Putting on the Ritz – Blitz

When it comes to fundraising, money, greed and corruption…what more do you need to know than Clintons? The King and Queen of the Swamp.

Clintons never saw a catastrophe they coudn’t personally benefit from. Extortion and corruption is their specialty. Clintons are synonymous with corruption.

Then along comes Howard Dean to make their case, for them.

Howard Dean: Put Clinton Foundation in charge of Puerto Rico relief

By Josh Delk – 10/12/17 | The Hill

Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean on Thursday slammed President Trump for having “no clue” how to lead the federal recovery effort in Puerto Rico, suggesting that the Clinton Foundation — run by the family of Trump’s former opponent Hillary Clinton — handle it instead.

“What we should do is turn over the rehab of Puerto Rico to the Clinton Foundation. They know what they are doing. You have no clue,” said Dean, a Hillary Clinton supporter.

I was wondering how long before we heard that suggestion. Just turn part of the program and money over to Clintons’ Fundation — for safe keeping. Casablanca is calling, line #1.

I can pretty much guarantee that idea is repulsive to at least 2 thirds of the country. (even many Clinton supporters) If there were a list of people you don’t want involved, precisely because of their record, Clintons would be at the top of it. Yet here they are involved in One Appeal fundraising for disaster aid. It’s like hiring a serial killer for a baby sitter.

Every catastrophe is just another golden opportunity for Clintons to line their pockets. Putting Puerto Rico funds in their control is, come on … stupid on steroids.

Bush is not dead… George W that is

SO the love fest begins, I mean its a family thing… W trying to slay dragons for Jebby. For a guy who distanced himself from his brother not wanting to be defined by him, or the Bush name,  now appears to be just that….only another Bush.

The RNC took down mentions of George Bush so there were no reminders to distract or harm Jeb in his cruise to the nomination. But a few things still managed to get in Jeb’s way. Now W has taken aim at Cruz. Well, I’ll be doggone. George W might have just hurt Jeb’s chances a lot more than he ever helped them, even if this was a fundraiser.

“I just don’t like this guy” – George W. Bush TRASHES Ted Cruz at Jeb Bush fundraiser

Posted by The Right Scoop on Oct 19, 2015

Apparently W doesn’t care much for Ted Cruz, as he was the only candidate that he trashed at a Jebby fundraiser. But for what it’s worth, he sees Cruz as the biggest threat to Jeb, not Donald Trump:

POLITICO – Inside a sleek Denver condominium, George W. Bush let a hundred donors to his brother’s campaign in on a secret. Of all the rival Republican candidates, there is one who gets under the former president’s skin, who he views as perhaps Jeb Bush’s most serious rival for the party’s nomination.

It isn’t Donald Trump, whose withering insults have sought to make Jeb pay a political price for his brother’s presidency. It also isn’t Marco Rubio, Jeb’s former understudy who now poses a serious threat to his establishment support.

“I just don’t like the guy,” Bush said Sunday night, according to conversations with more than half a dozen donors who attended the event.

That’s quite okay, Ol’ W, we aren’t all that fond of you or your brother right now either. Since you claimed to redefine Republican conservatives, I imagine you are a bit miffed that it didn’t stick. But then that redefinition was pretty much all in your mind too. You only wish that Cruz was a product of your imagination.

Bill Clinton’s charity

But of course there was money involved in Bill Clinton speaking at the Happy Hearts Fund charity fund-raiser. What other reason could there possibly be?

I suppose I’ll go back to wondering why someone doesn’t set up a sting to see how far the Bubbster will go? You can’t tell me there is not a celeb or official who would work with them as an informant.

Well, you can’t expect either Clinton to actually do a speech for nothcharity. That would be so taboo. On the other hand, not like they really care what it is or how it looks.

Mary-Whoops-Landrieu keeps on giving

Whoops: Landrieu disses Democratic backer

By James Hohmann | 12/4/14 | Politico

Talk about awkward.

Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) sent a fundraising email to her list Wednesday, trying to help out her colleague Mary Landrieu ahead of Saturday’s Louisiana Senate runoff.

At almost the same time, the Louisiana Democrat was direly warning voters in her home state that Cantwell could become ranking member of the Senate Energy committee if she loses this weekend, which looks almost certain.

Landrieu told voters in New Roads, La., that she likes Cantwell very much, “but …”

“I’m not sure Louisiana’s going to think very much of a senator from Washington state who’s all for windmills and alternative energy, and doesn’t support the oil and gas industry,” she said, according to Bloomberg. “That’s who’s gonna take my place as head of this committee!”

The diss has now been picked up by the Seattle media.

In her fundraising email, Cantwell wrote that Republican Bill Cassidy has the Koch brothers, “but Mary’s got us.”

“There’s … much we can accomplish together if we send Mary Landrieu back to the Senate,” she wrote.

Panic: DNC sends Paranoid email Defending Obama from Impeachment Possibility

Dems’ obsession with Impeachment….

pundit from another planet

Patrick Howley reports:  The Democratic National Committee (DNC) sent out a paranoid email Saturday evening urging supporters to vote for Democrats so that Republicans can’t impeach President Obama.

The email, subject line “Impeachment,” was sent to Obama for America supporters, imploring them to contribute to the DNC’s 2014 efforts. “What do these people all have in common?,” the email asked, featuring quotes from Republican Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Rep. Kerry Bentivolio of Michigan, and Rep. Blake Farenthold of Texas discussing the possibility of impeaching Obama for one of his numerous instances of presidential misconduct.

President Broke-Back is sorry he got burned on bungled roll out

Well, no, it is not exactly what he said….but it’s what he meant. We’re always told after what he really meant instead of what he said. So I just cut to the chase.

All along we’ve been told that what he said is not exactly what he meant, like when millions lose their medical coverage, and his minions run out to say what the president actually meant.

He did say “I was burned” on the website. He had to correct himself to say we all got burned. But the Freudian slip popped out that everything is always about him. Like the phony fainters at the rallies always happens to him.

And now comes Obama’s apology to all those people losing their healthcare coverage, which is just as meaningful as everything else he has said – including his five-year-old promise. Of course, it’s as close to an apology as President Broke-Back will ever come. It is not his fault it must fall short. He cannot possibly take full responsibility, really, and apologize. That cannot happen. The faux apology:

“I am sorry that they are finding themselves in this situation based on assurances they got from me,” he told NBC News in an exclusive interview at the White House.

“We’ve got to work hard to make sure that they know we hear them and we are going to do everything we can to deal with folks who find themselves in a tough position as a consequence of this.”

You are sorry people are “finding themselves” screwed based on something you said? But no, it did not happen to them just based on what you said, it happened based on your plan. Since you are not changing that, the disingenuous apology is worthless because the offense still stands – doing what it has done. Convince people that you hear them?

In fact, we all said there would be these problems all along. But you stepped up your campaign to punctuate the lie that if people liked their plan they could keep their plan. You had your comrades repeat that lie promise across the country and guarantee people would not lose a plan they wanted to keep. It was a propaganda campaign.

When questions were raised about your plan and consequences, the media cut criticism short by repeating your promise that if people liked their plan they would not lose their plan. Questioning that would be calling you a liar. Joe Wilson proved that is taboo.

You made everyone complicit in your lie, even media. It was a great system. Arguments could be shot down with a single line, saving your administration the trouble of repeating the lies. Just repeat: “Obama said “if you like your plan, you can keep your plan.”” It was guaranteed — insuring not that promise but the sale of your plan. People took the bait to the bank and the ballot box.

—-&—-

If anyone wondered how incompetent and backwards Obama is, exhibit A:

Mr. Obama promised at a fundraiser on Monday that the site “would get fixed,” but then there needs to be a discussion “about federal procurement when it comes to IT.”

Shouldn’t that procurement discussion have happened before not after this? Not in Obama’s world. The record of the CGI can not even be called spotty, but it matches Obama’s record. Hey, maybe “procurement” problems caused the site problems?
Wa Times reported:

Whatever the reason for giving CGI this contract, it was not based on a successful record of maintaining sensitive personal information for a government.

Even worse than the financial loss for Canadians, the computer system has had repeated privacy breaches.

So maybe the contractor and their record are consistent with Obama, and just what Dr O ordered? Another thing he can claim he was out of the loop on, and be fully responsible for but not in this lifetime. If anyone could make this company look stellar in comparison, it’s Obama. But how about that apology? It all depends on the definition of apology.

Now sorry seems to be the hardest word.
