaign slogan should be “every which way but lose” that more than defines her strategy. And she will do any_thing, Republicans beware. Sure, while she is a laugh line and her favorabilities are in decline right now, she’s a political creature with means and motivation. Who cares about favorability when you have the means? Let’s see when she turns on the tears for wanting to help Americans?

Another is “Viva la pig farmers.” In some areas people have taken to putting bacon around mosques. This has sparked outrage from CAIR who calls it a hate crime. Can you smell what they’re cooking? So this brings me to appreciation for hog farmers. I think we need a national recognition day, since they’ve been hurt by “wasteful pork spending”.

On Debbie Wasserman Schultz refusing to answer when life begins, basically allowing an open end to abortion, I say: “It’s always nice when evil can have a spokesperson.

On Benghazi, it is more evident than ever that Hillary’s message to the Benghazi 4 was “don’t call us, we’ll call you.” And in a sane and logical world, the right response to Hillary’s bid for the White House should be don’t call us, we’ll call you. We won’t forget.

Then there is this post from Political Commentator that will just blow you away on a Holocaust denier. You know who those people are, whatever their reasons or motives are. It was a social media reply. It is a must read. “A comment for the ages.” I’d like to think of a three or four word response for that but I’m still aghast.

On a positive note, I came across this on the philosophical side:

“Even Kings and emperors with heaps of wealth and vast dominion cannot compare with an ant filled with the love of God.” – Guru Nanak

I believe we should probably do more sloganeering because, face it, many people just don’t have time or room for much more than squeezing in an occasional thought now and then. So I decided we need more not less sloganeering.

DWS’s ISIS problem

Debbie Wasserman Shultz has the ISIS problem.

After continually running around on a mission to enrage people, is it any wonder the people morally repulsed by those actions would circle to attack and stop you?

Dems turn on Debbie Wasserman Schultz

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz is in a behind-the-scenes struggle with the White House, congressional Democrats and Washington insiders who have lost confidence in her as both a unifying leader and reliable party spokesperson at a time when they need her most. — Politico

Something about “need her most” sticks in my throat here.

Scott Walker’s Democratic Challenger Distances Herself From Debbie Wasserman Schultz ‘Backhand’ Comments

Patrick Howley | Daily Caller – 09/04/2014

Scott Walker’s Democratic gubernatorial opponent Mary Burke is backing away from Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s comment that Walker has “given women the back of his hand” and is “grabbing us by the hair.”

Wasserman Schultz said Wednesday in Milwaukee that Republican Wisconsin Gov. Walker assaults women with his policy positions, including opposing a minimum wage hike.

Scott Walker has given women the back of his hand,” Wasserman Schultz said. “I know that is stark. I know that is direct. I know that is reality.

What Republican tea party extremists like Scott Walker are doing is they are grabbing us by the hair and pulling us back. It is not going to happen on our watch.

There she goes again. Now she not only offends normal people but candidates in her own Party. I’m sure she thought about those remarks before she made them.

Sounds to me like DWS declared her own war on men. (or mankind) Maybe the attempt was to cause such a backlash against her statement so she could claim how nasty others are? We’ve reached a new low in politics even for Democrats. Stark, direct, reality?

Debbie’s DNC Freakshow

For people that have never seen one, this is what a freak-sideshow performance looks like. And its almost as believable.

The moonbat express is definitely on the road, destinations unknown. You never know where it will show up next.

What can you gather from that performance (besides rehearsed)? She, Debbie Wasserman Schultz was stunned? I bet it takes plenty to stun ol’ Debbie.

The IRS Investigation “has been resolved”. “It is a settled matter”.(that would be news)

“Politicize the issue”? IRS politicized it just fine. Isn’t that what caused the IRS mess?

“Bear hug? Shout out to Debbie for trying to be original. But they bear hugged dictators for years – radical Marxists can’t help themselves.

Obstructionism, please, from the pros. Too bad we didn’t obstruct their agenda.
Well, she tried.
