Significance of the 4th Of July

The real significance of the 4th of July is, of course, declaring our Independence. Though that fact happened before securing our freedom in the Revolution.

That is something to ponder. Maybe the lesson is the Declaration did not accomplish the entire objective. Yet July 4th is the day and holiday we celebrate that started it all.

It would be years after the July 4th, 1776 Declaration that we finally assured our independence. We sort of glamorize it as the day independence was accomplished.

Fortunately, an alternative history has never been written. Though today we see signs that our independence is vulnerable. We see signs that it all could be squandered. And after all we have been through as a country since then, there are real threats that abound us.

Take for instance the Manchurian presidency of Barack Obama:

After returning from a tour of some of the war zones in the Middle East — which ended with the Free Iran Gathering 2018 in Paris — I am struck by the realization that America really did have a Manchurian Candidate in The White House for eight years.

If you look at the evidence, there really is no other conclusion. The calamitous consequences of the Obama presidency will be felt for the foreseeable future.

No Patriot

For the occasion, mainstream media asked some people on the street if they were proud of America? Many either said “not now” or “used to be.” It is quantified. Their pride in America seems based mostly on who is president at the time. Stunning.

Race-baiters Declaration of Independence

I think I have finally narrowed down a Declaration of Independence for the black race-baiters and racists. So a satire warning is in effect, clear skies otherwise.

We unanimously affirm this Declaration of and for blacks in America (it is also our inalienable right to speak for all blacks in America)

When in the Course of events, it becomes necessary for one race to dissolve the sociopolitical bands which have remotely connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of race, the separate and unequal station to which the Laws of Nature and Supremacy entitle them, a decent disrespect for the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which compel the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident that all crackers are created equally racist, and are endowed by structural racism with inherent white privilege; that to get our fair share we are in a perpetual state of resistance, justified by any government body or other guilty people. That among these racial rights, we have the right to affirmative action, rioting and looting under any circumstances we feel so compelled, and entitled to as much other peoples’ wealth and property as we see fit to take or carry; and our right to perpetual protest, to assume our rightful place above all powers of the earth.

Prudence indeed may dictate to white crackers; but might makes right among black nationalists in society as well as any governing body. All experience and history has now shown that white privilege shall become white guilt when we say so, and that all evils are sufferable for white crackers and their babies, according to our fundamental principles of black social justice.

It is therefore our right, duty to cast off any who will not concede to this Declaration, considering our long train of abuses endured these many years from privileged white crackers. Such is the required patient sufferance of white privileged crackers to tolerate our perpetual protests, to alter any such society into submission.… or more repeated injuries shall occur. When object of our demands evinces design to gain absolute superiority over white privileged crackers, rendering them slaves to our agenda, we will determine our de facto tyranny over society and W-P-C’s

To prove this, let this petition serve as our claim to a forewarned country.

Let’s not kid anyone, grievances: get some… we got plenty. Everybody knows what they are, don’t deny it. They are too numerous to list anyway.

We’ve been telling you and posting them at every one of our riots protests, marches and rallies. If you don’t understand property damage, then we can’t help you. If you can’t understand the various faces of physical reparations, we can’t help you.

Famous words echo telling the same, familiar story.

The Crisis

December 23, 1776

“THESE are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated. Britain, with an army to enforce her tyranny, has declared that she has a right (not only to TAX) but “to BIND us in ALL CASES WHATSOEVER” and if being bound in that manner, is not slavery, then there is not such a thing as slavery upon earth. Certainly these are the times, not unlike those of the past. A moment crying for clarity. A time of regrouping in the face of prevailing winds against us.

I was reading the passage Ezekiel provides describing his journey to the bone yard. Of course, he sees the situation for what it is. God, however, shows him something else. God instructs him and the bones are reassembled and come back to life. (see Ezekiel 37)

But even Ezekiel alone would not have expected that. He refers to them as “very many” and “very dry”. It is a message of renewal, of possibility against odds. Those were trying times and hope seemed all but lost. It was hard to encourage people at the time when they saw little in their circumstances to be encouraged by. They looked at reality and accepted it for what it was, then adjusted accordingly to accommodate it. Ezekiel’s mission was to change their perceptions and offer them a message of hope in the face of despair.

 

Paine had a view too. He called to the depths of inspiration to rally the cause. Freedom is a cause. The sunshine patriots would see and accept what they wanted. He knew that. People would adapt.

Just as the Declaration says,” and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.” — resigning oneself to inevitable evils flung their way.

Today, we have people with an appetite for unlimited “patient sufferance”.

Paine wrote:

“I have as little superstition in me as any man living, but my secret opinion has ever been, and still is, that God Almighty will not give up a people to military destruction, or leave them unsupportedly to perish, who have so earnestly and so repeatedly sought to avoid the calamities of war, by every decent method which wisdom could invent. Neither have I so much of the infidel in me, as to suppose that He has relinquished the government of the world, and given us up to the care of devils;”

Describing the battles against Howe, pointing out an error his forces committed, he said: “but if we believe the power of hell to be limited, we must likewise believe that their agents are under some providential control.”

Speaking of the fatigued and weary forces, he said:

“All their wishes centered in one, which was, that the country would turn out and help them to drive the enemy back. Voltaire has remarked that King William never appeared to full advantage but in difficulties and in action; the same remark may be made on General Washington, for the character fits him. There is a natural firmness in some minds which cannot be unlocked by trifles, but which, when unlocked, discovers a cabinet of fortitude; and I reckon it among those kind of public blessings, which we do not immediately see, that God hath blessed him with uninterrupted health, and given him a mind that can even flourish upon care.”

Paine goes on, in closing, to hammer the case home:

Why is it that the enemy have left the New England provinces, and made these middle ones the seat of war? The answer is easy: New England is not infested with Tories, and we are. I have been tender in raising the cry against these men, and used numberless arguments to show them their danger, but it will not do to sacrifice a world either to their folly or their baseness. The period is now arrived, in which either they or we must change our sentiments, or one or both must fall. And what is a Tory? Good God! What is he? I should not be afraid to go with a hundred Whigs against a thousand Tories, were they to attempt to get into arms. Every Tory is a coward; for servile, slavish, self-interested fear is the foundation of Toryism; and a man under such influence, though he may be cruel, never can be brave.

But, before the line of irrecoverable separation be drawn between us, let us reason the matter together: Your conduct is an invitation to the enemy, yet not one in a thousand of you has heart enough to join him. Howe is as much deceived by you as the American cause is injured by you. He expects you will all take up arms, and flock to his standard, with muskets on your shoulders. Your opinions are of no use to him, unless you support him personally, for ’tis soldiers, and not Tories, that he wants.

Much as he detests their stands, he reasons with them for the good of the country’s future. He knows the fierce urgency of time and that they’re just an “invitation to the enemy”. Sounds eerily similar. He also has the realistic sense he cannot convince them all. But he doesn’t stop trying. He understood the consequences of such thinking and actions.

Sunshine patriots, then and now, are as much a threat as enemies plotting against us. Let us have the reason to discern them. To add further insult today, they peddle their own false hope. It doesn’t matter that they carry a banner of “hope and change” when its a vain hope. Complacency disguised as hope – empty and shifting in the wind.

Patient Sufferance

For years, I’ve had an inner debate over what the most important words in the Declaration of Independence(DOI) are? I always keep coming back to “patient sufferance”.

The exact line is

“Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.”

It is more a transitional line but contains the words “patient sufferance”. Before it were generalities. It points back to the “while evils are sufferable” line.

“and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.”

After the list of grievances come these key words:

“In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”

It all sounds eerily similar to our present state. We tried the humble route. We tried the petition route. Even the answers to the petitions, when given, are specious and declarative of the same power they use over us. We voiced our grievances and reasoned our appeals.

In return, we were given the equivalent of the middle finger. It’s been done under the auspices of Government’s ruling class elites and both political parties. Our public servants have engaged in self-service. Our logic and appeals were ignored.

We’re told that we’ll have a voice… in the next election. In the next election we will vett our officials; in the next election we’ll determine the issues; in the next election we will have our say. Always in the next election…always looking to the next election.

Back to the DOI:

“We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.”

Such has been our “patient sufferance” — growing ever impatient.
So much for the presumption of consanguinity. Next election…

A not so happy Fourth of July

Normally Americans celebrate the Fourth of July as the happy anniversary of the birth of the nation with the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 1776. In 2013, our happiness is muted by fears of eroding freedoms; corrupt and incompetent governance.

The men who signed the document had struggled to reach some accommodation with England for many years until the arrogance and continuing taxation of the colonies left them no alternative than to “dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another.”

When that effort failed they fought our Revolution over the course of eight years until the king and parliament concluded they could not retain the American colonies. Rarely mentioned in the history books was the large portion of colonists, known as Tories, who did not want to sever the connection. It is worth noting that the Revolution began when British troops moved to seize American arms in Concord, Massachusetts, and were met by militias there and in Lexington.

We celebrate the holiday in 2013 in a nation sharply divided between those who wish to retain and maintain the traditional and political values of America – conservatives – and the liberals who want to adopt the failed socialist systems of Europe and elsewhere. Even the former Soviet Union collapsed under the dead weight of communism. Even China, though politically communist, has adopted the capitalist system.

The transformation of today’s America from one whose values are enshrined in the Constitution and, in particular, the Bill of Rights, did not occur overnight. It began largely in the last century as “progressive” ideas were embraced. The educational system was transformed by progressives such as John Dewey. The rise of the union movement transformed the relationship between employer and employees; unions have since fallen on hard times, but still solidly support liberal candidates for office.

For the duration of the Cold War with the Soviet Union, from the end of World War Two in 1945 until its end in 1991, progressives mocked the notion that the U.S. government was filled with Soviet agents-of-influence and spies. Historians have since documented this.

Liberals see the values of the 1950s and earlier as “old-fashioned” and “out of date.” They welcome the attack on traditional marriage – in place for thousands of years by all faiths – that has resulted in the legalization of same-sex marriage in many states. They defend abortion even though it has killed an entire generation of Americans in the womb. These changes did not and do reflect the will of the people, but rather the result of Supreme Court decisions, of law suits that ignore the will of the people.

If it were not clear enough before, it should be by now. The divide couldn’t be larger or the sides more polar opposites. A majority didn’t like ObamaCare either but it didn’t matter. The will of the people is not even a speed bump.

Obama’s Declaration of Socialism

Obama mentioned the Declaration of Independence, but his inaugural speech was all about collectivism. The philosophy behind the Declaration is rooted in individual freedom. Obama has it exactly backwards.

The “rights” movement of the left has been transformed into redistribution and class warfare, combined with the welfare state. The real “social justice” they talk about is economic redistribution. His campaign didn’t even address individual “freedom” as he calls it — unless that is about killing babies — it was all about the collective. Collective being the sum total of the special interests he panders to.

Obama said:

1)What makes us exceptional – what makes us American – is our allegiance to an idea, articulated in a declaration made more than two centuries ago:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Today we continue a never-ending journey, to bridge the meaning of those words with the realities of our time. For history tells us that while these truths may be self-evident, they have never been self-executing; that while freedom is a gift from God, it must be secured by His people here on Earth.

2)My fellow Americans, the oath I have sworn before you today, like the one recited by others who serve in this Capitol, was an oath to God and country, not party or faction – and we must faithfully execute that pledge during the duration of our service.

Not self-executing? Remember, “you didn’t build that… somebody else made it happen.”

Individualism is out the window, long gone in his politics of division and class warfare. It is the politics of materialism. Their “social justice” is really redistributive justice. I suppose he will finally admit that is what his “fairness” doctrine is all about in his second term, unchained from the voters.

As Goldwater said decades ago, the left is driven by materialism. Even the morality they speak of has an element of materialism. Don’t you find it ironic that Obama only mentioned the Constitution he swore to uphold in passing.(…that thing) He seems to think backwards. But just as MLK Jr. used the Declaration, Obama wraps his speech with it. Then again, imagine a Liberal like Obama giving a speech based on the Constitution?

He adds:

“The patriots of 1776 did not fight to replace the tyranny of a king with the privileges of a few or the rule of a mob. They gave to us a Republic, a government of, and by, and for the people, entrusting each generation to keep safe our founding creed.

But exactly what is Obama giving us? A mob and a king. A king backed by a mob, with an absent and complacent free press. It works for him… quite literally. And a king that sanctions and endorses mob rule – if it’s within the orthodoxy of central authority.

So we see, with Obama our fight is not just against his bucket list of policies, but against a philosophy, an ideology and a political movement behind it, driven from top. (campaign org turns lobby)

He frames it trying to disguise it, and then throws a straw man in to add credibility

But we have always understood that when times change, so must we; that fidelity to our founding principles requires new responses to new challenges; that preserving our individual freedoms ultimately requires collective action. For the American people can no more meet the demands of today’s world by acting alone than American soldiers could have met the forces of fascism or communism with muskets and militias. No single person can train all the math and science teachers we’ll need to equip our children for the future, or build the roads and networks and research labs that will bring new jobs and businesses to our shores. Now, more than ever, we must do these things together, as one nation, and one people.

“Demands of today’s world” — whatever all that is — compared with fascism or communism, good comparison. (sarcasm) Or better comparing technology, markets, goals, ideas and personal struggles compared with fascism. From the Socialist-in-chief himself. That should make anyone chuckle. (one of those struggles is against institutionalized ideology of the Left.) But it is different when its a foreign country or an outsider that is pursuing the philosophy. When its inside your own country from the top down it’s quite different. Did the Nazis extinguish Hitler or his policies? You know the answer.

In fact, it was just the opposite; they gleefully went along and approved. Sound familiar? Just because a charismatic type A person can make a good sounding case doesn’t mean it is the best idea. ObamaCare is a glaring example, and the stimulus would be another. When the smoke cleared it wasn’t as good, or popular as it sounded. We even had Pelosi telling us they had to pass it before we know what’s in it. They tried to do it on amnesty but were stopped.

Goldwater said:
“[One] cannot be economically free, or even efficient, if he is enslaved politically; conversely, man’s political freedom is illusory if he is dependent for his economic needs on the State.”

And that is precisely what Obama has in mind and endorses, political slavery — individually and collectively.

Much of the equality or fairness Obama speaks about is really egalitarianism of the economic kind, just dressed in a fancy “fairness” package. And the left suffers under its own false pretenses about  conservatism. It is not simply an economic theory. But that is basically what the lefts ideology ends up being, a doctrine of economic egalitarianism. Or collective materialism. With a few words about civil rights thrown in, which they think they can keep on creating to suit their politics.

The Left feels it is their exclusive job to equalize, or that is what their rhetoric suggests. Enforcing that fairness just happens to lead to more power and control for ruling class elites. It also tends to get expensive to purchase all the votes to keep all that “fairness” flowing.  Sounds like another one of his “investments”.

Note: please don’t give me the ‘definition of socialism’ lecture. Do the math with the modern left(post 60’s), the green movement, EPA dictates, green industry, and Kelo’s decision. Then connect all the dots. And remember even Hitler did not want to abolish “private property”, rather everyone should understand that they are an “agent of the state.” So spare the academic arguments.

It’s a structural problem

It pays to go back to founding ideas, and my favorite is the Declaration of Independence.

The words flow like milk and honey.
Skip to the often quoted passage:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,

Houston, we have a problem! It is no longer the “consent of the governed” but the unjust power of the elite ruling class that dictates. That’s what we got with ObamaCare. It was obvious that was not consent of the governed. They stood against the will of the people.

Deals and bribes by the consent of the ruling class using its unjust power to dictate. We were told this is the way things are done. Our founding philosophy was breached and the elite ruling class gave us what they wanted.

Then we saw it again in the debt ceiling and the fiscal cliff.

“What we’ve got here is a failure to communicate.”

It is not even by sleight of hand, the elite ruling class arrogantly and defiantly decides our government as well as our fate. And it derives its unjust power from itself. No one saw this coming or thinks it is absurd? It is not only Democrats who are guilty either.

Is it any wonder that things are going the way they are?  Liberal-progressives and their tyrant in the White House have declared war on the economy, war on energy, war on business owners,  war on Catholics and Christians, war on religious freedom, war on values, war on the rich, war on babies, war on women and war on the Constitution. Now they declared war on gun owners.

They’ll use every bit of the unjust power they created for themselves to rule. If they can’t legislate it, they’ll use executive power, and use executive power to thwart our efforts. If they can’t get the legislative results they want, they’ll use the courts and their unjust power to create fiat law through regulation. It is all derived from their unjust power.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. – [DOI]

The Perpetual Candidate

 

Obama has now made it abundantly clear, if you didn’t get the message before, that his first job and priority is campaigning. The guy can’t meet with any leaders. It might interfere and effect his candidacy. He can’t be honest on recent events, it will hurt his candidacy. He can’t take action on say the debt, because it will hurt his campaign. He can’t talk about his record, it will hurt his candidacy and campaign. He doesn’t even have time for regular briefings.

Get the message loud and clear? Libs, get the bananas out of your ears.

He does the View while squeezing in his UN speech. When it comes to fundraising, even the campaign has to take a backseat. No one forced him to set a billion dollar goal (pricetag) on the office. Anyone who would want this narcissist for a second term is a sadist.

So understand, this is the executive branch, the presidency, the commander in chief — supposedly. The DOI says “that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men”. That is the purpose of our government. Enter Obama. He can’t even defend the first amendment, and they want him to defend the US or the Constitution…or your rights? That weasel defend the country? Give me a break. In the words of BJ Clinton: “this whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I’ve ever seen”.

His first response to the flare up in the ME is to say how much the government condemns the movie, as they say everyone should. Tell us to condemn the Movie? (remember the hard time he had rebuking Wright?) Second, to round up the perpetrator, the guy who made the movie. Oh, then mention justice as if its an afterthought, or as if he can decide what justice is after all his rhetoric. Justice from a guy who is apologetic about the first amendment.

But the Campaigner-in-Chief actually has a day job, which he evades and ignores. It’s more fun rubbing up to celebs, playing golf, or his other favorite pastime, taking vacations. And when he does take trips, he says one of his big jobs is to scout places to bring Michele. What’s not to love about the job? Oh, the job….that’s it!

Happy Independence Day!

The “T” word is out of the closet


I’m a little glad that the “tax” word is finally out in the open, but disagree with it being used as the excuse for unconstitutional ObamaCare, or any other scheme of government.

But since it is out and just happens to come before the 4th of July, maybe Obama should come out again and tell us straight out:

To call for renaming July 4th “National DEPENDENCE Day“.
Why not? Its what they’ve they’ve given us.

That would be much more fitting and honest. (not that I’d expect his honesty)

When the government knows, and is given clear signal from the High Court, that it can force anything on us and demand we do anything it wants, as long as they call it a tax; shouldn’t he formerly declare and celebrate our unlimited Dependence?

As some “media” broke from exploring Robert’s cranium to matters more important to MSM, their breaking story was the uncertain future of a Mississipi abortion shop. Pro-lifers were protesting it. So… send in a reporter, not to talk to protestors but verify the “clinic” was still open.

Sure enough, the reporter goes to the gate showing a paper sign hanging there: “Happy Independence Day. Yes, we are open.” Okay who thought up that sign? Its typical of the ‘in your face’ style of abortuaries. The same arrogance Obama always demonstrates, it must be genetic.

I mention it to show they project “preserving” a “right to choose” while their agenda is not really preserving anything. They cleverly place the emphasis on “preservation” but actually it is all about prevention of life. And they enshrine this mindset in the institution of abortion. Did you ever see people so zealous about preventing life? They top off their message with the Declaration of Independence. Leftists and the media always portray the protestors as the ones out of touch, out of sync with reality. Given more time they’ll start talking about coat hangers. These people are on a death agenda.

This is the same network who covered a dark, ugly era of a state- forced sterilzation and abortion agenda feigning horror. But open an abortion shop on mainstreet USA, maybe next to a strip mall, and that is a positive community need. Just remember to mention it as a “right”. They’ll portray this “business” as caring, and how government needs to protect this instution.(that’s a priority)

Leftists call their opponents anti-choice and media never challenges their creative language. All reporters could gleen from that sign was it is still open. “Pew, that was a scare!” They dismiss the obvious, and never questioned the “Independence Day” plug. But they’ll point out or mock as ‘twisted logic’ those who mention the DOI in their protests of abortuaries. Here you have a “clinic” promoting abortion, preventing life, demanding it is “a right” and then using the DOI to appeal to their clients. A classic or what?

Cause for thought

You know, maybe its just the thing someone wants to do around the 4th of July? Maybe see the fireworks after. They can write in their diary how great it was, celerating patriotism and God-given rights. Just possibly another glaring example of how far we have sunk in cultural abyss.

Next time you are trying to come up with an idea, maybe inventing something or whatever you are working on; just think to yourself: “hurry up and kill it in its infant stage. Stop it here and now. Don’t let it grow another second. Put myself and it out of the misery.”

Obama’s Constitutional Chaos

Its now clear Obama is going from place to place causing Constitutional standoffs or crises. Anyone can guess why but there is no doubt that is what he and they are doing. I have a new word for it, a chaosathon.

Eric Holder complains about a Constitutional crisis on the horizon, while actually causing one intentionally. You don’t get to have it both ways – being the cause and somehow the victim. That’s like starting a fire and then screaming “FIRE!”. He lies about the program. Then months later fails to comply with subpoenas and congressional oversight necessary to investigate it.

But it’s much the same thing he did with Fast and Furious itself. He had the program under his DoJ, then demands credit for shutting it down – never mind that the failed program should not have been operating to begin with. But he brags ending it is an achievement. Now he runs around warning people they’re causing a Constitutional crisis or standoff, while his defiance causes Constitutional chaos. It is almost nutty; but it’s the same M-O Obama uses.

Holder sues states for trying to enforce laws and control illegal immigration on their borders, while he refuses to enforce laws and fails to defend the border. Then he withholds resources so the state cannot do the basic duties of enforcing the law, and stops their 287b resources. Next Holder will probably complain about the problem this dysfunction is causing. It’s only par for their course. Cause a problem, or make it inextricably worse, then complain about the problem.

Notice a pattern?
Obama has shutdown the Fast and Furious inquiry using executive privilege.

Obama uses executive order to circumvent immigration law and usurp Congressional authority in one sweep.

Janet Napoletana admits it lacks congressional authority on immigration and that this is causing yet another Constituional crisis. Sound the alarm. Then blame congress for not adressing the problem, which they are lighting a fire under.

The problem, of course, is in Obama’s and Holder’s oath of office. They swore to uphold the Constitution — not their whacky ideology.(Alynski take a bow) We are a nation of laws not men and dictators. But now we are a nation under a king.

It is as if he were erasing the Declaration of Independence. He not only chooses what laws he will or will not enforce, he is creating scads of new laws burdensome and disagreeable to the people. Does any of this sound familiar? It should, just like the list in the Declaration. Remember “let the facts be submitted to a candid world”?

Just for openers:

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

So he is well on his way.

Illegal mmigration follows the same formula: break the laws, throw the system into chaos, and then complain “the system is broken”. See a pattern? So go out and rob stores and then complain about robberies. Or, like I said, start a fire and then complain there’s a fire.
