‘How Humiliating!’ Fox Megyn Kelly Mocks MSNBC’s Harris Perry for Eric Holder Duck Quack Request
Melisa Perry navigates an interview with Eric Holder.
Melisa Perry navigates an interview with Eric Holder.
Bad enough that we have one ideologue politician in the White House, but we also have a politico, Attorney General running the DoJ.Why does that matter? Whenever credibility or trust is a factor, then it becomes an issue.
A week since the Grand Jury decision was released and we found out the details. No hands in the air, he assaulted the cop in the car and tried to get his gun. Then he bum-rushed the cop. Even the blood trail showed the direction he was traveling. So all that they had been saying was wrong. And race had noting to do with it. Those results are the backdrop.
Then we had the nasty riots and fallout of the decision. That night DeAndre Joshua was shot, who may have been a witness to the Brown shooting, and also friend to Dorian Johnson, is hardly getting covered. It’s being dismissed as is Louis Head’s incitement.
A week later Obama has a WH meeting with his race-bating buds. All the facts are out now and a lot of people have egg on their face. So that evening Holder travels to give a speech in Atlanta. Holder said the events in Ferguson were not unique to Ferguson but nationwide. Then he mentioned he was going to write policies on profiling.
But we scream that profiling did not have anything to do with Ferguson. Well, precisely the point. The issue of profiling is another poll-tested issue. They know it is a popular whipping post, with many people. So the subject and narrative on Ferguson is now bad. What to do? Change the subject almost as if Ferguson was about profiling.
Obama has a pow wow with his race-baiters. He decided lets change the subject to something that is popular, we can rally people to support. And it gets away from the losing, declining narrative about the Ferguson details. Face it, after the second round of riots and destroying much of the city, it has been stained. The narrative is now about the violence and the riots, and the lies flowing from there since August.
Time to change the subject.
Anything Holder does will be an attempt to start an argument about profiling and steer the attention right into that, as if it were the central issue. We’ll see how fast both media and race-baiters pick up on the narrative. It was already reported MSNBC was posing provocative questions on profiling.
“Like you, I understand that the need for this trust was made clear in the wake of the intense public reaction to last week’s grand jury announcement. But the problems we must confront are not only found in Ferguson. The issues raised in Missouri are not unique to that state or that small city. We are dealing with concerns that are truly national in scope and that threaten the entire nation.”
“Third: in the coming days, I will announce updated Justice Department guidance regarding profiling by federal law enforcement, which will institute rigorous new standards – and robust safeguards – to help end racial profiling, once and for all. This new guidance will codify our commitment to the very highest standards of fair and effective policing.”
This is a straight from the top, race power-brokers, an attempt to commandeer the Ferguson issue into a wider grievance issue. Holder stressed these were national issues. It was Ferguson, it was a local matter. But, as is typical, when controversy and trouble arise they broaden the issue.
Holder said: “Our police officers cannot be seen as an occupying force disconnected from the communities they serve.” Well, where does that come from?
He also said: “But the issue is larger than just the police and the community. Our overall system of justice must be strengthened and made more fair. In this way, we can ensure faith in the justice system. Without that deserved faith, without that reasoned belief, there can be no justice.”
Really? Most people have no trust in Obama or Holder, their cred on anything is MIA.
Holder told them: “As this critical effort unfolds, we will remain firmly resolved to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you in driving this work into the future. And this commitment will also fuel our broader efforts to bring change – and meaningful reform – to urgent challenges far beyond the realm of community policing.”
Can you say politics?

Something new to be sick of from the cesspool of the Oval Office Occupant.
Now he is going to micromange police departments because they are doing a horrible job. He cannot mange what is in his own cabinet and responsibilities, but he is going to organize and dictate to local police departments? His hypocrisy really knows no boundaries. Except that is not what people elected him for.

Obama outlined his new focus on racist cops Nov. 25.
“In many communities of color [people] have a sense that our laws are not always being enforced uniformly or fairly,” Obama told supporters in Chicago.
“That may not be true everywhere, and it’s certainly not true for the vast majority of law enforcement officials, but that’s an impression that folks have and it’s not just made up,” said the nation’s chief law enforcement official.
“It’s rooted in realities that have existed in this country for a long time,” said Obama, who began his political career as a “community organizer” in Chicago.
In his speech, Obama said he’s asking Holder to manage the new focus.
“I’ve instructed Attorney General Eric Holder not just to investigate what happened in Ferguson, but also identify specific steps we can take together to set up a series of regional meetings focused on building trust in our communities,” he said.
Obama also sketched out possible White House regulations, including a possible new effort to ensure that only a small proportion of white police officials are hired in African-American districts.
“We know that when we have a police force that is representative of the communities it’s serving that makes a difference,” the president stated.
He’s already told us that he stays out of individual cases. Now he is meddling in states and local law enforcement. So the police acted stupidly in Cambridge, and I guess there is a whole lot of stupid going on across the country. Nothing that playing politics and injecting his demented ideology can’t fix.
Forget everything else he should be doing. Obama is back on the campaign trail to try to cover for his last unilateral action for Hispanics, which was a cover and diversion for their midterm defeat. I notice he didn’t start with the violence and murders in Chicago.
When is the last time anyone saw him do his job? Why don’t he and Holder sign on with MSNBC for a new show and leave the rest of us alone? They can name it “The Sideshow”.

So finally the news that Holder is going to resign. If there was an inevitable resignation it was Holder’s, the only question was when. Most people on the right correctly assumed he would hold out as long as possible — to the benefit of Obama and himself.
So that it is finally on the table for real means a lot. He can no longer hold down the scandalous problems to the extent he would like. But now the real problem is, with his resignation, will start the complete white wash of the Obama regime.
A rally for a new Attorney General will strain Obama’s agenda before January.
With Eric Holder, Obama’s favorite son, on the way out they will believe they can cleanse all the scandals that happened under his tenure. Oh, those wheels on the bus get bigger and bigger.
That means Obama’s executive amnesty is on the way soon.
Only in August, Politico reported “Why the hell is Eric Holder still around?”
“The Survivor” by Glenn Rush
How did he do it? To start, it helps that he is one of the few administration figures to cross the threshold from employee to friend of the famously reserved president. Holder, in fact, is one of the only Cabinet members Obama routinely invites over for dinner and drinks (Education Secretary Arne Duncan, a hoops buddy from Chicago, is another) and the only one who times his summer vacation to hang out with the president on Martha’s Vineyard.
According to the piece, Obama has told his staff:
The job of attorney general is a “shit magnet” for the most intractable controversies.
What a creative visual for the Turd-in-Chief to use. Now that magnet is stuck to it.
RightRing | Bullright
Not to worry, Obama’s Secret Service is checking it out.
“We have an intelligence division whose mission is to assess information that we receive every day for dangerousness or potential threat level,” Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan told ABC News. “We are aware of the image and will take the necessary and appropriate follow up steps.” (my emphasis)
Another photo displayed a note handwritten in Arabic. It read, “Soldiers of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria will pass from here soon,” followed by a Koran verse that read, “and Allah is perfecting His Light even though the disbelievers hate (that).”
Accented nicely with a verse from the Koran. How thoughtful, but more on that later.
Talk about mission creep in Iraq, but what I’m worried about is goalpost creep. Seems those darn goalposts just won’t stay where they are planted. For weeks Obama and his henchmen repeatedly called for Maliki to step down or go. Now that he is gone and replaced, goalposts are moving. Now the objective seems to be active political reform in the Iraq government and on forming a new coalition government. What do you know?
We knew Obama had no stomach for any action in Iraq. Yes, current events are twisting his arm but a reluctant, obtuse Obama stubbornly resists taking actions in Iraq. He continues to broadcast what he will not do — or be suckered into — but refuses to say what he would do to alleviate the ISIS problem? (Probably because he doesn’t intend to) At every corner or crossroads he digs in. Even Roosevelt saw the light eventually after swearing off entering WWII. But Obama is stuck on his “Happy days are here again” message.
Obama has his feet and evidently his head buried in the Caliphate sand. He defies any action, especially boots kind, in Iraq, now emphasizing those evolving political goals. I don’t see what one really has to do with the other? Political goals, while sounding lofty and diplomatic, will not abolish the ISIS threat upon them. I can just see ISIS sitting there planning strategy: “Now if Baghdad politics are reformed, we are in big trouble.” No doubt ISIS has an exit plan mapped out just in case.
It is a ridiculous notion that politics has sway over ISIS. Only in Obama’s mind. So all this talk about the politics of Baghdad is just talk, and a diversion. We all know the very real threat that ISIS poses in the Middle East and around the globe. So let’s talk about politics instead. Maybe Obama never met a problem he could not play politically. (remember never let a crisis go to waste)
Even in Slate.com they sense something amiss with Obama’s invisible ISIS strategy in Iraq. Mission Creep is a bad thing, but Muslim Creep, caliphate style, is tolerable? Maybe “boots on the ground” is not necessary but what about bombing the living hell out of this caliphate from hell? No to mission creep, yes to caliphate creep. What nonsense. Then treat only a few collateral symptoms of the evil disease.
Obama, it seems, is much more concerned about playing Constitutional Armageddon than abolishing Satan’s army on the rise. He sees utility to the former and the latter as counterproductive. He claims he will not be snookered back into a war in Iraq. Meanwhile, another no fly zone was issued over Syria as the threat increases.
But while all this consternation about what to do is taking place, many on the left are rushing to say that ISIS is afraid of badass Obama. The badass who said politics was the solution for Baghdad and Iraq. Yea, there goes that badass politician, he even sounds bad.
“As commander in chief, I will not allow the United States to be dragged into fighting another war in Iraq,” the President said.
“We do whatever is necessary to protect our people,” Obama said, adding, “We support our allies when they’re in danger.”
(AUg 7)”I know that many of you are rightly concerned about any American military action in Iraq, even limited strikes like these. I understand that. I ran for this office in part to end our war in Iraq and welcome our troops home, and that’s what we’ve done. As Commander-in-Chief, I will not allow the United States to be dragged into fighting another war in Iraq. And so even as we support Iraqis as they take the fight to these terrorists, American combat troops will not be returning to fight in Iraq, because there’s no American military solution to the larger crisis in Iraq. The only lasting solution is reconciliation among Iraqi communities and stronger Iraqi security forces.”
As I write, there is a new update Obama has come out to issue another decree. Here are Obama’s own comments. Now it’s crunch time as a well-respected journalist was beheaded by ISIS (more defining and description)
“Let’s be clear about ISIL,” the president opened. “They have rampaged across cities and villages, killing innocent unarmed civilians in cowardly acts of violence. They abduct women and children and subject them to torture and rape and slavery. They have murdered Muslims, both Sunni and Shi’a, by the thousands. They target Christians and religious minorities, driving them from their homes, murdering them when they can, for no other reason than they practice another religion. They declare their ambition to commit genocide against an ancient people.”
“So, ISIL speaks for no religion … No faith teaches people to massacre innocents. No just God would stand for what they did yesterday and what they do every single day.”
“The United States of America will continue to do what we must do to protect our people. We will be vigilant and we will be relentless,” said President Obama. “When people harm Americans, anywhere, we do what’s necessary to see that justice is done.”
“Let’s be clear” about what, descriptions? There has been nothing clear from Obama, whether it’s terrorism, his beloved Obamacare, or the border. It’s never clear.
He states the threat to conversion, then declares religion has nothing to do with it. Say what? You cannot deny the fact that they are Muslims of a declared caliphate. (I don’t think that’s a Lutheran thing) Remember when he stated that Americans in Pennsylvania “bitterly clinging to guns and religion?” Now he has a hard time pointing to the source of this Islamic evil.
We could really do without the Islam apologetic. Please! And he is completely wrong. What these people are doing is being done in the the name of this religion, Islam. In fact, Muslims should be informed “do you realize these heinous acts are done in the name of your religion?” That needs to come from members of Congress, too.
Second, Obama, spare us the explanations of the problem. We are well aware of it. But you come out and define the problem – as if that is to treat it. No, we don’t need definitions, we understand the very real evil. It doesn’t need explaining, they are doing that quite well.(and not from a golf course) It is you and your cauldron of Mo-Bro allies who refuse to acknowledge it as such. Don’t describe the problem.
Then he mentions justice. Lets get something else straight. They are beyond the justice scope. It’s mass genocide. This evil operates as justice of its own. Eric Holder came out to make similar pronouncements about criminal justice. We can only bring them destruction and extermination. That is justice.
One more thing. You authorized humanitarian aid but you have not authorized actions to significantly destroy ISIS, especially given numerous opportunities to do so. That is a big problem. “Humanitarian aid” is to kill and eliminate this evil scum from the earth. Killing it is both humane and justice. Call it humanitarian justice. You have no problem supporting abortion without limits, but you talk humanitarian concerns? Where is the justice in that?
Last but not least, what he is doing in his ‘as little as possible’ strategy, is de facto turning over the problem to Iraqi’s to deal with it. That is designating Iraq to be responsible for dealing with this international evil itself and eliminate it?
Now Holder declares he has an active criminal investigation, and that we have very long memories and reach. What the hell is that supposed to mean? I can’t even interpret that. Here’s another reminder, we still have the Blind Sheik in custody, plus these idiots just released a bunch of detainees. This is not a criminal act, this is pure evil. Justice? We can’t even get justice for the Benghazi four, or countless victims of the IRS or the crimes committed on people at the border. ISIS, al Qaeda and the bastion of the evil caliphate hope we have long memories, that is what terrorism is about.
They’re here ISIS tells us.
We now have a CIA chief who dismisses the reality and actually called the idea of a caliphate fictional, that its never going to happen.
Mohamed Elibiary on twitter posted a picture, a selfie, of himself on a motorcycle to mention his Republican roots in Texas. The bandana he wore was a symbolic American flag. So he wanted to show that he was just like everyone else. Maybe the scary part is that he can hold these views while trying to blend in as “normal” occupying one of the highest offices in DHS. That picture was after he caused so much stir for welcoming the rise of the caliphate. Maybe he and Brennan should get together. Oh heck, here it is in all its glory.
Politics = it’s the politics of good vs evil
Humanitarian crisis = humanitarian aid is exterminating the evil
Criminal investigation = the only justice is eliminating this evil
If Eric Holder was in circa 1944, I could see him talking about an active “criminal investigation”. Imagine they said back then that “we’re going to allow concentration camps to operate but we’ll pursue criminals with our long memories, and may offer humanitarian aid to those lucky enough escape it.” Yea that’s the ticket.
“I’ll see you in NY”- ISIS
“And we’ll be waiting….if we don’t bring you, first” — Team Obama.
No word yet from the esteemed Southern Poverty Law Center as to exactly what this threat– in your state, cities, and streets — could mean, since SPLC is now the authority on all domestic threats.

(so grab a cool one… and catch up on things)
Okay, its summertime after all, and I for one am feeling particularly festive after half time. Yep, the 4th of July is said to be summer’s half way marker. So enjoy what you can of the balance. And as a special seasonal bonus, remember Congress goes on recess in August. That should sort of make you feel like you’re saving money while noticing those skyrocketing vacation costs.
Now if you’re in the same seasonal mood, I hope you are at least throwing the burgers on the grill as liberally as Obama’s administration is piling up scandals. Not even halfway through their summer of scandal and they’ve added another one to their menu, a border crisis to rival any other. As this one kicks off with the customary fanfare you’ve come to expect from this administration, remember like wine they only get better with age. And this one has not reached its peak vintage yet.
Time for another installment of the “summer of scandal”. Brought to you by our fine sponsor, DNC and its many affiliates. Special guest appearances of Eric Holder and his rock ’em-sock ’em DOJ. While Eric was out calling the play by play games, he gave us the hint of the planning involved in this show.
Crack open a Dr Pepper and throw another burger on the Bar-b. Add this one to your repertoire of scandals.
By Dana Ford, CNN | July 14, 2014
(CNN) — U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is worried about wholes that are greater than the sum of their parts.
Take, for instance, the current mix of bomb-makers from Yemen with foreign fighters in Syria.
“That’s a deadly combination, where you have people who have the technical know-how along with the people who have this kind of fervor to give their lives in support of a cause that is directed at the United States and directed at its allies. And it’s something that gives us really extreme, extreme concern,” he told ABC’s “This Week.”
He estimated there are about 7,000 foreign fighters in Syria, coming from places like Europe and the United States.
“In some ways, it’s more frightening than anything I think I’ve seen as attorney general,” he said. “This is a situation that we can see developing and the potential that I see coming up, the negative potential I see coming out of the facts in Syria and Iraq now, are quite concerning,” he said.
Does his boss know he’s out there dissing their foreign policy achievements? Maybe its like that guy trying to lure you into the side-show at the carnival with all the hype.
And threats from that part of the world aren’t the only ones Holder has to worry about. He also fears potential attacks on planes.
This month, the Transportation Security Administration said that security screeners at overseas airports may ask U.S.-bound passengers to turn on their electronic devices to prove they work and aren’t explosive devices.
So every electronic device is a potential weapon. One may ask where was his concern about this a year ago?
They won’t allow devices without power on board planes. The traveler may then undergo additional screening.
It’s part of an update to security measures aimed at combating potential new threats from terrorists in the Middle East and Europe.
“This is not a test … We’re doing something in reaction to things that we have detected,” Holder told ABC about the upgrades.
“We are at a dangerous time,” he said.
U.S. attorney general urges new laws to prevent terror from returning fighters. – CNN
Do you hear that, Obama, “this is not a test”?
I get the new ever-changing security threats stuff. Those rascally terrorists are creative. So why does the invasion on the Southern border not have alarm bells going off in his mind? Why does border security need to stand down in the face of real ever-evolving threats? And at this most “dangerous time”?
Hello: “wholes that are greater than the sum of their parts”… just saying. Remember my “Gestalt effect.”
Oh so other countries airport security may be taking precautions but our own US security in this country takes a big fat pass. In fact, they put out the welcome flag. Scabies and lice – check, TB or diseases — checkaroony. Other than Mexicans — check. Spotting literature of jihadists traveling across the border – check. What are we missing for potential threats? No, I think we got most of them, right here flowing across the border. Reports are coming out that some of the recently “documented” illegals are using their new papers for air travel. I wonder how that factors into Eric Holders fearful brain?
Well on the other hand, maybe we can cut Eric some slack. He said these are threats they have detected. So maybe he just hadn’t gotten around to noticing the tens of thousands of OTM pouring across our border, with who knows what, or plans for who knows what? He’ll probably get around to that info, soon, like how out of the loop he was on Fast and Furious. It just takes a while for it to work up the chain of command. The fact that Fox News has been reporting on it is probably a tip-off that it’s just BS like all those other scandals which he refuses to take action on.
Keep an eye on that sunburn.

Along with the Department of Education, Eric Holder’s Justice Department is reminding public schools in no uncertain terms that they are obligated to provide all children with an education regardless of their immigration status.
In an apparent attempt to clarify existing guidelines, the federal government sent a letter to schools indicating the agencies are “aware of student enrollment practices that may chill or discourage the participation, or lead to the exclusion, of students.”
The letter emphasizes how loose the restrictions are regarding what type of documentation schools are required to accept, basically meaning there is no excuse for questioning why a child obviously in the country illegally is receiving taxpayer-funded schooling and/or child care.
“We want to be sure every school leader understand the legal requirements under the Constitution and federal laws,” the letter states, “and it is our hope that this update will address some of the misperceptions out there.”
One is hard pressed, however, to find any mention of the government’s responsibility to provide free education to criminal inhabitants within the structure of the U.S. Constitution. In any case, the letter goes on to spell out requirements in no uncertain terms.
“The message here is clear,” it read, “let all children who live in your district enroll in your public schools.”
Parents of children with only a foreign birth certificate are given ample leeway in providing alternative ‘documentation,’ including an entry in a family Bible, for instance.
Holder and other leftist leaders are determined to integrate illegals completely into society to the extent that actually holding them accountable for their crimes would not only be nearly impossible, but in itself an illegality.
Ensuring the next generation of criminals is indoctrinated within the public school system is one vital step in achieving that goal.
Photo Credit: Facebook/Remove the Idiot Eric Holder from Office!
(CBS 5)”We want to be sure every school leader understands the legal requirements under the Constitution and federal laws, and it is our hope that this update will address some of the misperceptions out there,” said Secretary Arne Duncan in a statement. “The message here is clear: let all children who live in your district enroll in your public schools.”
Attorney General Eric Holder pledged to “vigilantly enforce the law to ensure the schoolhouse door remains open to all.” Any actions to put up barriers to student enrollment, “not only harm innocent children, they also markedly weaken our nation…by leaving young people unprepared and ill-equipped to succeed,” he said.
[See previous post]
Now this isn’t ancient history. But for Holder to act as if he was the only person scrutinized with tough questions by an agitated Congress, doesn’t even pass the smell test.
“Once the government shows the disregard for the independence of the justice system and the rule of law, it’s very hard to restore the people’s faith.” — Senator Leahy to AG Gonzales.
Pat Leahy said in 2007:
“The dep of Justice is experiencing a crisis in leadership perhaps unrivaled in its history. Unfortunately, the crisis is not abated. Until there is independence, transparency, and accountability, the crisis will continue.
The attorney General’s lost the confidence of Congress and the American people. Through oversight we hope to restore balance and accountability to the Executive branch. The Dep of Justice must be restored to being worthy of its name. It should not be reduced to another political arm of the White House, it was never intended to be that. Trust and confidence of the American people in Federal law enforcement must be restored.”
“Investigation into the firing for partisan purposes of United States Attorneys who’ve been appointed by this president, along with an ever-growing series of controversies and scandals, have [revealed] an administration driven by a vision of an all-powerful Executive over our Constitutional system of checks and balances, one that values loyalty over judgment, secrecy over openness, and ideology over competence. The accumulated and essentially uncontroverted evidence is that the political considerations factored into the unprecedented firing of at least 9 Unites States attorneys last year.
The stonewalling by the White House raises the question: what is it that the White House is so desperate to hide?
The justice dep has been reduced to the role of enabler of this administration. What we need instead is genuine accountability and real independence.
His[Gonzales’] lack of independence and tendency to act as if he were the president’s lawyer, rather than the attorney general of the United States, makes that doubtful.”…
“Once the government shows the disregard for the independence of the justice system and the rule of law, its very hard to restore the people’s faith.”
And those are only Leahy’s opening remarks. Leahy told Gonzales “I don’t trust you.”
It’s clear that was a blatant racist slur toward Gonzales because he’s Hispanic. Who can deny that? Did anyone say “you just “don’t trust” him because he’s a Hispanic”, that it was racism? I never heard it. Think about how this administration “deals with” any criticism or those kinds of remarks.
When asked about a “Senate trial for contempt,” Leahy told a reporter that there have been subpoenas etc, “but if they don’t respond there will be contempt citations”. And again, clearly because of racism.
Schumer: “Sir, how can you say that you should stay on as attorney general when we go through these exercises like this where you’re bobbing and weaving and ducking to avoid admitting that you deceived the committee.”
“Stay on”??? Sure, try to force the Hispanic out. “Bobbing and weaving and ducking??” I never heard such racist tripe.
Feingold: “When you look at all these statements together, it’s hard to see anything but a pattern of intentionally misleading Congress again and again. Shouldn’t the attorney general of the United States meet a higher standard??”
“Higher standard?” More racist rhetoric, we know what those “dog whistle”-words mean.
And that’s all besides what they said about Gonzales and Bush on the Sunday talk shows or media blurbs. It’s clear the Dems see racism everywhere they want to see it. Great excuse.
Unfortunately, Gonzales didn’t think of calling it racism because he was a Hispanic.
It wouldn’t have mattered anyway.
RightRing | Bullright
First, what initiated Holder’s comments was the exchange with (Tx)Rep. Louie Gohmert:
“I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight,” Gohmert said. He was referring to the House of Representatives holding Holder in contempt of Congress in 2012 for refusing to release documents related to the Fast and Furious scandal.
“You don’t want to go there, buddy! You don’t want to go there, okay,” said an angry Holder.
“I don’t want to go there?” Gohmert responded.
“You should not assume that that is not a big deal to me,” Holder said.
So Holder went right out to publicly protest it. Here is Holder pleading his, and Obama’s, unprecedented victim status to Al Sharptons’ National Action Network.
“I’m pleased to note that the last five years have been defined by significant strides and by lasting reforms,” said Holder at the conference of black activists, before improvising “even in the face, even in the face, of unprecedented, unwarranted, ugly, and divisive adversity.”
“If you don’t believe that, if you look at the way, forget about me, forget about me, if you look at the way the attorney general of the United States was treated yesterday by a House Committee, it had nothing to do with me, forget that, what attorney general has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment?”
He added, “What president has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment?”
Sure you’re the ONLY one…and its just because you’re black. (do I have a bridge for you)
Hey Eric, how about Gonzales or John Ashcroft, and Bush just for starters? Gonzales was practically burned at the stake. The difference is Republicans went after Gonzales too.
Now Holder complains about unprecedented treatment to the same groups on the Left that railed against Gonzales for firing US attorneys, calling for his resignation & impeachment.
All you have to do is research the Gonzales firing of the federal prosecutors and you’ll find the hearings, and press coverage.
Dems didn’t get up and walk out in protest of the treatment Gonzales received, and neither did Republicans. Dems piled on and, more importantly, the Republicans didn’t protest. Instead, some Repubs joined Schumer and those on the left calling for his resignation.
That isn’t ancient history. For Holder to act as if he was the only guy to get this “treatment” from congress is alternative reality.
Open Congress .org / Schumer:
How about Keith Ellison on impeaching white Cheney:
“It is beneath his dignity in order for him to answer any questions from the citizens of the United States. That is the very definition of totalitarianism, authoritarianism and dictatorship.”
“If Libby gets pardoned,” Ellison said, “then he should not have the cover of the Fifth Amendment. He’s going to have to come clean and tell the truth. Now, he could get Gonzales-itis, you know, with 71 lapses of memory within a two-hour period.”
“Gonsales-itis”….sounds pretty racist.
But Ellison also compared Bush to Adolf Hitler in one rant, following Dick Durbin’s lead.
Ellison also compared Bush and 9/11 to how the Reichstag fire was used “as pretext to impose police powers” – presumably with his trusty Attorney General spreading the fire.
After all Eric Holder has done to subvert justice, he is the last person who can claim victim status. He’s like the school bully crying that he’s being bullied. He claims to be “advancing the cause of justice”. And by any relative comparison, he is a whining, elitist radical.

Newsmax – 6/2/13
Presidential aides are privately admitting to a growing frustration inside the White House with Attorney General Eric Holder’s political ineptness in the press leak investigations and are hoping the embattled appointee will resign from office, The New York Times reports.
“The White House is apoplectic about him, and has been for a long time,” said an anonymous Democrat source, identified only as a former government employee who acknowledged the White House staffers in question are his friends.
President Barack Obama’s advisers are frustrated with Holder’s inability to foresee problems arising from his approval of a subpoena naming a Fox News reporter as a co-conspirator in an espionage investigation. Now Congress is looking at whether Holder lied under oath when he testified last month that he knew nothing about the incident.
Additionally, Holder has become a lightening rod for criticism for pulling the phone records of 100 Associated Press reporters in another polarizing investigation.
“How hard would it be to anticipate that the AP would be unhappy?” the former official said. “And then they haven’t defended their position.”
The New York Times article highlighted a rare glimpse of the interworking of the White House social circle, stating that Holder’s “saving grace through years of controversies has been the friendship of two women close to Mr. Obama” – First Lady Michelle Obama, who is good friends with Holder’s wife, and Valerie Jarrett, the president’s senior adviser.
In addition to the press leak scandals, Holder has come under attack for his agency’s participation in the botched gun-trafficking investigation “Fast and Furious,” for which Holder was found in contempt of Congress.
Hat tip to Dave for the article.
My comments: So is a circular firing squad forming? But no one told Holder’s mobile defense team. Schumer has come out saying there is no grounds for him to resign. Mixed signals? — Why certainly!
Or is the regime trying to be on both sides of the issue, once again? Trying to pacify their both critics and base? And why the leak about it? Holder better investigate that.
It is hard to forget an entire caucus in congress staging a walkout and calling it racism to hold Eric Holder accountable — then over Fast and Furious investigations. Still he was held in contempt for his failure to allow congress to do its job. He seemed to be provoking a Constitutional crisis then.
After all the radical times and “racism” accusations, hard to believe they have a problem with Holder now. I thought he was perfect. I kind of enjoy watching Schumer and company try to defend the indefensible. Is it a trial balloon… or just more theater? Maybe their bluff face needs work.
I will await the next story how Eric Holder, and Obama by extension, are being victimized, picked on, harassed, and railroaded. (precisely the tactics used on anyone who gets in their way) Then I will know how serious it all is.
Last week he failed to bond with the media on having an “off-the-record” session with media. Apparently there was no food and refreshments… few takers.
On Wednesday, apparently O’Reilly put on his Nostradamus hat. He made a great prediction that Eric Holder would have to step down and resign. Someone really should get a note to that guy to ease up on the pomegranate juice, it must be fermenting.
Johnny Carson had a bit where he made predictions as Carnac the Magnificent. It was funny anyway. More than I can say for the seriously typecast Bill O.
Hasn’t he realized Holder is Obama’s biggest right hand guy, who knows almost as much as Valerie Jarrett? Did he not realize how dependent Obama is on him? I wrote somewhere that Holder is the one guy who could not get tossed under the bus, he knows too much. Holder is Obama’s “red line.” That’s more believable. But O’Reilly gets in his prediction mode, as if that makes it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
And didn’t he notice how Holder personally attacked Issa at the hearing? Yea, that looked like a guy on the verge of resigning, didn’t it? He would single-handedly make government use every resource it has, including impeachment, to get him out. He is there to the bitter end, whatever that is.
Maybe O’Reilly should ease up on the books, it really is going to his head. Bill, take a break, and take some deep breaths.
