Iran, say it isn’t so

So many truths lurk in the background of all Obama’s lies. It’s amazing how he is trying to spin this Iran deal around.

Memo to Obama: It’s Not Iran Deal Critics Who Are the ‘Crazy’ Ones

Nile Gardiner / August 25, 2015

Just back from his annual summer vacation at Martha’s Vineyard, President Barack Obama has returned to disparaging his political adversaries and anyone who happens to disagree with him on policy.

According to a report in Politico, the president has taken to describing opponents of the hugely controversial Iran deal as “crazies.” The so-called “crazies” now include a majority of members of the House and Senate, a large chunk of the American electorate according to opinion polls, and the government of Israel, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Now we’re the crazies when the crazy administration just made about the worst deal possible with Iran. He accused us of actually siding with the hard-liners in Iran when that is who he and Kerry made the deal with. And they are quite happy with it. Doesn’t that tell us anything? But it gets worse, the closer you look.

He made a deal that just doesn’t allow the terrorism to continue but makes us partners in promoting their terrorism around the globe. We are actually subsidizing and funding their activity. But then blame us because he cannot ram it through. The name-calling comes out. What a ruthless bastid Obama is. No one can even reason with him while he attacks and calls everyone names who disagrees with him. (probably his intent)

Start with a big lie though, just to make it fly easier. Call it something other than a treaty. Then Kerry issues the lame excuse that we can’t pass treaties anymore. So they had to lie to us. Notice a pattern here? Lie first, then say it’s our fault they had to lie to us. It’s probably true Obama is trying to drive people crazy with his schemes and blame machine, to silence the opposition. It hasn’t worked. So they just have to lie harder.

Obama’s Denial Doctrine in full view

Washington Times:

“When folks say they’re frustrated with Congress, let’s be clear about what the problem is. I’m just telling the truth now. I don’t have to run for office again, so I can just, you know, let it rip,” the president said. “So far this year, Republicans in Congress have blocked or voted down every serious idea to strengthen the middle class.”

Specifically, Mr. Obama blasted Republicans for opposing a hike in the nation’s minimum wage to $10.10, not backing the administration’s plan to pour billions of dollars into infrastructure and other agenda items.

He also mocked House Speaker John A. Boehner’s plan to sue him for executive overreach.

“Sue him. Impeach him. Really? Really? For what? You’re going to sue me for doing my job? OK. I mean, think about that. You’re going to use taxpayer money to sue me for doing my job while you don’t do your job,” Mr. Obama said. “I’ve got a better idea — do something.”

There is a river of denial running through the White House, and right down Pennsylvania Ave. Obama is out to blame anyone he can. He makes a complete mockery out of the Constitutional process. (they were supposed to be laugh lines)

But wait, he goes 300 miles from the border to rant and never mentions the border crisis? What detached discombobulation. Then says “lets be clear about what the problem is” without wanting to even see the problem crisis. That was the best SNL line I ever heard.

Oh well, who cares, certainly not him? He’s off to Martha’s Vineyard with the First Bitch. So what does a crisis matter? No crises exist on Martha’s Vineyard, where everyone will be wrapped in pomp and circumstance. “The border, what border?” Where T-time means “Tee-time”. The only border he’s worried about is on the fairway.

Obama “just telling the truth now”?  I have a bridge and a border for sale.

Michelle’s Lazy Summer Daze

So what’s a First Lady of Snobsville to do but take a glamorous vacation, with the right people of course, in the right neighborhood of course. (or is it the right ‘hood? – must work on my etiquette) Back in May she was in the the planning stage for Martha’s vineyard with a side order of farm.

But their previous digs were sold so they had to look for another “crib” for the first family retreat — which is no retreat but never mind that. Michelle apparently set her eye on” another place in the Vineyard and plans to stay for an “extended period” in August. Remember what she said at the inauguration, how she was going to enjoy it this time around. (as if she hadn’t been enjoying it all along) So they will stay and Obama will make frequent appearances, or so the plan was in May. But they also had to squeeze in that lavish, super-expensive African va-k tour. What a hectic schedule, eh?

She’ll have to try to get by. As long as Michelle makes certain to enjoy herself this time around, that’s all that matters. Who cares about the sequester when you’re doing Africa between trips to Ireland and Martha’s Vineyard? I don’t think Britain’s royal family ever traveled this much. The first snobs are living it up.

Waterfront Hall, Belfast, Ireland
Arrival in Africa (and just have to wait for those Vineyard pics)

Not to forget the 2011 budget buster — with 424,000 just for air force crew expenses — vacation to Africa in June. That one included a safari for her and the kids, which followed the previous summer’s lavish Spain va-k. Of course, they would have to outdo that previous budget in this year’s trip to Africa — which happened to follow a stint in Ireland, and precedes their summer va-k in Martha’s Vineyard. Nothing scheduled for September yet, but it’s a possibility.

As usual, the central question for the media, come Martha’s Vineyard, will be “what is she wearing”. And with all these va-k’s, it’s possible for even an elitist like Michelle to run out of wardrobe. (we don’t even want to know what the cleaning bills are)

Enter “Porgy and Bess, Summertime”… and the livin’ is easy.

I don’t want to hear these tired comparisons about Bush vacation days. Michelle is in vacation daze. He owned a ranch, so he went there, okay? We didn’t buy the farm (pardon the pun) — or even rent it. And we weren’t in the middle of the biggest recession since the depression.

So far, it looks like Af-1 and AF-2 are getting a heck of a workout, along with the taxpayers’ wallet. What sequester? “Fly the friendly skies”…or not.

Earth to Michelle, you didn’t build that.
