Irish vote heavily spiked

What really happened in Ireland’s “gay marriage” election: Massive US-funded “gay” blitzkrieg as never seen before. Are other countries next?

Nationwide vote would have surely failed otherwise. This should be a wake-up call around the world.
POSTED: May 28, 2015 | Mass Resistance

Last Friday’s 62% vote in Ireland to legalize “gay marriage” has been hailed as a triumph of progressive thinking by the mainstream media and the political establishment. The outcome shocked many in the pro-family movement. But what the mainstream press isn’t reporting is even more shocking.

There is no question that the secularization of Ireland, the weakness of the Catholic Church and refusal of the Pope to intervene, the corrupt political class, and the relentless pro-gay media were all contributing factors to the “gay marriage” vote.

But the “Yes” vote would still most likely have failed if it had been a normal Irish election. Those same general conditions existed in many places here in the U.S. from California to Maine where “gay marriage” failed to win a popular vote.

This “culture war” election was conducted under extraordinary conditions that have never been seen anywhere before in the West. As we described in our pre-election article, virtually all of the effort to pass “gay marriage” in Ireland came from massive funding from the United States – primarily a billion-dollar pro-gay foundation, Atlantic Philanthropies – in a sophisticated campaign spanning over a decade.

Michelle’s Lazy Summer Daze

So what’s a First Lady of Snobsville to do but take a glamorous vacation, with the right people of course, in the right neighborhood of course. (or is it the right ‘hood? – must work on my etiquette) Back in May she was in the the planning stage for Martha’s vineyard with a side order of farm.

But their previous digs were sold so they had to look for another “crib” for the first family retreat — which is no retreat but never mind that. Michelle apparently set her eye on” another place in the Vineyard and plans to stay for an “extended period” in August. Remember what she said at the inauguration, how she was going to enjoy it this time around. (as if she hadn’t been enjoying it all along) So they will stay and Obama will make frequent appearances, or so the plan was in May. But they also had to squeeze in that lavish, super-expensive African va-k tour. What a hectic schedule, eh?

She’ll have to try to get by. As long as Michelle makes certain to enjoy herself this time around, that’s all that matters. Who cares about the sequester when you’re doing Africa between trips to Ireland and Martha’s Vineyard? I don’t think Britain’s royal family ever traveled this much. The first snobs are living it up.

Waterfront Hall, Belfast, Ireland
Arrival in Africa (and just have to wait for those Vineyard pics)

Not to forget the 2011 budget buster — with 424,000 just for air force crew expenses — vacation to Africa in June. That one included a safari for her and the kids, which followed the previous summer’s lavish Spain va-k. Of course, they would have to outdo that previous budget in this year’s trip to Africa — which happened to follow a stint in Ireland, and precedes their summer va-k in Martha’s Vineyard. Nothing scheduled for September yet, but it’s a possibility.

As usual, the central question for the media, come Martha’s Vineyard, will be “what is she wearing”. And with all these va-k’s, it’s possible for even an elitist like Michelle to run out of wardrobe. (we don’t even want to know what the cleaning bills are)

Enter “Porgy and Bess, Summertime”… and the livin’ is easy.

I don’t want to hear these tired comparisons about Bush vacation days. Michelle is in vacation daze. He owned a ranch, so he went there, okay? We didn’t buy the farm (pardon the pun) — or even rent it. And we weren’t in the middle of the biggest recession since the depression.

So far, it looks like Af-1 and AF-2 are getting a heck of a workout, along with the taxpayers’ wallet. What sequester? “Fly the friendly skies”…or not.
fly over Mt. Rushmore
Earth to Michelle, you didn’t build that.

Obama’s G-8 Summit trip

How’s “failure” for pithy? Some word’s can’t be shortened.

You know it’s pretty bad when even the sycophant media can’t find a positive side of it. Even Google can’t find them if they aren’t there. Here was a headline from HuffPo:

Michelle Obama Ireland Trip: G8 Summit Offers First Lady, Daughters Chance To Explore European Roots

Oh yes, those European roots? Good punch line, but I must have missed the set up. (it usually blows the joke) What was she wearing for the homecoming excursion?…always of interest. What does one wear to a post-colonial, homecoming reunion anyway?

After arriving in Belfast with her husband on Monday, Obama crossed the border to Dublin to speak to university experts on the president’s ancestors, attend a show of traditional Riverdance step dancing and visit the nearby Wicklow mountains.
“It’s good to be home,” the first lady told a cheering audience of schoolchildren before the Riverdance performance. “You are surrounded by such a beautiful country.”

Riverdance? Ah yes, how absolutely quaint. Maybe Barry can learn some new moves to sidestep those pesky scandals.

The first lady has enjoyed a steady positive approval rating over the past four years, even at times when her husband sank in the polls.
“I think it would be a good opportunity to introduce someone who accompanied me here today – as I let him travel with me now and again,” she joked in Belfast, before her husband’s speech.

That explains it, enter Michelle’s approvals.

Oh the Summit, no doubt the ‘Outfit’ in Chicago is working on the correct narrative for that. They should roll it out any day now. It was the time zone difference and Obama didn’t get enough sleep, the food was bad and there was a virus going around. Then in the Berlin speech, the sun was in his eyes. (hat tip to Matthews, man he can think quick)

Possibly news has caught up with the gallivanting golfer that 50% of the people do not believe Obama is “honest and trustworthy”. But can they trust him on the golf course?
