CNN the victims of record

CNN has a new hobby horse and they are very concerned about it. Over last weekend they received threats and someone threatened to come to the studio and gun them down. Apparently authorities have arrested the person.

Let the lectures begin. Don Lemon and several pundits complained about victimization of media they, CNN particularly, have suffered. All of the fault blamed on Trump of course.

Do I even have to make a disclaimer on how wrong it is to make death threats or assault the media? That should not have to be said. I resent being compelled to say it.

So CNN wraps itself in the Victim label. That part of it disturbs me almost as much as the death threats. But they care nothing about the abuse or damage they have caused.

I look at Trump and see the one giant victim in the room that no one seems very concerned about. That whipping post never gets old. They don’t even care what damage that does to the country or to the US around the world. Nope. But media cannot issue one small disclaimer about that. No lecture on that subject.

Yet I hear what this “threat” environment has done to the media. (over and over) Well, they aren’t exactly blameless in their victimhood.

Right away, one of two examples of media hatred cited was the infamous pro-wrestling video Trump retweeted of him body slamming CNN. (the station not an employee) The other video used to make their case against Trump was his golf ball hitting Hillary as she got on a plane. Clearly these two things were humor not threats.

Remember what they did over the the body slam video? CNN claimed it endorsed violence toward CNN and media. Then they hunted down the creator of the video, attacked his character, and threatened to use their bullhorn on him. All for making a funny video.

On this show, where Don Lemon got emotional just reading the CNN statement, all claimed to have gotten threats and “nasty” comments across social media. April Ryan said she got a ton of nasty comments and some threats, and was keeping a list of them. They suggested Fake News was a dog whistle and also driven by racism. Well, just throw it all in there.

Then it all depends what one considers a “threat” though. CNN threw in a funny video as evidence of what, some threat? And they claim this has never happened before. April Ryan claimed all her harassment and threats started when Trump got elected.

The same network is proudly leading the resistance and opposition to Trump. To think they are not going to get any negative feedback would be ridiculous. But are they lumping all the feedback into harassment and threats? Seems they are. I guess they did not notice the other part of the first amendment, freedom of speech.

Another actor just couldn’t help himself

So Johnny Depp got into the act or bash Trump fest in the worst possible way.

Wait, in it he said he was not an actor. But in a 2013 BBC interview he said:

Depp stated in a BBC radio interview on July 29, 2013 that he hopes to be involved with “quieter things” at some point in the near future, implying that he will retire from acting. Depp explained in further detail during the interview: “I wouldn’t say I’m dropping out any second, but I would say it’s probably not too far away. When you add up the amount of dialogue that you say per year and you realize that you’ve said written words more than you’ve had a chance to say your own words, you start thinking about that as an insane option for a human being.” [Wikipedia]

Okay, what better way to set off defining yourself by making news in your own words calling for the assassination of President Trump? Picture it, Glastonbury arts festival in England, he remarked to the crowd: (what is it with these people and arts?)

“It’s just a question; I’m not insinuating anything. By the way, this is going to be in the press and it’ll be horrible,” he said.

“When was the last time an actor assassinated a president? I want to clarify, I’m not an actor. I lie for a living. …
However, it’s been a while. Maybe it’s time?”

Yea, in all that spoken dialogue over the years, no one wrote that line to deliver. He can be sure it is original and it is him. Now the SS will have to ask him about his own words.

Then he had to go cleanup his statement in an apology, another Depp original:

“It did not come out as intended, and I intended no malice.
I was only trying to amuse, not to harm anyone.”

Right, a joke, didn’t mean any malice. But his original comment said he lies for a living. Oops. He knew it would cause a problem, though he did get some immediate cheers. He goes to England and does this?

He prefaced it by saying he wasn’t insinuating anything but then said “It’s been a while, maybe it’s time?” Really? Your words and the apology aren’t matching up again, Johnny.

Way to venture off into your own original words — not someone else’s. That’s sanity.

On the other hand, maybe Depp would have been better off sticking to someone’s written script. Who knows what else his own spoken words will reveal next?

Fleeting election and “immigration”

As soon as the election was over almost everyone was talking about “immigration”, which it is not anyway. But why?

It’s even less understandable if you look at the history. Last year is when approval polls really started going down, just as they were haranguing over “immigration reform” and the Senate was moving a bill. So what have we learned? People really were not happy or interested in doing what they wanted to do. Did they learn the lesson?

Another example of big government. Politicians saw some euphoric “bipartisan support” for it in the Senate, but the unpopularity or dislike for amnesty among the people was high and growing.(blaming them) There were some other events at the time, too, though disapproval spiked from that point remaining to date.

And yet here we are in the 2014 midterm election and its the very first thing they want to talk about. It is now Obama’s unilateral threat, as soon as he can do it.

In my view, it is chief among reasons people are/were angry and distrust pols, yet they are chomping at the bit. Even after we just had an insurgency of over 60,000 more illegals, and people were really ticked off at that. Within 24 hours they were back at it.

We have so many problems: the border is Swiss cheese, enforcement a problem and our security is at risk, yet they are worried about people besides voters. Isn’t that typical? At least by now you would think they could try to call it something besides “immigration”.

The architects of our economic demise

From Northeast Intelligence Network

“Is there a conspiracy of global takeover, of a “New World Order,” of global governance that has been in the works since the United States gained independence from Great Britain? The honest answer is undeniable: yes.” – Doug Hagmann

Part I
By Douglas J. Hagmann
27 February 2013:

Today, we are witnessing the final stages of the greatest financial fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. Behind the massive debt, threat of “sequestration,” and the threat of massive pending layoffs exists a story that must be told and understood by every American. It is a truth that too few understand and even fewer will talk about.

The system has been rigged. However, understanding exactly what is being done to us, our country, and our economy has been deliberately made difficult for a person of average or even above-average intelligence by the architects of our demise. This process continues today, and much of it is done in secret or behind closed doors.

Every person on the planet is being robbed of their wealth by a select group of people. Worse, they are robbing your children, grandchildren, and further generations of their wealth not yet earned and (by extension) their time not yet invested, while making you believe that their enrichment is your moral obligation. It’s mental conditioning on a grand scale.

How we got here

A significant aspect of understanding why we find ourselves in our current financial mess is to understand exactly how we got here in the first place. Like most events taking place in Washington, DC, we are witnessing the ongoing shredding of the United States Constitution by both sides of the political divide. Yet how many people actually understand that what is taking place is completely unconstitutional? Thanks to the incremental infusion of Communist goals into the legal and societal framework of the fabric of America, people have been intellectually hobbled by a complicit media and a compromised educational system. //…
