President Bambi, Legislator-in-Chief, Suffers Setback on Illegal IRS Rules

A spec of sanity surfaces in DC.

pundit from another planet

king-obama “The  IRS  may not unilaterally expand its authority through such an expansive, atextual, and ahistorical reading of” the law. The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit used these words in a Feb. 11 ruling that struck down an  Obama administration  regulation on tax preparers.

Federal judges should copy this phrase and be ready to paste it into rulings — sometimes replacing “IRS” with “Health and Human Services” — as President Obama continues to act as legislator in chief, making and amending laws as he sees fit, separation of powers be damned.

In the same week Obama illegally delayed the employer mandate and out of thin air created a bizarre loyalty oath to administer to companies suffering from Obamacare, a federal court unanimously smacked down his IRS for executive overreach.

Bull, I believe Boehner needs to be replaced but that is certainly not going to fix the entire problem. It goes much, much deeper. There is way too much inward fighting among the Repuke party that stops them from forming a united agenda. That shows weakness of the entire party. They also lose the PR/propaganda game every time. Most recently was the gov shutdown that the majority of Americans blamed on the Repukes. Given; the liptards control the media, but the current Repukes just make it much easier to make themselves look bad. A lot of game plan change needed to get the House in order…

Yea Dave, and unfortunately the pattern seems to be going from worse to worser. They don’t even pause to slow the bleeding. They even got a Congressman running a formal super pac campaign to fight the Tea Party – with union backing. You can guess who all will jump on that bandwagon. He’ll be a media poster-child. And right from Boehner’s backyard. (co-in-ci-dence…?)

Yeah Bull, I know some about that ass LaTourette. Two things I do not like about him right off the bat: (1) He’s a Pro-Abortion Repuke – if you want to label him a Repuke, and (2) the derivation of LaTourette is French! I despise the damn French! They can’t win a war and damn few play golf!!! 🙂

I remember the left loonies didn’t like Billythecigar Clinton, because they thought he was too much in the middle. They express the same concern about Hitlery! Really? REALLY?? If Hitlery is in the middle, then I must live on the dark side of the moon.

LaTourette is a useful POS for the lefties lining his pocket’s. Boehner, Mitchtheswitch, Cantor,et al, will donate money to the damn anti-Constitution Super-PAC for the cause of LaTourette.

Poster-child…oh yeah. If that stench “Huff-Po” writes about a Repuke and has nothing bad to say, then you know that person is a lefty loon puppet…

Not to overlook the Michster’s maneuverings leading to the elections.
