Maxine Waters Stirring Her Impeachment Latte

Some things just defy words.

And then there is Maxine Waters, which is why we have video today.

“Eventually, we’ve got to do something about him [Trump].”

She failed to say if that was North or South Korea. I’m sure it was an oversight.

But just keep leading the way, Maxine, for the DCC and DNC to follow.

Problem is CA, LA, America needs to do something about Maxine… before it’s too late.

Telling Teen Vogue magazine on the subject of impeachment, she said:

“I think we should go for it.”

Negative Impact On The Election

Okay, which one had more negative effects and impact on the election:

(A) hacks and wikilleaks’ dumps of a couple email accounts connected to Hillary Clinton
(and so-called Russian intervention in the election via influencing voters) OR

(B)the hyper-radicalized media coverage attacking Trump 24/7 for over 9 months ?
(while dumbing down coverage by ignoring criticisms / record of Hillary Clinton)

You decide. Shall we examine the headlines and press pages, too? Mo’ investigation!

James Woods fires off at Graham, McCain for doubling down with Dems

December 30, 2016 | Warner Todd Huston | BizPac Review

Actor James Woods, who recently rejoined Twitter with his conservative posts, slammed Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham for joining Barack Obama in his desire to punish Russia with further sanctions over unproven allegations that Russian hackers interfered in the U.S. elections.

Referring to a story by The Hill newspaper, Woods criticized GOP Senators McCain and Graham for joining Obama and a list of Democrats who want even tougher sanctions on Russia.

Coming to the Sunday circuit near you. Hasn’t their 15 minutes expired? Good idea, they could be so happy in Demland. They can never criticize the Soros crew — that is taboo. Fexibility, cold war jokes and resets out, sanctions are in. Just trying to keep up.

Dear Jeh Johnson

You bitch and moan about the Russian hacking threat while saying nothing about countless death threats to electors around the country. Or all the assassination threats aimed at Trump, or the hyperbolic fake stories on Islamophobia, or the cop-hating agenda. Very selective outrage.

Jeh, you’re colder and more calculated than a Russian bear. Who needs a Russian threat when we got you? There’s a bear in the woods alright, closer to home than we’re told.

Making my list, checking it over

Let me check my end of the year list, not quite complete:

I mentioned the hypocrisy of the left.
I mentioned the evil nature of the Left
I mentioned the inability of the Left to relate to real, working people.
I mentioned the arrogance of Obama, Hillary and Democrats.
I mentioned how we are worse off now, practically than ever in history.

The world is more dangerous now than before Obama controlled the White House.
I wrote about reasons for supporting Trump, and some of the problems coming.

I mentioned what Islamists are doing to threaten and bring down America.
I mentioned political correctness, the favorite tool to push the Left’s agenda.
I said a lot about Russia, and where politicians failed to confront serious threats.
I talked about Christian victims and the Islamic agenda.
I mentioned most of the problems with ISIS and the caliphate.
I mentioned the stupidity of Democrats and some Republicans.
I mentioned the failure of the establishment and leaders to take people seriously.
I covered the mockery of Christians and their values everywhere.

I talked about the absurdity of the claim Trump was wrong for Christians.
I listened to all their absurd arguments on….well, everything.
I dignified their bafoonery by just talking about their schemes and motives.
I tried reasoning with the unreasonable Left.
I pointed out ruling class elitists and establishment don’t get it – and don’t care.
I’ve given much more time an energy to it all than they really deserve.

Check-a-roony

As to conclusions, well, that’s a deep subject. If enlightenment was the age of reason, then we are now in the age of anti-reason. That’s the point: the left no longer wants to explain, or even defend, what they do.

They just claim it is their inherent right to force their political ideology on everyone. And it is a political ideology. The harder it is forced down our throats the better they like it. The people who preach tolerance actually do not want to get along with anyone. Conflict is their means and their motive. Have you ever heard people talk so much about revolution while they were actually in control?

Hope and Change

Change is coming, change happened; but the naysayers are still wallowing in their denial. For eight years they talked about hope and “change.” Now it finally happened and boy are they pissed. We proved they really wanted no change at all, only total control.

Why didn’t they just say that instead of claiming to want change? Change you can believe in was total control, which is the only thing they do believe in. But total control does not require belief… only submission.

After the election, they are still campaigning only to overturn the results of the election. So they appeal to electors to overturn the results of the electoral college. They are never really satisfied, even when they get what they want. Or especially when they get what they want because then they just want more.

Red Scare

Hillary’s campaign and Democrats now complain about the influence Russia had in the election — or how much it hurt her. But then they claim Hillary won the popular vote by almost 3 million people. What is their point? So maybe they mean Russia hurt her electoral college path. Hmm, how’s that?

What about the Russiaphobia they spread about Trump? Do they care what effect that had? How about when Mike Morell, former CIA director, called Trump an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation? Do they really want to talk about the Russian effect? How about when they claimed Trump could not be trusted with the nuclear codes? But Hillary had a rogue server risking national security but they are talking about threats? Nuclear. The idea was to present Trump as a bigger security threat than Hillary.

What have we learned? As Solomon said, there is nothing new under the sun. Any means to their ends — or to clarify it, their means has no ends. Yet it is an incomplete list.

Now Michele Obama is out of hope, once again. No longer is she “proud” of America.
Fleeting pride didn’t take long. It makes me wonder what her hope was really in?

Feelings, “nothing more than feelings”:

[ABC]Obama said Russian President Vladimir Putin “is well aware of my feelings about this, because I spoke to him directly about it.”

Obama declined to say how the U.S. planned to respond, but White House press secretary Josh Earnest said Wednesday that Obama believes in a “proportional response.”

President Obama, the guy who promised Putin more flexibility in his second term, now says he told Putin to “cut it out” on DNC and Hillary’s campaign hacking. He warns the cyber threat is real…like the Russian threat, Syria, ISIS, and a near-term North Korea problem — all second only to that immediate Climate Change threat. Check!

RightRing | Bullright

The Question of Obama’s Second Term

So with Obama’s second and last term is winding down, one probing question needs to be asked of Obama. It needs asked but that is why sycophant press will not ask him.

Mr, Obama, you promised in 2012, after your last election, more flexibility to Russia and Putin. Can you tell us what you meant by that? Have you satisfied your promise?

Follow up. In retrospect, no one forced you to say that, was that a wise thing to say? Some would say Russia collected on that promise. Have you anything to tell Putin after the fact?

Second question: how is it you can complain about Russia and its influence, around the world and in our own country, when you personally promised them flexibility? You also mocked the geopolitical threat of Russia and said the 80’s want their foreign policy back. What do the current conditions and circumstances now say about your foreign policy?

Obama really needs to answer that hanging question but no one has the guts to ask him in the press corp. It is very ironic that his term ended on this high note on Russia. All the rage and outrage on the Left is about fears and concerns of Russia. My, how the times have changed. Sort of like 80’s are back. But Obama has a Cabbage Patch foreign policy.

Now he says ‘our relationship with Russia has deteriorated over the recent years, significantly.’ It seems his flexibility has not paid off. Can anyone say epic failure?

Mike Morell’s divert and attack road show

Mike Morell, Clinton confidante, is back out on the trail. Speaking about the Russian involvement and hacks in the election, their favorite subject:

Breitbart
TEL AVIV – Mike Morell, the former acting director of the CIA, is generating headlines for claiming that alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election amounts to “the political equivalent of 9/11.”

“It is an attack on our very democracy,” Morell said. “It’s an attack on who we are as a people. A foreign government messing around in our elections is, I think, an existential threat to our way of life. To me, and this is to me not an overstatement, this is the political equivalent of 9/11. It is huge and the fact that it hasn’t gotten more attention from the Obama administration, Congress, and the mainstream media, is just shocking to me.”

http://www.breitbart.com/jerusalem/2016/12/14/mike-morell-cited-in-russia-hacking-stories-crafted-misleading-benghazi-talking-points/

So he calls it a 9/11 even after his involvement in the memo rewriting Benghazi attack.

Hoopla over Russia and the election

Does anyone even care about the uranium theft that Bill Clinton and his friends engaged in with Russia? No investigation about that, no hearings over it.

But we need to have hearings on Russia involvement in our election. I wish they were half as fired up about the uranium deal. If they are going to be concerned about Russia, then how about trying to appear consistent?

Maybe some feigned outrage about the uranium is in order, at least, or all the other government hacks we had. Why aren’t they as concerned about that? Blaming Trump for all this is so childish it is pathetic. None of it would likely matter much if Hillary won. But she didn’t. Russian hacks have nothing over our political hacks around DC.

So the answer is to politicize the election process and the results, and then politicize the truth. Where was their cyber outrage before? Where was Obama’s concern?

Haven’t we yet realized what we are doing, with all this rhetoric about Russia, is handing them the influence they are seeking?

Then there is Harry Reid’s take on it.

“We know from reports we have seen from all of you guys,” [Harry Reid] said to CNN’s Manu Raju, “reports that people in the campaign for Donald Trump were in touch with the Russians. And now it is very clear.” – Real Clear Politics

Let the politicization go on at mach speed. What an idiot.

The Left: hypocrisy is thy name

I always stand prepared to be outraged at the depth of hypocrisy on the left. Then I am not really. But this issue is deeper than that. I’ve come to believe there are two kinds of hypocrisy at work. There is a standard blatant hypocrisy and then there is a more sinister, fundamental hypocrisy. The latter is what I see more and more of.

The election highlighted it. During the debates before the election, there were all the calls of Trump to accept the results of the election. All those now discredited polls had showed Trump losing and Hillary the unchallenged winner. It was obvious they said. Media had pointed out daily that there was no chance for Trump to win. They asserted that the election was not based on a popular vote, whether you like it or not, but on the electoral system. That system favors Clinton, they said. They told us it was all about getting over 270 in the electoral college.Again, that would put Hillary in the White House and makes it albeit impossible for Trump to meet that daunting uphill task.

Then there was Larry Sabato going from network to network telling us there really was no way for Trump to win. He would not say zero chance but he gave him very little chance. There were all those polls, which never seem to put Hillary down by much. They mostly had her with around a six point lead in states. Closer to election it was 3 or 4 points. (I know I am generalizing but it doesn’t matter — they gave her a heavy advantage)

So everywhere they could, they were looking for concessions from Trump. “Will you accept the results of election” system? Trump just refused to play their submission game. Hillary even said she was outraged saying that, for the first time in history, we have someone unwilling to say he would accept the results. At the time, I thought it would be ironic if he won and Dems refused to accept the results. But they kept repeating it was Trump who would not accept results and the rules, as they were laid out.

Then we had the election and people were surprised. First, surprised by the results; then by the denial and refusal to accept the results as they happened. Media did report it because they really had no choice. When AP declared the winner, they could not disagree. But almost immediately it became about the popular vote.

Democrats said we don’t know the final tally of the popular vote, and it went from there. They became obsessed with the popular vote count. Before the election, they said that regardless of popular vote count the results would be determined by the electoral college. So much for that.

Now that we have the results, this fits with all their other hypocrisy. They really don’t care about that; it doesn’t bother them. However, when you notice how rooted hypocrisy is in their DNA, you see the bigger problem. It is who they are, say one thing do another.

They make a big issue about something — digging in their heels — until it is inconvenient for them to hold that position. Then they turn on a dime to support the opposite position. That’s just the way it is with the left. They are always prepared to be hypocrites because it doesn’t matter to them. Their blatant hypocrisy means nothing to them because it is a fundamental tenant of their ideology, politics rules to the left. They will do and say anything to justify their political position at the time. (subject to revision)

This is the same type of fundamental hypocrisy we see in their foreign policy positioning. They were against warring mentality. Democrats stood for Libyan intervention and then Benghazi, right up to the minute they had to take responsibility for it. Then they were AWOL about it.

All along, Democrats played with the notion of Russian involvement and sorted ties to Russia. We heard these claims from everywhere. Hillary supporter. and confident, Mike Morell took to the editorial page calling Trump an unwitting agent of the Russia federation. Charges were fierce. They even accused Trump of encouraging espionage.

“It’s pretty clear you won’t admit that the Russians have engaged in cyberattacks against the United States of America, that you encouraged espionage against our people, that you are willing to spout the Putin line, sign up for his wish list, break up NATO, do whatever he wants to do, and that you continue to get help from him, because he has a very clear favorite in this race,” Clinton said to Trump at the third presidential debate in October. — Politifact

Putin had also blamed Hillary for intervening in their election and stirring dissent afterward, a subject completely lost in the media. Yet Obama and his cohorts had been dabbling in other countries’ elections throughout both his terms, even in Israeli.

They went all-in behind the rise of Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and elsewhere. Has Obama even visited Egypt since the coupe stabilized the situation? No, sort of odd considering he started out his apology tour with a Cairo speech.

Here starts the big story: blame Russia for the election results. Which is really funny because Dems claim Russians’ objective was to influence the election and undermine the integrity of our system. Mission accomplished. Democrats certify that Russia did influence the outcome, despite lack of proof. Since the election is over, given the results, Dems claim our electoral college system is not so great. Undermine the integrity of our election? Mission accomplished. How many ways can one challenge an election?

The very thing Dems accused Russia of trying to do, they willingly did themselves. No one can undermine our process as well as Democrats, when they set their minds to it. They embarked on a recount program and questioned the legitimacy of the electoral college. They tried to undermine that system by influencing the electorates, to get them to switch allegiance from Trump.

But Obama previously mocked the Russian geopolitical threat. Obama promised Russia and Putin he would be more “flexible” after his last election. Putin is still collecting.

If all Russia was trying to do was undermine the integrity of the process, then count Democrats in for that. But earlier they stood on the platform of integrity, declaring our example to the world of peaceful power transfer and our long established history of accepting election results — whether we like them or not. Scratch that!

First NYT reported:

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration said on Friday that despite Russian attempts to undermine the presidential election, it has concluded that the results “accurately reflect the will of the American people.”

The statement came as liberal opponents of Donald J. Trump, some citing fears of vote hacking, are seeking recounts in three states — Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania — where his margin of victory was extremely thin.

In its statement, the administration said, “The Kremlin probably expected that publicity surrounding the disclosures that followed the Russian government-directed compromises of emails from U.S. persons and institutions, including from U.S. political organizations, would raise questions about the integrity of the election process that could have undermined the legitimacy of the president-elect.”

But wait, Democrats were all about undermining the legitimacy of Trump even as a candidate. It was a personal thing to Obama, who declared Trump was unqualified from the presidential podium. Hillary and her operatives questioned Trump on nuclear codes.

“Nevertheless, we stand behind our election results, which accurately reflect the will of the American people,” it added.

They “stand behind the results?” Well, that is until they don’t. Democrats started a hashtag #AuditTheVote. Which is it, they stand behind the resuts or they don’t?

Independent Journal Review

Obama’s counterterrorism and homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco told reporters on Friday:

“We may have crossed into a new threshold and it is incumbent upon us to take stock of that, to review, to conduct some after-action, to understand what has happened and to impart some lessons learned.”

Added White House spokesman Eric Schultz at the daily press briefing:

“This will be a review that is both broad and deep at the same time.”

“Obviously, you can imagine a report like this is gonna contain highly, you know, sensitive and even classified information….[We’ll] make public as much as we can.”

So now they aren’t sure they will disclose the results. But isn’t doing an investigation an attempt to reassure the public and restore credibility in our system? Yet they let it be known, beforehand, that they are going to selectively report the results. Uh?

First Obama had claimed that he did not want to get involved in presidential election politics. Now he goes all in to investigate presidential election, questioning foreign involvement in our election process. See how this Hypocrisy thing works? First Obama lectured, and mocked, Trump on questioning our rigged system or the outcome of our election as ridiculous. Now he is the chief tin-foil hat in the process questioning the integrity of our election.

But then this is the same president who is claiming his administration is scandal free, too. I guess there is time enough to start one more scandal over the results of the election.

Funny how before the election, who cared? But we had how many hackings all over our government. One report is anyone who ever worked in government has had their personal information stolen. Did we hear Obama’s outrage about that? How about Democrats’ outrage calling for us to do something about it? We do know nothing stopped Obama, who could have taken action on any one of these hacks. But yet, he hasn’t. (at least that we know of, and we probably would know if they did)

Obama now tees up a Russia conflict for Trump, when he would do nothing on cyber warfare before. And he now warns Trump about the immediate “near term” North Korea threat. So all problems become elevated to red alert when Trump is sworn in. Media to follow suite. But hypocrisy? — Not a problem.

Red Scare strikes the Left

After being deemed albeit irrelevant by Obama in 2012, the Kremlin worry is back. This time inflicting the Left and whipping them into a frenzy.

This time Hillary is leading the anti-Russia charge. Reset to Red Scare. But what won’t she do to try to pull off her anointing, even if she has to use Russia to accomplish it?

The new Red Scare? Russia ups role in world events, US elections

(CNN)The Cold War was supposed to have ended a quarter of a century ago.
But Russia is commanding center stage in a presidential election for the first time in decades and President Vladimir Putin is being portrayed as a sinister puppeteer looming over the bitter contest between Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump.

Democrats have blamed him for orchestrating a huge cyberespionage operation using stolen and leaked emails to sow chaos and distrust in America’s democratic process ahead of November’s election. Putin’s even been accused of cultivating one of the candidates in the election — Trump — as an unwitting agent to further his quest to strangle US global power.

More: http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/15/politics/putin-trump-obama-clinton-russia/index.html?sr=twCNN091516putin-trump-obama-clinton-russia0454PMVODtop

So the progressive, Marxist Left has found a useful whipping post along with Trump. But of course it is only for campaign election purposes. At the very same time, Kerry was making a “cease fire” deal on Syria.

Obama, after all, followed the Kremlin footsteps on Syria. Leading from behind the iron kurtain. They couldn’t have asked for a better stooge. And Obama promised Medvedev and Putin “flexibility” in 2012. Now they are collecting.

Suddenly, the Leftists awoke to see Russia scare everywhere. Gee, I wonder what could have sparked that? Now they see Russia directly involved in our election.

Well, that’s odd, considering Obama and the entire left mocked Trump for mentioning election fraud problems in our system. In a grand speech from the White House, Obama said Trump didn’t even have a valid concern until after the election.

Finally, Hillary found something other than the Vast Right-wing Conspiracy to blame. Russia has already coined a new term for it called Russiaphobia.

Now the Red Scare is back with a vengence, temporarily anyway. Hackers in Russia have nothing over the political hacks here on the left. Maybe Russia will start running ads?

Putin puttin’ on the ritz

Documents leaked from Panama display offshore wealth of VIPs

Leaked Panama Docs: Putin Has Vast Offshore Wealth

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has called on his citizens to bring all their offshore wealth back into the country, but he has sat least $2 billion in wealth squirreled away overseas, The Guardian reports.

http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/putin-millions-offshore-hidden/2016/04/03/id/722053/

Somehow the top name on the list of interest is Putin. The guy who claimed his income in 2013 was 102,000. Putin charged then, “It’s simply rubbish. They picked everything out of someone’s nose and smeared it on their little papers.”

The Panama documents include 2 billion tied to Putin, among others.

But then this would come as a surprise to who?

A warning blares from around the world

Some of us may have a hard time hearing the voices echoing both in an outside the country, what with all the crosstalk. However, they are there. Just because some don’t care to hear doesn’t mean they aren’t there. But we can ignore them at our own peril.

The below article comes from a blogger I’ve corresponded with from Australia, who has done his share of traveling and keeping up with the world of politics. In it he offers a stern warning we’d be wise not to ignore. He left this in a comment but, with his permission, I’m posting it as it deserves. Thanks. Are we listening?

You might find this article I wrote a while back an interesting piece.
Cheers. – Emu

The Freedom of Speech is being stifled, all in the cause of potentially inciting hatred, bigotry and Islamophobia.

Sadly, having watched the political games being enacted around the world, on the political stage, America seems to have lost much of its heart. America used to stand on Integrity, Truth, Honesty and Justice; these tenets are disappearing rapidly out of the American language and Government.

No longer is America seen as a World Leader, no longer does America have a President who holds the values of Truth, Honesty and Justice in his hands.

It is sad to watch a great country like America unfold from internal means, a President who lacks empathy to his Servicemen and woman, both serving and returned. A President who places the acceptance of the Islamic Ideology into his country above the security of the people of America; a President who embraces the Ideology of the United Nations New World Order above the basics of security and well being of his own people.

America has lost the direction on the world stage. America has become a puppet of the United Nations. Not only America, our feeble minded Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has done the same, sold out Australia to the United Nations. Germany’s President Merkel has also sold out Germany to the United Nations.

How has this come about, a programme pre-ordained for a New World Order by the United Nations, and signed by Western and European World leaders?

The Islamification of the world is unfolding, the first indication is the denial of Freedom of Speech, this negates Bigotry, Racism and Hatred. All because we are led to believe that Islam is the answer to world peace and unity.

It is time the Western Worlds Governments, and European Governments, recognized the fact that Islam is not a Religion but an Ideology. In support of this statement, we need to remember the point that all Muslims are born under the Sharia law — an Islamic Ideology. Muslims who stray from the Islamic Ideology become Apostates or Infidels. The Islamic Ideology is contrary to the Global Humanitarian way of life, its Beliefs, and Culture.

Countries around the world, America included, need to debate the subject: Is Islam a Religion or Ideology. If it is a Religion, then is it compatible and harmonious to our Western Judea/Christian beliefs, and conducive to assimilation and integration into our culture. If it is not a religion but an ideology, then again we ask the question, is the Islamic Ideology also conducive to harmonious assimilation and integration into Global culture. At the moment, throughout the world, it is becoming clearer each day that Islam is an ideology which is incompatible with every Western and European country. The people of America and Australia should find the Ideology of Islamic Beliefs to be a Credible Threat to America and Australia.

I feel sad thinking back over the years when America was an Ally of Australia, an America that stood for freedom and democracy. A country that stood for the rights of their people, and all the peoples who were oppressed around the world. That dream has gone. America no longer holds my flag in support of Humanity — not only America but my home country Australia as well as Germany and Canada.

The Russian President Putin sides with the French President to face ISIL front on. The American President will not, simply because the American President wants Assad removed. Here we have two major country’s fighting the evil of ISIL for Global humanitarian reasons. America, under Obama, wants Assad out purely for political monetary gain, no word of Humanity out of Obama.

I do not cry for France, I do not cry for all those European countries experiencing terrorism, I do not cry for America or Australia when the next wave of terrorism comes. I cry for those world leaders who have sold their country out to Islam.

The Bald Eagle of America may be Bald, but the American Bald Eagle no longer has feathers under the Obama Government, and as such THE BALD EAGLE WILL SOAR NO MORE.

Thanks for the heartfelt words and concerns for both our countries, and the West. America needs to hear the voices, be they in the election or on the survival of the country, or warnings on the West as we know it.

Sometimes people can’t see the forest for the trees in our own backyard. Yet they can see the same turmoil in other countries headed for us. Can we heed the warnings, finally? The clock is ticking.

Russia today

An investigation in the UK peering into the death of former agent has raised eyebrows. Apparently the US Treasury department has weighed in generically calling Putin corrupt, which is leading to denials.

White House attempts to undermine Putin’s grip on power by L. Todd Wood, Wa Times

Remembering the old debate statement to Romney: “The 80’s called and they want their foreign policy back.” (and he so rehearsed that line) That should be a conversation starter in the White House about now.

New Russia meets old Russia respectfully

It seems there is a whole culture involved in explaining prison-work camps in the former Soviet Union. Reading this, one can almost follow their rationalization for them.

The Guardian: October, 29, 2015
Russia’s Gulag camps cast in forgiving light of Putin nationalism
“Many Russians regard the horrors of the forced labour camps as a necessary evil during a difficult period of Soviet history.”

Larisa says she teaches her students one lesson about the Gulag, in which she typically divides the blackboard into two parts. On one side she puts the “military and industrial achievements” of the Stalin period, and on the other, the “unfortunate side-effects”, and lets the students decide for themselves whether the repression was justified.

Galina Ivanova, deputy director of a new Gulag museum that will opens in Moscow on Friday, says how the Gulag is remembered in different cities is largely down to individual museum directors. “You can either put up a big portrait of Stalin and note goldmining achievements, or you can put up death rates and haggard faces. Unfortunately, more often it’s the former.”

Russia sees US as security threat

Putin and Russia have listed the US among security threats in a new document that updates its security concerns.

AOL news

A new appraisal names the United States as one of the threats to Russia’s national security for the first time, a sign of how relations with the west have deteriorated in recent years.

The document, “About the Strategy of National Security of Russian Federation”, was signed by President Vladimir Putin on New Year’s Eve. It replaces a 2009 version, endorsed by then- President Dmitry Medvedev, the current prime minister, which mentioned neither the United States [nor] NATO.

Read: http://www.aol.com/article/2016/01/02/putin-names-united-states-among-threats-in-new-russian-security/21290723/

I see no mention of the US in connection with the bombing of the Russian plane in 2015. This leads me to wonder if Russia does not have 2 separate reports, one for public consumption and another for government use? It’s hard to believe Russia could be operating from the same document. Meet the new Russia, same as the old Russia.

Well, seeing the Obama administration call Global Warming our biggest security threat is bound to put all kinds of ideas into Putin’s head.

No mention of what Putin’s New Years’ resolution is.

Moscow has no room for Soros

Apparently, George Soros is receiving a persona non grata from Russia. But not to worry, he has friends in high places.

State Department ‘troubled’ by Moscow’s move against Soros groups

Fox News

The U.S. State Department says it is “troubled” by Russia’s decision to ban two of liberal billionaire George Soros’ pro-democracy charities and label the organizations a threat to national security.

“Today’s designation of the Open Society Foundations and the Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation as so-called ‘undesirable’ organizations will only further restrict the work of civil society in Russia for the benefit of the Russian people,” State Department spokesman Mark Toner said Monday. “This action is yet another example of the Russian Government’s growing crackdown on independent voices and a deliberate step to further isolate the Russian people from the world.”

See: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/12/01/state-department-troubled-by-moscows-move-against-soros-groups.html

Moscow, we have a problem.

Since when is it necessary for the State Dept to stand up and defend Soros and his meddling? How dare Russia restrict the progressive Marxist’s ‘main-squeeze’ Soros!

Gotta love that: the pro-gay, same-sex marriage pushing, George Soros led, meddling State Department has issues with Moscow. Obama’s State turned foreign affairs into, well, ‘Foreign Affairs‘. How much help will Obama’s executive pen be with this?

State of the State

I am mentioning some random observations, not that they are connected with one another.

Here we are on the verge of Hillary possibly getting into the White House, with Bubba Clinton. People are projecting her into popular office. No choice but Hillary. “Hard Choices”.

Russia revised its constitution in a way for Putin to get back into office. He’s more popular than ever in the country. They seem to love the guy.

Elists are unpopular in government or elsewhere. The American people are fed up with elitists rule in government and Washington in particular. The disgruntled seem to be across the political spectrum. Trump exposes behind the scenes media manipulation regarding the debates. Who knew? People are turned off by the bias of media in general. Media doubles down on bias.

The world is on fire with radicalism and Obama takes a sigh approach. Obama administration accuses Israel of using excessive force. State Department says that Palestine and Israel are committing terrorism.

David Cameron comes out to make speeches pointing directly to Islamic terrorism. Obama can’t be forced to use the words and says ISIS is not Islamic. Obama calls Islam a religion of peace. Obama wants to put more Muslims in space and other places. But Obama tells us the Crusades are an issue.

Jerusalem is under attack and knife wielding terrorists are spreading throughout Israael. When Israel takes defensive actions it is roundly condemned or criticized. Media cannot be any more biased against Israel.

Sure its a proxy war in Syria, but the media is finally admitting it? Old news, no? Russia has gone through its proper government channels to approve its actions. Obama is flying by the seat of his pants, much the way he did things in Libya. (that worked out well) Obama claims Russia, Putin are operating out of weakness. Hmmm.

Obama says global warming is the greatest security threat. Pay no mind to all other impostors. State of the State — maddening; requires willing suspension of disbelief.

News on security tools for terrorism

Eric Rush’s blog reports:

Russian Computer Geeks Create Program That Locates ISIS Recruiters’ Social Media Accounts

(RT.com) – A group of Russian computer specialists has teamed up with Muslim scholars to create a computer program that automatically detects social media and other online accounts used by Islamic State terrorists to lure new members into their group.

The project was started by the non-commercial Center for Research of Legitimacy and Political Protest. Its director Yevgeny Venediktov told Izvestia daily that the search for terrorist recruiters will use a program called “Laplace’s Demon” that was developed by the center’s IT specialists in the spring.

Kerry seeks no fly zone

And Obama flies by the seat of his pants on Syria.

CNN reports – 10/6/2015

Washington (CNN)Secretary of State John Kerry has raised the possibility of a no-fly zone in Syria to protect civilians even as President Barack Obama has consistently rejected the idea, several administration officials told CNN.

Turkey, France and the Syrian opposition have long pushed for a safe zone to protect civilians from Syrian airstrikes, but the Obama administration has repeatedly rejected the idea as too difficult to implement.

Senior administration officials said serious logistical concerns remain, including who would enforce it and the need to divert resources from the campaign against ISIS.

Senior administration officials said Russian airstrikes have repeatedly targeted CIA-backed rebels, despite Moscow’s assertion that it is only attacking ISIS targets.

Obama says its too difficult calling the arguments for it mumbo jumbo. Funny how mumbo jumbo, from Obama, was in fashion in Libya and on Egypt.

“When I hear people offering up half-baked ideas as if they are solutions, or trying to downplay the challenges involved in this situation — what I’d like to see people ask is, specifically, precisely, what exactly would you do, and how would you fund it, and how would you sustain it. And typically, what you get is a bunch of mumbo jumbo.”

So his position is: ‘ask everyone else questions, not me.’ We get enough mumbo jumbo from Obama. I wonder where his Muslim Brotherhood help is? Speaking of “downplaying challenges involved,” we weren’t the ones calling ISIS a JV team mocking their abilities.

Though in the trails of is adventures, Obama’s own half-baked ideas have been on the menu despite the advice against it. No-fly zones were all the rage in Libya — which worked out real well.

Barry has an excuse for every type of action mentioned, from no-fly zones to aiding the rebels to helping Kurds. He mocks any suggestions for not appreciating the complexities. Obama had approved a training program, which netted 4 or 5 trained fighters in the 500 million dollar program. Now that plan is being scrapped. Mission failure complete.

Obama said of the no fly zone proposals:

“…but my job is to make sure that whatever we do we are doing in a way that serves the national security interests of the American people, that doesn’t lead to us getting into things that we can’t get out of or that we cannot do effectively.”

His job is saving his ass from shame or embarrassment, which he seems to be getting in spades for not doing anything. Only in Obama’s utopian reality did he expect to be commended for not doing something. Now he complains about the difficulties of possibly having to do something. National security interests of American people? When has he worried about that: Benghazi, border, sanctuary cities, executive amnesty, denying the ISIS threat, illegal alien crimes, not having a strategy, enforcing the law, answers for Benghazi, Iran nuclear deal.(speaking of getting into bad deals)

Now that Russia has inserted itself in the middle of Syria, it seems Putin has again helped Obama by creating another excuse. Barry owes Vlad for the efforts. He criticizes their efforts while it creates cover.

Well, Obama already made a big mess in Libya, and gave a big assist in Egypt’s disaster a few years ago. He is now reaching for strategy on Syria, and for ISIS. He decided long ago not to do anything there. So it is a matter of condemning any suggestions.

Obama and Kerry have already applied their boilerplate explanation on what Russia is doing. They “are acting out of weakness.”

At this point maybe the military is hoping Obama doesn’t have any more half-baked ideas of his own up his sleeve. But then clearly the major security threat is climate change anyway. Never mind the climate coming from Moscow is not very hospitable — and global temps are spiking.

I got an idea. Why can’t Obama call Russia and Putin racist and tell them they are only doing this because he’s black. They would never do this if he was white.

Obama, the judge of weakness

Obama’s standard response to our foes’ aggressive attacks on its neighbors, or throwing their weight around, is….. wait, ready for it….they are operating “out of weakness.”

Now that Russia has sent it’s military and air force into Syria to help Assad, Obama and the administration claim Russia acted out of weakness.

“Mr Putin had to go into Syria not out of strength but out of weakness, because his client, Mr Assad, was crumbling and it was insufficient for him simply to send them arms and money. Now he’s got to put in his own planes and pilots. Iran and Assad make up Putin’s coalition at the moment. The rest of the world makes up ours. So, these are hard challenges, they are ones we are going to continue to pursue.” He predicts Russia will get into a quagmire.

The line gets as old and tired as any of Obama’s tactics do. But its the standard line whenever he is challenged that the opponent is operating out of weakness. There could be an incoming nuclear warhead and he’d declare the source is weakness. Hopefully we won’t have that proved. At least now every enemy and ally of ours knows what the verbal response will be.

Putin invaded Crimea, Obama said he was acting out of weakness. Russia bullies its neighbors and Obama defines it as weakness. Once in a while, Obama could try a new script. Change it up a bit at least.

And when Romney suggested Russia is still a threat and a foe, Obama said the 80’s called and wants their foreign policy back. But Obama’s foreign policy, if you can call it one, is making such great strides isn’t it? Right after Putin annexed Crimea he set his sights on Ukraine. Evidently feeling weaker than ever, he injected Russia there.

Sure desperate people do terrible things. But opportunists are willing and ready to seize an advantage at the proper moment, for maximum gain. That someone gives and creates those opportunities for them is an egregious error.

In March 2014, Kerry ran out to deliver the talking point on ABC’s Face the Nation:

“You just don’t in the 21st century behave in 19th century fashion by invading another country…. That’s not the act of somebody who’s strong.“ Kerry said Putin was acting out of “weakness” and “desperation.”

Obama claimed Putin and Russia was “acting out of weakness, not out of strength,” regarding their annexing of Crimea. Countries usually invade other countries when they feel weak. So the script, regardless what Putin does, is to say he’s operating out of weakness. Obama can’t change their narrative.

Now Obama is flexing his mouthpiece, again. Josh Earnest lectured:
“Russia is not flexing its muscles when it comes to Syria, but it’s propping up an investment about to go south.”

Obama said on Putin’s intervention in Syria:

“I want Russia to be successful. This is not a contest between the United States and Russia. It is in our interests for Russia to be a responsible actor on the world stage that can share burdens with us … because the problems we have are big.”

Just once, I wish Obama wanted us to be successful. But that could make us appear exceptional, and we can’t have that.
